The best restaurants serving Default food in East Putney Wandsworth London

I am flabbergasted by some of these reviews. ! I do not understand. We love this place and love the owner, who is so kind, amazingly kind and lovely. He produces real food which is rare now. His food is exquisite.SO delicious, so fresh , so beautiful and he is the soul of goodness. We had a beautiful meal last night ,again, and were treated like family. It is true , he has had a hard time getting staff as has everyone. Last night that was all sorted out. Pepe was cooking and it was such a lovey evening. So go here and eat real food from a real caring cook. I cant say what has promoted the negativity but i have eaten here lunch and dinner, bright many guests and always how I want every restaurant to be and most aren't. We love every moment and every bite we eat. SO go and enjoy. Lunch ,by the way , has to be the best bargain in London with home made delicious food to die for . healthy food ,too

As the nearest restaurant by my flat I felt this would be a handy spot for breakfast before heading to the city centre. I opted for a poached egg and bacon in a roll. Set me back £9.70. This is more than double the cost of a bacon roll by itself ! Staff made minimal chat and the venue lacked atmosphere. The food was nice just extremely over priced

The presentation and packaging of the food is excellent, probably one of the best I’ve seen. However the quality and taste of the food is very bad not authentic at all. I ordered the fish madras and fish masala. The fish madras tasted very tomatoey like they just poured a whole tin of tomatoes with no spice or flavour, tasted more like a stew. The fish masala was basically like eating a desert, basically a ton of sugar and thick creamy coconut. I think they cater to a certain type of demographic

Very french feel to the place. Brings romance back.

The inside of the store is bright and not too noisy, so I always use it before work and on holidays. Highly recommended!

Nos fuimos a cenar allí el viernes pasado y, como siempre, no nos decepcionó. La comida siempre es fresco, incluso hacer pan fresco después de solicitar lo que sale caliente! Y es Sirvase usted mismo! Excelente relación calidad-precio.

The pizza made me and my friend have diarrhoea For five Straight and the guy started to mopping the floor whilst I was eating he told me to wait outside whilst I was eating The guy was also intimidating And the chairs were really wet which made my trousers moist

If burned up, dried out, leather textured reheated chicken with cold chips is your thing then you have come to the right place! We ordered a take away from them and it was not only inedible but uncutable, you could have made a pair of flip flops from it, all went in the bin! The people who prepared it were obviously embarrassed by their offering and included a box of wings free of charge! Save your money eat your shoes! Disgusting!

Pollo quemado. Doner de cordero de hormigón que rompía los dientes que venía sin ensalada ni salsa. Envoltura de halloumi, 4 trozos secos de halloumi en una pitta rancia sin ensalada ni salsa. Pedí hummus para 4 que terminó siendo una mancha de hummus en una caja sin nada más. Los chips de queso grandes eran lo suficientemente pequeños como para alimentar a un ratón, se guardaban en una caja de poliestireno derretido pero de alguna manera estaban helados. ¿Llamaron a la tienda, lo cual no fue de ayuda, nos ofrecieron llamar al dueño que no estaba por otra hora? Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
