Delivery guy rude and even asks you to take your own order out of his bag… don’t get me wrong food is fab but this driver doesn’t even utter a word and now leaves gate own. No need for the way he speaks to a woman! Otherwise food is good

ordered a pizza just before 7pm and I didn't get it until 9.40pm after contacting them twice. As a 'sorry' I got a free bottle of pepsi. What a joke.

Ordered the meat feast and pepperoni pizzas—both were fantastic! Loved the thin crust and generous toppings. The parmo was a good size and delicious. Overall, great quality and highly recommended!

I ordered thin crust hotshot pizza. I got a thick crust inferno pizza. I am allergic to peppers. the inferno is covered in peppers. I contacted London pizza. they then redelivered the correct pizza after another 45min wait, this pizza was cold and soggy. sorry we will not be ordering again. standards and quality have really gone down over.

Second time I’ve had to call about wrong food being delivered tonight I waited 46 mins for delivery only to receive wrong order then had to wait an additional 30 mins for right order by the time I got it I didn’t want it I was past waiting first order was stone cold baring in mind I little live 5 mins along the road from them I will certainly NOT be ordering again

It was late but tbf coming from a person working in the production industry i dont blame them. They were probably worked off their head

At the moment of this review, I still have not received my food, I've called them three times to be told it's 'with a new driver' it's been nearly two hours!

Food was not only late but cold to not normal from this place it’s normal spot on time and red hot

Pita bread was missing. Food was not too warm, probably due to its lateness and the chicken was chewy.

Absolutely awful! 3 hours 19 minutes and 2 phone calls later I got inedible food. Wouldn’t even serve it to my dog. Was offered half price next order, not a chance in hell will there be a next order! Complete waste of money, definitely avoid

We used to order from these regularly. Food quality and delivery service had dropped right off lately. Food took 2 hours to get to us from ordering. Pizza was cold and the wedges had been re-heated. It was the best pizza shop in the area. Won't be ordering again until they turn it around.

Food is unreal order every week if not 2 times a week but price now is 2 much and £4.50 delivery is a rip off I will not be ordering again at them prices

Barely warm and very late not usually like this

Absolutely foul. STAY AWAY. Made an order to collect. The place itself is that dirty and smelly. Was carrying the food home, and I could smell something foul coming out if the pizza box. As soon as I arrived home and we started to open the boxes, my partner nearly threw up from the same dirty smell I could smell. Can't seem to get the same smell out of my hands and nose whatever it is they need to be shut down. Very unhygienic so stay away. If london pizza sees this I'm coming down for my money back soon. And also will be reporting to hygiene. Shame to leave the type of review. London pizza was great a couple of years ago... Didn't get pictures as it went straight in the bin as soon as my son started Gipping. Disgusting sort it out.

Food was great but you really need to look at your portion about 10 chips in chips and kabab

I ordered the food, a 8 inch pizza with chips, dip and a drink, estimated delivery was 7.10pm to 7.30pm, it came at 8.30pm and the food was cold, the pizza had missing extra things I paid extra for, chips was cold as well, on a Wednesday, it should have arrived super quick, I could understand if it was a Friday, but it wasn't, I won't be ordering from them no more, they need to get their act together if they want custom.

After ordering 2h before, I expected the food to be hot when it arrives. The food is Luke warm and needed to be warmed up in the microwave.

Really enjoyed the food, first time ordering and would definitely order again. They did get one of the pizzas wrong but it was still enjoyed. Downside was the delivery, took 2 hours which was half an hour over the estimated delivery time

Avoid like the plague. Ordered at 18:45 arrived at 21:20 which has 70 mins after they said it would arrive. Phoned twice, said it was with the driver then phoned a 3rd time 30 mins later and got someone else and they said it had just been cooked and was now with the driver. Had same issues last year and stopped using then, then today decided to give them another go. Needless to say, won't be going back there again

We placed an order at 20.05. Arrival time was expected 21.00. Still hadn't arrived at 21.30 so we rang restaurant. Was greated by a rude person the other end. Was told was just preparing order. 21.35 recieved notification saying food was on way. 10.00 we rang back again and was greated by sorry I don't understandyou. 10.05 eventually arrived and luke warm. We usually use the restaurant but unfortunately won't be anymore!

Wouldn’t order a bolognaise pizza ever again, far too sloppy base was full of water and just slopped. Didn’t have much filling neither but rest of food was delicious. New garlic tubs are scandless dip of garlic and it’s gone.

Food arrived 30 min late..chips really soggy and cold and the pizza was really awful..the base was soggy..cold..hardly no topping on..asked for a refund and was refused..we couldn’t eat any of the food..£20 wasted!!

Food would of been nice if it had been hot

Over 2 hours to receive barely warm food. I don't understand why takeaways accept orders when they can't deliver. I could have ordered from an alternative if given the opportunity. The takeaway gave the option to select ingredients but chose to send whatever they felt. Unfortunately I have not had a good experience of this takeaway.
