Love the food, regular customer but when the restaurant advertiser ‘beef’ it will come as bolognese , I would say for the takeaway, they need to advertise beef as bolognese as my partner hates bolognese. The pizza went in the bin , but other than that this is a good place for food , just think they need to state that the beef isn’t just beef it’s bolognese

Arrived hot and on time pizza was the cheeses best my son had in a while chip were delicious and my wrap was the best iv had ever. Will definitely be ordering again best pizza shop around by far

I appreciate that it was early but I noted on order to call me when outside. i knew that the request was 50 50 but I didn't even know the driver was on his way. the dog went mental.

Ordered food (kebab and pizza) which was very dry and tasteless. We have been going here for few years now but won't be going again, we rang and spoke to the owner who was very rude on the phone so we won't be spending a penny In here again.....terrible food and service beware!

Pizza was burnt on the base and arround the top edge .Chips not that good as some under cooked Garlic bread was Nice Cheese bites Good but won't get again

Ordered chicken supreme parmo. Chips were hard and clearly not cooked properly. Parmo itself… just ok! Must say I have been left disappointed tonight, wish I’d stuck to ordering my Indian!

This was my first and last time of ordering from Pizza Time. I ordered a meaty feast and a Mexican pizza but was delivered a merry feast and what looked to be a parmo or something. I simply asked for a refund as I couldn't be bothered with the chew. The meaty feast was 2 thirds thick bread like dough rather than a decent pizza base and was the single worst pizza, i have ever had. Not sure how this has a 4.5 rating, either students or drunks I assume.

Order was due 5.25pm then changed to 6.05pm arrived about 6.25pm...asked through here for some money back the restaurant said no due to 'bad weather' deliveries were late the weather was fine! When food came it was cold used to love this place but disappointing tonight

Always the best around the area for chicken kebab. Hate it when it's shut on a cheeky Tuesday and I had to go somewhere else, it didn't compare. Loads of chicken and lush chilli sauce

Delivery time spot on, kebab meat and chips were nice and still hot, garlic sauce dip was what I call "proper garlic sauce" too... All in all... Yeah, very good!

Late delivery how ever food came piping hot and very nice. They obviously made it to suit the delivery 5 star from me! great service.

Food was so cold when it arrived and kebab meat was rather light in colour and not cooked enough as we like it. We did state that we wanted it cooked well done which we get every week but tonight was just disgusting so won't be back we'll try some where else now

Always go to pizza time. Kebabs, pizzas, burgers and wraps are all immense. Just live around the corner and the delivery time is always earlier than stated.

As ever, delicious! Their toppings are absolutely the best anywhere. Would love if a thin / Italian base was a choice.

Food was still hot, portion sizes were amazing and the Pizza base was thick but no complaints. Love a thick crust. Definitely ordering here again.

100% nerve eat from this place again food was cold when it arrived so we called them regarding this and was told if we dint like it to go elsewhere very professional ant it the woman on the phone was very rude and the owner was no more help to so we would not recommend to any

We order from here every week, sometimes twice per week and never complained, but tonight my husbands kebab meat was cold and hard, he called to tell them and the lady on the desk replied 'well order from somewhere else then!' We couldn't believe how rude she was! We called again and asked to speak with the manager who told us we would have to drive to the shop if we wanted a replacement and put the phone down on my husband?!?! I don't understand why they would speak to a customer this way, we are absolutely disgusted

Worth for price and amount. Tase is fantastic, we did order different kebabs, include pita bread and salad. Enjoyed meal 💯

Since moving to Durham from Newton Aycliffe I have been in search for a Pizza shop that is as good as my old Local, Olive Garden. Pizza time, is by far the best pizza shop in Durham. Keep it up and maybe one day Pizza Time will be better than my old local Olive Garden.

The pizza here is super delicious and might be one of the best pizzas in Durham, but I wish they are taking extra care with the hygiene (if any piece falls down don’t put it again in the pizza or the plate that is not acceptable)

Have to say we always get our food from here their mixed kebabs and pizzas are lush ! .....BUT the last few months the chips have gone downhill so much ! They used to have the best chips and now you either get the tail ends of scraps or mush and now they have resorted to french fries !! I'm sure if wanted French fries we'd have that choice and they were awfull ! Please go back to your nice fat chips x

Got a chicken kebab gorgeous chicken salad you could not get any fresher 10 out of 10

The kebabs and pizzas from this place are always top notch. Their spicy chicken kebab is phenomenal with so much chicken included. Their hot & spicy pizza is so tasty and packed with so many ingredients. We travel passed not 1 but 2 pizza places to eat from here. Highly recommended!

