Consistently great quality. The food is well cooked and prepare, and not too greasy or overly strong. We have been using Kathmandu for many years, and it never disappoints.

This place does not disappoint. We were starving and the food was awesome.

The presentation and packaging of the food is excellent, probably one of the best I’ve seen. However the quality and taste of the food is very bad not authentic at all. I ordered the fish madras and fish masala. The fish madras tasted very tomatoey like they just poured a whole tin of tomatoes with no spice or flavour, tasted more like a stew. The fish masala was basically like eating a desert, basically a ton of sugar and thick creamy coconut. I think they cater to a certain type of demographic

food was late although its friday night so i can understand that, otherwise very good very delicious will order again

Ordered the chicken momos which were delicious. However also ordered the chicken tikka main course, small pieces & definitely not worth the money, no salad nor yoghurt supplied.

Sorry, was looking forward to trying this for the first time and honestly was terrible. To start with a smell which may come from the cream which looked like it was used with gone off cream. The paratha was the worse I’ve tasted not fresh at all as it came out the bag and as you put it to your mouth the bread was hard. The rice was over powdered in taste. I was so disappointed I have to wait awhile to see what else I can now find to eat. For future customers please do better!!!

Only thing is the butter chicken was very sweet & mushroom rice was very spicy. Apart from that was lovely as usual

delivery driver waited till after food was delivered to call me and tell me he was stuck in the lift, he then tried to blame me for this saying he was calling me several times even tho he arrived at 11:40 and came to my door 11:42 very strange but great food as always thank you

This was/is the biggest joke of a delivery experience I've ever had. At first the delivery got delayed so I called the restaurant at 7:22pm to check if everything was on track, they said the driver has the food, they mark the food as "out for delivery" straight after and then marked as "delivered". I call at 7:43pm to ask why it says delivered as I dont have it. He assures me that the driver is very close by. Nearly 2 hours on from ordering, at 8:05pm I call again and he gives me the drivers number. I call the driver, who was helpful, and he tells me that he just got to the restaurant and is picking the food up now. The order was eventually delivered at 8:24pm. The driver told me that the manager of the restaurant told him that he was just "managing my expectations and playing the game" deceptively - this level of poor service and dishonesty from the restaurant is horrendous. The driver was extremely courteous and apologetic.

Meat dishes tender and flavorful, reminds me of authentic Indian cooking. Dall is a must and eat it up with naan or rice with meat curry, you don't want to stop eating. Indian food at its finest.Falling in love with the place every time Never disappoints me.

Food was ok, a bit bland but alright. The delivery was terrible. Marked as delivered when it wasn't. Got items over an hour after the original time. No offer of a part refund or an extra item as good customer service. Seemed to be normal operations to them.

Placed an order last night with Kathmandu Valley which is local to where I live - nothing ever arrived and it was impossible to contact the restaurant as the line was constantly engaged. Despite reporting this via Deliveroo platform after a two hour wait, restaurant has the audacity to mark my order last night as 'delivered'. I have yet to receive confirmation of full refund. Very poor experience. Will avoid this one from now on - don't lie and take customers' money when you haven't delivered or communicated at all.

Cannot recommend. Food never turned up. Restaurant did not contact or respond to calls.

Terrible customer service. Order accepted but restaurant clearly can’t cope. After 1.5hr wait I tried calling the restaurant, but they don’t pick up the phone. On going to the restaurant to enquire about the order, they first denied knowledge of the order and then when they found it, told me I would have to wait another half hour. Restaurant owner then told me that he “didn’t care”, it’s a shame but can’t use such an unreliable uncaring restaurant any more.

The takeway restaurant does not disappoint at all.We were starving and the food was awesome. Give this place a shot for the real authentic indian food yeah. The portion was just perfect, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Beats all the restaurants around.Would recommend to u all.Thanks

What do you mean enjoy your food, I am still waiting for the food to be delivered. I am trying to call the restaurant but the number is busy all the time. Nobody from the restaurant got in touch too. So what is going on?

Meat selection starter totally overcooked. Minced lamb rolls even burned. Vegetable curry to go with the biryani was watery and hardly any vegetables present.

They did not cook the food to the standard and not authentic at all. It was rather a korma in different colour. I do not understand the owners word by saying European standard curry!! What does that mean? A food should be authentic specifically when calling it a name. If not I suggest they should change the name of the dish itself.

The food tasted nice although it was lukewarm. It arrived over 2 hours after I ordered which was over an hour late. When I called to ask where it was I was told 15 minutes and was still waiting 40 minutes later. Disappointing.

Arguably one of the best - best- best around! We enjoyed every dish, pleasure eating from here, prices are reasonable, delivery executed very quickly. The staffs are very kind and polite, specially you don’t find that nowadays. Purely elegant! Must!!

Food was cold, was not what I thought it would be at all. The chicken tikka was just cooked plain chicken and the curry was like a stew.. best bit was the free papdam. Waited over an hour for it too.

BEST INDIAN IN LDN! Butter chicken and chicken tikka masala were incredible! The saag paneer was so tasty and the naan bread and pappaudoms were amazing! I called the restaurant up after to say how amazing it was! Order arrived fast and the gentleman on the phone was so happy to hear I enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!!!!!

Garlic naan had no garlic. Peshwari naan wasn’t cooked properly. Egg fried rice had loads of black in it?! Came very late. Came with 2 Popadoms & the most vile mango chutney, no yogurt. Curry was nice. Called up and they brought 2 fresh naan and rice. Breads were not eaten as again undercooked and no garlic. Not impressed

Phenomenal experience once again.. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

Top notch food quality, and fast delivery. Very pleased with the professional level of service.

Unfortunately, the mint sauce and mango chutney tubs were not closed properly, so they had spilled all over everything in the delivery bag. It was really messy and spoiled the taste of the other items, some of which we had throw away. Not happy at all.

Professional packaging & very friendly driver. Great portion sizes. BUT, the tikka masala was not-at-all what one expects a tikka masala to taste like. It was far too sweet, chunky (not blended enough) and nowhere near spiced enough. For that reason, i will not be ordering from here again.

Food was amazing. One of the best I’ve had. App said the food was due to arrive at 20:55 but it rocked up at 20:40. Delivery driver was polite and chatty. Found my new go-to in SW
