The best restaurants serving Default food in Castle Lancaster North West

Amazing ‘Golden Gate’ burger and sweet potato fries. Would 100% order food from here again when we are next in the area 🍔

We have had a few orders from this place and some have been good but I do not like mayonnaise and they cannot seem to follow a simple instruction to remove it. Tonight's order not only had mayonnaise on it but the burgers were revolting and undercooked and the chips were just soaking in fat. We managed to get a partial refund through Deliveroo but I doubt we will ever order again.

Came here to visit from the 02/05/25 - 05/05/25 Lancaster for the first time . Firstly I would like to say Sally who works behind the front desk is honestly amazing. She is so kind and caring a true asset to the hotel nothing was to big for her to help fix. She made our experience amazing. House keeping kept the rooms beautiful and clean and the the hotel it's self smelt lovely clean and well looked after. Breakfast was so worth it and amazing. I can't praise this hotel enough thank you so so much truly we will be back and I can't wait to see all the staff again but especially Sally this is definitely more then a 3 star hotel it's more of a 5 star hotel. And food was 10/10

What can I say…. The worst meal in years. First of all due to the chicken that must have been frozen prior to warming up as it was so dry it could simply not work as food. Service: Made them aware of the situation. The answer: ok….. and no action. A very sad place to eat as well. No clean glasses as an example. Sorry to say this, but never again. Worst meal ever? Not sure, but bottom 3 for sure.

Beautiful location. Excellent coffee. Burnt basque cheesecake was exceptional. Stylish and relaxed venue with excellent restroom. A lovely place.

Not been here for a number of years so decided to go last night with some friends. I had mixed grill which was very dry and tasteless so I left most of it. Others didn't like there food so we won't be going back.

Mi hermano gemelo y yo estábamos explorando por esta parte de la ciudad cuando decidimos dejarnos caer en este Caffe Nero, hemos estado aquí antes, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita a aquí. Un estupendo Caffe Nero , interior y soberbio, ligero y aireado, mostradores de servicio con frente de cristal muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen, decoración y mobiliario acogedor y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este café , es sólo un café realmente bueno para relajarse. Estábamos aquí en marzo temprano por la noche, pedimos un café de capuchino cada uno, estos se sirven humeantes calientes, nos relajamos y planeamos salir la noche siguiente mientras bebíamos nuestro café. Un gran fan del café servido en Caffe Nero y su capuchino es uno de mis favoritos. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestro capuchino aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz nos lo pasamos muy bien. Este Caffe Nero es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Market Street. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a viernes, de 7 am a 6 . 30 pm. Sábado, 7. 30 am 6 . 30 pm. Domingo, 9 am a 6 . 30 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona o planeando un viaje a Lancaster.

Gran lugar, la cafetería en sí es preciosa y muy espaciosa. El personal es muy educado y el servicio es rápido. Mi única crítica sería que se habían agotado los sándwiches a la 1 pm un fin de semana (compramos los últimos 3 en justicia) pero todavía había gente esperando. El café es excepcional.

Ahora tienen un nuevo nombre: La Casetta En resumen: ¡Aléjate bien de este lugar! ¿Por qué? No hay vasos limpios para mi Coca-Cola. Pollo congelado completamente seco! Traté de quejarme. Sin reacción. Al salir, no hay personal disponible Nunca volviste aquí.

Great takeaway with amazing service. I ordered at 6:15 and it arrived just 30 minutes prior at 7:45 the food was great, and I would highly advise you to get the delicious pepperoni pizza. The delivery man was nice but I could see his chest hair as he was wearing a bikini top but no judgment here. I would 100% go again maybe for two pepperoni pizzas instead of one.