Large margarita is excellent value, huge and with their huge garlic dip also very tasty. Garlic breads nice too as well as cheesy chips. Spot on.

I enjoyed chicken parmesan good size and with nice salad with garlic dip. I bought a mix box containing onion rings, mushroom. Chips. Scampi chicken nuggets with salad garlic dip. Could of been slightly hotter heat wise unsure why not but service polite and helpful top class. FOH area clean n tidy with sanitizer station.

The food is vile from here now!! Used to be really nice wont be going back!! The pizza was tasteless cheese was like plastic!! Chips were rancid like rubber, the kebab meat was like leather really dry & old, was not enjoyable at all.

placed an order on 3/11/19 ordered a extra large house kebab which we were looking forward to, opened the box and a blue bottle fly flew out it went straight in the bin, the last time i place an order here

Absolutely inappropriate behaviour! Being a customer with this shop for over 4 years, I can see that there are new staff members ther every couple of months. I understand general mistakes, but being lied to about the price on call with respect to recieving it and being charged generally too much while not even having the type of a pizza I wanted is not on. especially that I kindly asked my mother to recieve it. Also been hung up on when called back to them about it! As my mother told them, I have mentioned it as well. NEVER COMING BACK! Disgrace

The delivery service Just east is de actived but they are still advertising that they use it. It is also cheaper to buy a garlic bread special from the Belmont pizza time and to get it delivered than it is to collect my pizza from this shop. It's not very professional when the lady on the phone shouts to the manager how much a pizza is and the manager just picks a price out the air. BELMONT PIZZA TIME ALL THE WAY!

Speedy deliver with a good price for the special meal deals. I would of given this place 5 star but the pizza wasn't up to a Kiev standard for me it wasn't bad just I have just had better Kiev pizzas it lacked garlic and was a little over cooked for me. Would definitely order again from here again though normally order from chillas but the meal deals are pricey and poor combinations.

So slow on delivery (car will be 15 mins - again and again when I rang) not much meat and toooooo much cheese !! Not for me .... Shame had again a fab night in Tap and Spile !!!! 👎

Chicken wrap with chips and garlic sauce tasted unreal at first. Still suffering 2 days on with food poisoning though.

Awful. More dough than toppings, didn't give the option to select thin crust on Just Eat so that may be my error. But the pizza was tasteless. Parmo tasted like it was cooked in old oil and cheese tasted sour. Waste of money.

Was told 40 mins waiting time wasted just over an hour and when food turned up it was cold and pizza was so over cooked I can assure u I will not be ordering from here again

Messed up my order when I phoned to get the rest of my order they hung up on my I am a reqular not any more terrible phone manner

Ordered at 21:41 and got food at 00:09 when told it would arrive at 23:11! Used these for years even on lunch times when I went to fram school 15 years ago!! And this is shocking!!!! Worst av known ever!! Wouldn't bother using them! Waste of timyqqye!!! Worst q ever!!

Absolutely appalling order 3 pizzas and chips at around 16:00 told an hour. 1.5 hours later had to ring to find where the food was to be told they were a driver down but was on its way 2 hours later had to ring again this time told they were 2 drivers down and the driver hadnt been back yet And didnt know when.... Then the driver was in and on his way in 10 minutes... 2.5 hours later the delivery arrived... The pizzas had obviously been reheated to an almost un-edible state

2 and a half hours we have been waiting for food! Still not arrived never again don't no how this place is still in business

Shame about the chips, they were dry due to being re heated too often. The pizzas were nice but the garlic bread was way too thick, dry and doughy, it needed garlicky butter on it badly. Staff were nice and friendly.

21/05/2016 @ 20.12 I recieved a confirmation email re my order to Fram Pizza, Front Street Durham. At 9.28pm I called the take away to chase up my order and was told " we are busy it will be another 10 minutes.at 10.02pm the food arrived stone cold and unedible. I rang the shop again and was told someone would collect it and take it back. He arrived in 5 minutes and insisted he checked the food to make sure none of it had been eaten. Shocking customer service. There was no apology at all. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. they have no loyalty to regular customers
