What can I say…. The worst meal in years. First of all due to the chicken that must have been frozen prior to warming up as it was so dry it could simply not work as food. Service: Made them aware of the situation. The answer: ok….. and no action. A very sad place to eat as well. No clean glasses as an example. Sorry to say this, but never again. Worst meal ever? Not sure, but bottom 3 for sure.

If you want to taste the worlds driest garlic bread!!!. Then this is the place to buy that garlic bread from. otherwise invest your money elsewhere. Even my chocolate Lab struggled to eat this item called garlic bread...

Got food delivered I remember when this place first opened it was beautiful don't no what as happened to them , I hate giving bad reviews but I got lasagna which dident taste of much at all , and garlic bread and cheese which was very dry won't be ordering again

Got a delivery and was spot on ,did forget my milkshake but got one sent to my house within 10 minutes couldn’t fault them amazing service !! Xx

I recently ordered the paneer tikka pizza along with two wraps, and everything was great! The pizza was flavorful, and the wraps were delicious. Plus, the delivery was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

Food cold on arrival and missing items. “Salad” on burger consists of half a slice of cucumber, 3 bits of onion and a wilted bit of lettuce. Chips weren’t great either. Some sort of sauce that was completely unrelated to me order had leaked in the bag. The sauce pot that had been given was intact strangely 🤨.

Recently under new management. The food was excellent, the prices and portions were very nice. Mushroom pasta was amazing.

I recently dined in, both the pasta and Garlic mushroom & cheese were outstanding! The pasta was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. I tried creamy vegetarian pasta sauce was rich, savoury , and perfectly seasoned. As for the vegetarians, garlic mushrooms, were incredibly well-prepared, with a perfect balance of garlic and herbs, offering a savoury burst of flavour in every bite. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for dine in , Whether you’re in the mood for hearty pasta , this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!”

Apparently under new management so thought I'd help out by leaving a review. It is my kids favourite takeaway and now the in-laws favourite after last night. Food was delicious and the meat was fresh and not at all greasy or dry! Will be back again!

The best takeaway we've had in a long time!! Ordered two pasta dishes & a cheesy garlic bread and everything was perfect! Both pasta dishes were delicious, full of chicken/prawns and the nicest sauces!! Good size portions and very friendly owner delivering the food. HIGHLY recommend!

I used to love this place but recently it's been awful. Almost two hours I've been waiting for a cheeseburger to be delivered!

Absolutely stunning food!!!! Pre ordered for 7pm nye. It came at our ordered time on the dot. Food was hot and bloody tasty! Defo order again.

Absolutely amazing high quality food, we have ordered from here on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. Great portions, brilliant variety of food on the menu, great variety in a burger meal and just fantastic quality food altogether. We actually put an order in 5 minutes before the closing time not realising until afterwards, yet the restaurant still accepted our order and delivered our food to us before the predicted delivery time. Amazing service and we will 100% continue ordering from here and highly recommend to anyone else wanting to order proper quality food late hours!

If you're looking for a low-sensory option with decent food this is the place. To be fully up front, there are tables and chairs here, but it doesn't really function as a restaurant - you're not going to have someone coming to your table and asking right as you've just stuffed your mouth with food if "the food is okay", and you'll have to go to the counter to order a second drink (they will take your first order at the table) - but that's honestly why me and my partner love it here. Tasty food, and not too expensive, and not being bothered by wait staff. Perfect.

Excellent food at an excellent price. Had a lovely family meal here even the kids were satisfied for once.

Food and service has generally been good on the past. We’ve ordered loads of times over the past few months as enjoyed it every time. Sadly however, we won’t be going back. We ordered as usual with a usual delivery time. After allowing for a half hour extra (1 and a half hours) we started to call to chase up. Took loads of attempts to get through to be told 30 mins. Two hours after first order we started chasing again. Finally got through two hours and quarter later to be told order would not be ready for delivery for another 30 minutes. No problems with a place being busy but this was a joke. God knows what time they would have delivered the order had we not cancelled it. Received a half hearted apology and no real explanation. They ensured we weren’t charged but waited 2 hours and a quarter for no food.

Food arrives within a decent time. Ordered a pizza,curly fries & chocolate cake. Pizza was delicious Fries also tasty, chocolate cake portion was enormous and really good! Pizza & fries cooked perfectly and was still hot when received even after 15/20min drive for delivery to us. Defo recommend and will be back very reasonably priced too.

Fantastic food and incredible portion sizes, as always. My boyfriend and I swear by La Casetta as our new favourite restaurant in Lancaster. The Greek Salad is my go-to and the salad is always so fresh 💖 They are also so generous with the feta cheese! I highly recommend this restaurant, do not listen to the bad reviews. I am baffled that there are any to begin with!

