Istanbul Pizza in County Durham

Just ordered a 14" folded calzone pizza. Looked great when I opened the box. Crust was nicely cooked. Top wasn't too bad. Filling was just warm & the base was more or less raw dough - inedible! Been here quite a few times now and not had any bother but certainly won't be going back after this!

Extremely good food my favourite kebab house in the area way above the rest.

I order a kebab pizza and a chicken wrap they were horrible and thanks to this please now suffering with food poisoning a wouldn't recommend this place at all a will be reporting this to the ryt places waste of money

Got myself a kebab the other day, absolutely disgusting. Never again ! And also late with the delivery.

Chicken Burger for 6£ really?! Taste like fish not chicken and what’s this ? No any sauce no salad no nothing!! Waste of money at all !!

I had Kebab wrapp with chips chilli and white cabbage.. Chips were cold...meat was cold...! Warmest thing in it was the white cabbage...absolutely rank...... Never again...

Hi I got a spicy meatball pizza but there was no jalapeño on so was not very spicy.

Needs a good make over! Always looks untidy. Saying that good value food, if you like pizza's done in grill!

They have lots of options in pizzas

Ordered 1/2 and 1/2 10" pizza. Cost £8.50 Margarita one side. Bbq base, onions, jalapeños, chicken, cheese and pepperoni on top. I asked especially that pepperoni to be the last thing on the pizza. Unfortunately cheese covered the pepperoni so made the pepperoni soggy. Very disappointing. Flavour was good otherwise. There was a confusion on the cost of the pizza when I called up. £10 on the phone but when I challenged the other 10" pizzas on the menu were £8.50 so paid £8.50

Second visit to Istanbul and another fantastic pizza - went for the chicken tikka. Nice base, good amount of toppings and cheese. Friendly staff, will definitely be going back. Third visit 28/8. Fast service, ordered a 12" tandoori chicken pizza and chips with curry sauce. Again, pizza had a solid base, with plenty of topping and a nice tandoori sauce. Chips and curry sauce were plentiful. Staff top notch, hope they keep up the good work

The meal was fantastic we buy again 2 garlic bread cheese and mushroom 2 salad 2 kebab by the way I am a very picker eating

Delivered to the wrong house (next door) even though we have a number clearly displayed, then on the re-order they were short on the order including an extra paid for item as well as an included item. The food was mediocre and not worth the wait. I only live a mile away and it took two hours to get an unsatisfactory food order only part fulfilled. My last with these.

Disgusting!! Chips, bolognaise and cheese....freezing chips, mince, tomato puree then cheese. Its supposed to be bolognaise. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!

Didn't enjoy the last two meals, won't risk a third attempt

Ordered 1 pizza and 1 wrap at 1830 gave it till 1940 till I rang and asked where my order was, I was told the driver was on his way. I then left it till 2020 and my partner rang back to be greeted by some absolute horrid woman on the phone saying we were cocky and it’s not her fault they have a slow driver and a fast driver and tonight we got the slow driver (I live Aprox 2 miles away) so for him to take 2 hours to drive that distance made me laugh. Absolute shocking service. Honestly don’t waste your time

Didn't receive everything I ordered and when I rang they said they were sending it over. An hour later it still hadn't arrived I rang again and they said everything was in the bag what I ordered. It wasn't in the bag. They said they'll send it out again but by this time it was after 11pm and I said no forget about it. They said next time I order they'll add it to my order. There won't be a next time I'm not ordering from there again. Didn't even offer a refund for the food we didn't receive. Very disappointed.

Can not fault this place. Special offers are great value for money and orders are always on time. Food is great. No complaints here.

Amazing Kebabs. I'm yet to try anything else from the menu but if it's as good as the kebab, you're onto a winner.

Chips cold and shrivelled from last week , 2nd time in a fortnight, you pay for a large portion you expect , time to go elsewhere

Very happy with express delivery. Offer 4 is value for money. Lush pizza nd kebabs are loaded, my partners said best meat he ever tasted. I highly recommend

Lovely pizza shop but never open until times stated they always close hours earlier than stated above on opening times.
