What a beautiful meal. Would definitely go back . Not the most inviting frontage but forget that and focus on the good. Succulent lamb . Chicken tandooried to sublime taste. Reasonably priced . Wow

This is by far the best venue in South Shields for a great night out, furnished and decorative appeal to the eye, great staff management and entertainment.

Enjoyable Sunday lunch although we would have preferred veg to be warmer

First time ordering and will be last. Told when ordered would be half hour, it took nearly an hour (wed teatime). Quite rude when rang to ask, politely, if on way! Mushrooms in VERY thick lumpy gravy and curry sauce tasted nothing like curry sauce, not really sure what it tasted of. Chips were OK. I will see that although late, it was hot however barely ate any because of taste. Read reviews before ordering so was surprised and disappointed.

Food was delicious and delivered on time.

Took my granddaughter tonight. Staff were fantastic including the new member. Food was amazing.Definitely be back. Lovely experience.

Takes a lifetime to deliver. 2 hrs ffs. Food is lovely but I’m not happy with delivery time at all. Specially as the shop is top of my street. Probably 3 minutes approximately 🤷‍♀️

Just been for afternoon tea for our Mother's day gift really enjoyed it staff were lovely also boxed up cakes we couldn't eat

I am tempted not to publish this because the meal was so good and the waiting staff so supportive. Real value for money. Great Food and a reasonable price. A great little treat and it supports the kids. What is not to love. A brilliant meal one of the best I have had with very attentive staff. Brilliant. Well done.

Some months ago I posted a negative review of the Ship. Happy to report that this wonderful pub is back to its brilliant best, and is once again my local. Lovely owners, staff and atmosphere. Mick

I was given a surprise party here by my son. He did his own catering and planned it with manager who he said was excellent. Nice atmosphere friendly staff.

We have been using this take away for years. I have chicken curry with no onion and boiled rice . My husband likes the king prawn curry with boiled rice . We also have the chow mein. It's all perfect. I also love their prawn crackers, they are not too fishy .love them Would definitely recommend
