Ordered from the heritage cafe today Couldn’t decide what to have as there’s loads of delicious choices to be made Decided to order the chicken parmo with chips And two lots of quiche and chips And of course the sprinkle cake and custard Everything arrived piping hot and delicious Can’t wait to order again soon

Had our 2nd dinner collected today 1st Sept 2024..i can honestly say 10/10 for the Sunday roast. The beef was thick slices and you didn't need a knife to cut it up, it just fell apart and believe me it's not cheap beef the taste, the smell, was just mouth watering. Same as laSt wk.. Superb food and service, especially as I need gluten free options. Good old fashioned feel to the pub with a very modern approach to customer service. We’ll most definitely be back.

Cannot fault the hospitality from everyone. Good beers and great food, with some northern specialities that come highly recommended at good prices and portions! We were also welcomed to park up in our campervans overnight as we'd travelled to see the fireworks show at Kynren. We will definitely go back when we're next in town!

Imagine an upmarket corporate hotel that's got the feel of a family run establishment, that's the impression that I got. The staff could not have been better :friendly happy and attentive, (Sasha, your lovely!). The food was fabulous, desserts addictive.

Pass this place everyday on the way to work thought I'dtry it, couldn't fault the service or the food , decent sized portions, value for money , everything was delicious, had Special curry with fried rice, satay chicken skewers , my favourites the chicken spring rolls and salt and pepper chips , deliveryvtime about 50 minutes , gunna try the dumplings next , well worth a visit this place

Held a baby shower in the Laurel Room and couldn't fault the service, venue or food - absolutely perfect! So good, that we cam back for family Sunday lunch the next day (excellent quality and value), then I cam aback with a friend for dinner on the Monday evening. We opted for their steak and cocktail special - only £20 - and again, couldn't fault the quality at all. This is a fabulous local venue that should be shouted out more often!

I ordered half mushrooms hald hot shot only less than quarter was mushrooms. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza made at home. The chips were tasteless unfortunately.
