Munchies Pizza & Kebabs in Manchester

All our food was stone cold what a waste of money. Not exactly what we were expecting. Tried to call takeaway to speak about this matter and had the phone put down on us every time we rang in the end we gave up. Refund request submitted. Not great customer service from the takeaway

Unfortunately there was no mango chutney on my kebab. I don’t like dry meat or dry naan bread it was such a huge disappointment of a kebab. I’d not recommend this takeaway unless you like dry food, particularly dry kebabs. If you do then go ahead and order

Pizza was burnt crispy to the point i could use it as a frisbee if i could upload a picture i would wont be ordering pizza from here again

Food was cold on arrival and was missing drinks delivery driver told me he would come back with drinks and never did not happy at all not sure i will be ordering again in future

Never arrived, shocking service

meal was fine, but I wish the restaurant would update when they are in the way with the food. app showing it would be another 20-40 minutes before food arrived and all it said was they had my order, not even started making it. then the calls from unknown number and a message to say for war outside.

Hardly any tomatoe sauce on the pizza base, no sauce at all on the kebab. Food was late and cold.

I live round the corner and they took 2 hours to deliver treble customer service soggy food even found hair.

Last week it was good, this week I ordered same again. Veg burger was good but chicken burger and chips were not cooked properly and was cold at the time of delivery.

Excellent service, delivered early and lovely food

I have had food from these guys before but by going into the place and it was good. I ordered it tonight and only realised after I had ordered it that the place was shutting in three minutes. I was worried it was gonna be bad quality as it was ordered so close to closing time. I was wrong. It was just as good. The food was hot, the salad was cold and the big bottle of Coke must have just come out of the fridge. This place is good. Well done, lads.

The nan bread was lovely and fresh I had the wrong salad. The meat was full of grizzle I threw it away.

Late delivery pizza was nice but cold on arrival

I got a unevenly sliced, half baked, low quality pizza with absolutely not fresh vege toppings + oily & soggiest ever chips and the sweetest of the sweetests dark chocolate shake in which I can only taste vanilla ice cream. for 12.05 pounds. the only good thing was coke but wait I ordered diet coke and they sent me original coke. I could have returned the order but I really don't want any other fellow customer to fall for their menu and services.

The Pizza, especially the sauce was really really salty and it just ruined the taste, the pepperoni wasn’t even cooked properly either. Did not enjoy it at all.

my favourite food place. the kebabs are the best. milkshakes are delicious. I'm glad they have changed the lamb tokka kebabs as they are a big improvement. I'll always buy from here to treat myself

Went to muniches for kebab disgusted with it ordered it no red onion/no salad got abit of tomato lettuce n bit of mango only live around corner went home sat down to eat meat was cold n nan bread was cold it's really gone down the drain needs new manager n now when you walk no food ready like chicken like any other shop needs closing disgusted

A piece of aluminium foil under the garlic bread would stop the cardboard box absorbing the garlic ‘butter’. It would also stay warmer during delivery in cold weather. £3 for cheapest breaded onion rings available in Farmfoods or Iceland.

Love the kebabs from here and always fast delivery

Very good quality for money. They have a surprisingly varied menu and are quite quick with preparing food. The building itself is very bright and loud so bear this in mind, but this isn't necessarily something too unbearable unless you're prone to sensory overload.

pizza was great as usual but the kebab was honestly pretty poor this time. the salad seemed like it was days old plus there was hardly any of it, and there was no yogurt sauce even though i'd ordered it :(

I ordered my food in good faith and was expecting the delivery at 20:50hrs. My food eventually arrived at 21:35hrs and was cold

The driver was polite and friendly this was my friends birthday mea he loved the large kebab lots of meat tasty and lots of lettuce and onions fresh. He liked the chicken but found the thigh way too small. No napkins arrived.

Ordered a large lamb tikka kebab as I fancied a succulent kebab meal, it wasn’t as big as usual, less meat. But very well done on your new 5* food hygiene rating! You smashed it. Good job guys.

I get a large Donner kebab most weeks from these legends. Naan bread freshly made. Really nice hot sauce, fresh salad and you know that elephants foot is top quality. 5 out of 5. would recommend 👌

They put phone down on me multiple times which lead me to drive to the shop myself and drop their food off. Chips were far from fresh(never Been a problem on my orders previously) and also accused me of lying. Staff were egotistical and rude.
