Good customer for months then sends me bad sale with my burger !!! Look at state of it.

I ordered the burger meal, but only got the burger

Food was amazing best pizza and best chicken strips and garlic in real life

Spot on “ they use real chicken for their chicken burger not some frozen patty ! In name of chicken been to many shops in bp auckland this by far the best out ranking em all value for money and tasty food good quantity as well

Ordered on uber eats, as soon as I clicked order I realised I had ordered from them before and it was awful then. - As it was late and cold. Arrived very late, advertised on uber eats as 30 minutes delivery, think it took about 1.5 hours. Food was stone cold, 1 x pizza was smaller than what I ordered so got financially ripped off. This company really needs to be removed from uber eats as they just take the Mickey. 2 orders in 6 or so Months, both late and cold, latest order delivered less than I had paid for. Use another company if getting delivered. - Oh, the only positive was the driver was friendly and this time was British so spoke good English.

Chicken pizza to spicy to eat garlic sauce tasted minty margarita was squashed to the top of the box, food was 10 minute late it arrived 1 hour 20 minutes after I ordered it and it’s 2 houses up from me won’t be ordering again

Pointless to accept orders and then just not deliver them. Just state you’re closed or can’t do it. Don’t take money for an order that you then can’t or won’t deliver. Ridiculous

food quality and taste was not the best. hardly no toppings on the pizza or cheese. the kebab meat tasted burnt the salad was slimy also came with a cold wrap instead of a pitta bread. all turned up cold but the order was 40 minutes late so I'm guessing that's why it was cold. I did reheat myself, still didn't help much with the tastbutthe garlic sauce was lovely though. £1.80 for a large tub though is ridiculous. no chilli sauce with the kebab.

Great food hot when it got here, wish there was an option for red onions on the garlic cheese bread, appriciate the early hours delivery we was starving we all good now thank you!.

All food was cold and i asked for garlic on pizza as in the kind they use for kiev pizza and they tipped garlic sauce on it the food tasted ok but 30 quid for cold food is no good at all

Forgot the sauces. Pizza was a soggy mess, doughnuts were stale and the chicken was so incredibly salty even my dogs wouldn't eat it.

Waiting over 2 and a half hours. Rang at the 1 and a half hour point to be told the food has left, over another hour later it finally turned up. Meal had chicken strips missing also. Absolute disaster

Ordered a parmo and cheesy garlic bread, parmo was burnt, dry and had a fishy smell, chips with parmo where over cooked. Cheesy garlic bread also very dry.

First time ordering here, I live 10-15mins drive away from the shop so it was definitely on the cold side, but wow, the Donner meat was on point, best I've had in years, can't fault the driver mind, 3 quid delivery fee, probably spent that in fuel. Legend👌

ordered delivery from here. cheeseburger was dry and didn't even come with cheese, chicken and cheese burger was fine, but didn't have cheese either. took an entire hour to start my food, another thirty minutes to deliver. a waste of time and money.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered more than 40’ppund worth of food. Took 2.5 hour to arrive. Cold, burnt and non tasteful. Would never again. Want money back. Chilli sauce clearly out of date. Wish we ordered dominos would have been 100 times better food. Need a refund now or will be making complaint to council and food hygiene plus putting on every local page.

Ordered and was told 25 mins.... after 40 I called to be told the driver is picking it up now. 20 mins after that I called again to be told the same... I said you said that 20 mins ago.... I was cooking last time.. he is coming now... 20 mins later cold food arrived.

Almost two hours late at the minute, still not here. Tried calling and got turned to a voicemail box which was full so I couldn't even leave a message or ask for an update.

Very disappointing. Food was over one hour late with no apologies. The pizza was very doughy with little topping! The chips were the only thing that were okay ish, very underwhelmed with the service and quality of the food.

30+ minutes late!! The food said it was delivered at 21.05. However it was not , I got in my car @ 21.32 to go and find out where it was to receive a call at 21.37 to say he was there, I asked why did it say delivered nearly 40 mins ago. He didn’t really have much to say. The food was freezing the garlic sauce was like water. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Food was ordered before store opened at 5.20pm was due by 6.05pm, still at 7.20pm no food. Rang at 6.45 and said food on way but not arrived. Sent text from the help page saying due by 7.30pm on way. That is over 2 hours since I ordered it. Fair enough tell people it will be late but by how long and give them a chance to cancel cause clearly it was not even cooked yet when you informed me at 5.50 it was going to be late!!!

If waiting 2 hours for cold pizza is what you’re after, then these guys have you covered. Ordered a pizza and a can of coke at 7:30pm, it’s 9:27pm and I have just received it. Pizza was cold and the coke was room temp.

just had a delivery delivered, cheesy garlic bread is lovely, but the taste of the kebab was unfortunately overpowered with some sort of lighter fluid everything tasted the same, couldn't eat , shame because there was a decent amount of meat .

Not ideal , pizza stunk cheese stunk didnt eat it had 1 bite was rancid.

They do the best jalapeño cheese bites and love their pizzas.

Checked using the just eat delayed tab to get an update to which I received a text saying time had been pushed back for delivery by 20 mins still not arrived after this time so phoned the store to see what was happening with my order, the person who answered the cal was extremely rude and put the phone down on me without letting me finish speaking. 50 minutes later the driver arrived and apologised which I appreciated, opened our food and there was a couple of items missing. Safe to say we won’t
