Met a friend for breakfast here, had a lovely time. It was very busy and I could see why, the food was great, quick and friendly service. Looking forward to going back.

No soap or toilet paper in the toilets time 12.30 lunch time. Disgusting. Overpriced and overated, thought I would give it a second chance, there won't be a third.

Been here a few times as i work nearby, each time i give it the benefit of the doubt. First thing is the staff are so rude its a joke. My chicken was uncooked, red raw, still clucking, raw a few months ago on my wrap so i took it back and they told me they would refund me as i had eaten half of the wrap and they never refunded me so just left it. Just gone back in for some sweet potato fries because how could anything go wrong? I got a side of mayo to take out and the mayo was either off or stirred with someone's sweaty feet, i asked my college to taste it to see if it was just me and she heaved. No one in my office wants to go in because there's always something and if there's not then it's how rude the staff are, which is a shame because the actual ideas of what they cook and serve are great, until it comes to eating it

First visit and enjoyed. Great selection of artisan sandwiches on the counter to choose. I had the Cumbrian melt which was obviously sausage and melted cheese served a small side salad. Prices are reasonable but dearer to eat in. Large queue at lunch with people ordering takeouts. In the same building as The Halle Otchestra

Couple of strong coffees, though not that hot, reading the paper whilst waiting for car to be repaired round the corner. Very friendly and warm too with some funky staff.