Ordered at 11:30pm. Restaurant accepted the order through Uber Eats, almost 2 hours later with no food arrived and restaurant not answering phone. Abysmal service, will never use again.

Ordered a kids bolognaise for my little boy who is three and it was spicy, he barely ate any of his food. Bless him his mouth must be on fire. It doesn't say there's any pepper or chilli's in the sauce ingredients. I'm really shocked. I can't have and don't like spices , and I had a mouthful I'm glad I did sort of my tongue is still burning. My partner tried some and was confused as to why. The first and probably the last time we order from here. But he's currently enjoying the ice cream

*DO NOT ORDER* There's a good chance your food does NOT arrive AT ALL. I just finished a 14 hour shift at half ten and ordered around the same time... 3 Hours later, my payment has been taken from Uber Eats, and the food is not here. Not only is it not here, but they don't pick up any phones i've been calling for over an hour and there's no updates in the app either. I wish i could give negative stars.

Been here a number of times for takeaway orders and ordered a few times on various apps too. Due to a problem I accidentally ordered to a previous address but La Casetta sorted the problem and my food arrived piping hot a delicious. I really recommend this restaurant. 5 stat service and 5 state taste!!

Great pizzas. Very handy on route home from evenings out in the city.

Service was dreadful. Food okay. Wine was off and sent back; still included on bill so didn't leave a tip. Staff ignored you most of the time as they were more interested in getting the fast food orders out. Restaurant seems like an 'add on' to a fast food outlet and was cold and had no atmosphere. Shame as it's in a lovely location.

I ordered some calamari took nearly 2 hours to come when It came the calamari was inedible, chewy and very very fishy. Felt quite sick after one so had to throw them away. If your looking for some fresh tasty calamari that doesn’t make you sick avoid this place at all costs.

Food never came ring them and they didn't pick up

Literally the worst food ever. Threw it in the bin. Took 2 and a half hours to arrive and was stone cold, burnt and awful. Called them twice and each time they told us it was on its way. They lied obviously. They even hung up on us. Avoid like the plague!

Unfortunately needed to update my rate and review, it's third time we are ordering and there is a considerable change since 5 month ago...from our first order. Quality of food considerably changed. Meat didn't seamed to be that fresh and the CRAZY amount of salt that was used, made us think that freshness of meat it's covered...so unfortunately will never order from this place again.

My 1st time ordering from here and they did not disappoint. The best lamb chops I have ever tasted. The children's meals was huge portions and came with a drink of choice and a pot of ice cream and my children said it was very nice and tasty. I highly recommend and will defiantly be returning. Also bonus they don't use plastic everything is recycled and they delivered 10 minutes earlier than advised.

Our regular takeaway. No complaints at all. Good sized portions. Prices good and staff always very friendly.

Ordered tonight was told order would be delivered at 7:30 , waited an hour and 15 minutes to then get a phone call saying delivery vehicles had broken down ! Strange as our friends delivery had just arrived ! Not recommended!

I go every month twice or three times. Have not been disappointed once. The Mushroom Pasta dish is the best they got. The owners are also sooo nice. Would recommend it to everyone.

First time I have tired this place, it will definitely be my last. Cold food, definitely not fresh lasagne, frozen and reheated as the centre of it was really cold and the sides were warm. What a waste of money.

Ribeye was tender and tasty but the waiting time was just too long as there were no other customers other than my friend and I.

Had a fabulous meal. I can highly recommend this restaurant. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble even when we asked for a dish not currently on the menu.

Take away service was poor was told an hour for delivery but was told 2hrs later forgot about our order ,shocking

Disappointing curry, with slow service.

Booked last night as heard people rave about the place. Walked in at 6.15 was seated straight away and drinks order taken. Looked at menu decided what we wanted. We sat and waited 45 mins before we asked how long our food would be we was told 5 mins. 15 mins later food still wasn't with us. After about another 5-10 mins we all was just about ready to eat our meals but we couldn't as the t bone steak both my partners and my friends partners was like rubber over cooked. We decided then at that point we wasn't eating or paying £20 for something like that so we decided to leave after speaking with who ever was in charge. Who then clearly admitted it was his fault due to the amount of take away orders coming in. We had seen about 6 orders being made and sent out before ours was even on the grill. It was obvious that the take out part was the main focus of the business. Customer service was very poor.

Sirloin steak - the meat was so tender and juicy... I even forgot to eat it with the black papers sauce served and all I can say is the steak was super delicious!! Love it!!

Took my wife there for her lunch. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing, I couldnt eat it all as the portions were very generous. I would recommend all to try this new restaurant, you wont be disappointed.
