I have ordered duck in plum sauce, got with pineapple, WHICH I'm allergic to!!! Ordered vegetable spring rolls, got with meat! Called the restaurant and the person who answered me was very rude!!! Absolutely unhelpful!

Food was so delicious! Would recommend it to everyone! Think food was just late as i ordered a really large amount! Only 17 items :-) so good!

Not only did the food arrive approximately 40 minutes late, but some of my order was also missing. I phoned up and the lady i spoke to said she would contact just eat for the missing items to be refunded to me. Let's see if that happens

the food was delayed, which was somewhat fine but the quality was poor, overall all it was bland, the rice tasted as if it was from the previous day or covered in fat making it inedible. The pork dumplings tasted under cooked. This was disappointing as i've ordered from this place before but it was fine, this time it was poor

It was a nightmare! They delayed the delivery time straight away. Even then, they delivered 45 minutes late. They wouldn't pick up the phone when either I or JustEat Help would call them. And when they did, they only offered a discount ON MY NEXT PURCHASE?!?! As if! I cannot believe JustEat even charged me for this joke, I should've gotten an instant refund.

Good food delivered hot. Recommend Dim sum beef green curry and banana fritters in particular. Will use them again.

The food from this place was not even edible. It was bland, no salt, no flavour. There was barely any meat in the dishes and also one dish smelt revolting.

Sorry to say this is the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had! The spring roles smelt and tasted awful and even the outside of the plastic food containers were dripping with grease. I will not be ordering again and I will most definitely not recommend! Just terrible!

Food arrived almost an hour late and was cold when it eventually did arrive. I called the restaurant twice during the wait and they were unhelpful and not at all apologetic. Will never order here again!

Order from here quite alot live 2 minutes littrally down the road it's now been 2 hours since I placed the order and when I called apparently the food was just leaving 10 minutes later still no food as I said I littrally live 2 minutes up the road iam extremely not amused and no complimentary discount not happy

I ordered a Laksa and Pad thai. Both were flavourless and awful. I felt like they added water to some leftovers and packaged it to us. The dim sum was decent but i will never order from here again.

ordered some necessary Saturday morning hangover food and it arrived 20 minutes faster than expected! The Malaysian dishes were also very tasty

I will not order from this place again. All the sauces were missing, the curry samosas weren't spicy or hot at all and the large house special rice was mainly soaked in gravy and veg with one prawn at the top.

Food would have been ok if it had been delivered warm. Restaurant 1 mile away gave an estimated delivery time 1 hour after order, then delivered 1 hour and 15 mins later than that. Shambolic. No refund, no reasons, just an insincere apology. I could have learned Chinese, followed a traditional recipe, cooked it in their kitchen and walked it to my house faster than they delivered.

These monsters failed to include any hot sin sauce with my hoi sin duck. Rendering it nothing more than cucumber spring onion duck. This is, in my view, a capital offence. This shambolic establishment shall not benefit from my repeat custom.

second time I've ordered and second time they didn't include the free prawn crackers that are advertised when you spend over a certain amount. I even left a note this time saying 'please don't forget' but they didn't include them. I paid £32 for 2 people, they delivered 20 minutes late and didn't include the offer as they advertise. the crispy need in chillin was also awful.

Had set meal for 4 which was a bargain for such a lot of food. 6 if us couldn't finish it!

Soggy prawn balls, 'crispy', duck, and 'crispy' beef, a very bland prawn and satay sauce dish. The only good things were the beef in black bean sauce and crab in sweetcoen sauce, but tbf these are hard to screw up. Sure I got 20%off for spending over 30 but was not expecting 80% reduction in quality.

1st time and the very last time ordering from this place.. curry sauce was like a tub of salt, chips was soggy, so was the pancake rolls, got the most smallest tub of sweet and sour sauce ever it most defo wouldnt of done 10 chicken balls, satay chicken was like rubber to! VERY unhappy as im now left with no dinner and £28 lighter! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Forgot my free drink and my chicken with water chestnuts and bamboo shoots had no chicken in it! My drink arrive quickly after I had informed them that they had forgotten and will have a discount when (if) I order from then again. House chow main was super yummy!

Original delivery time said approx 12.40pm I order approx 11:55pm. Then delivery time got changed to 13.10pm. I got a call just before 1pm saying that delivery is late but will he with me within 30 minutes. Food arrived at 13:50. Food was warm at best. I paid £16.50 for 'warm' food and had to wait 2 hours for it. Unacceptable. Please confirm receipt if this complaint.

Although we were informed about a late arrival, the quality of food was below what we had expected.

Food was hot and delicious, definitely my new go to Chinese place delivery came early too.

The extended the delivery time for 15mins but ended up 10 mins earlier than the original estimated time so I was very impressed! Food was above average, I will reorder when I need!

Even after calling to say the food was late. They still couldn't help in any way to ensure the food was there yet. It's been over 45 min and I'm still waiting for it to get here

wow! what a great meal! really delicious nasi goreng full of huge prawns - tasty special fried rice and chow mien! All delivered super hot and within 25 minutes of ordering!! Massively impressed with this restaurant!! will definitely order from here again - best we've had in the area so far!!

Not only was the food 20 mins late, but whoever was at the restaurant when we called, was rude and put the phone down on my cousin when we rang to chase the order. He said the driver had left 30 mins prior, yet when I asked the driver, he said he'd just left - so who knows! Food okay. Also the offer on the website said we'd get a free bottle of drink for orders over £25. We spent £27 and they failed to provide us with the drink.

placed a large order yesterday and we were more than a little disappointed. the salt and pepper dishes don't taste of salt and pepper seasoning at all - bland and the squid was rubbery and swimming in oil. the prawn curry was also excessively oily and the Singapore laksa was inedible and went straight in the bin.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had from a takeaway. Sauces basically costing of 100% vinegar. Salt and Chilli ribs with no salt or chilli and fatty undercooked meat. Disgusting noodles over greasy.

I accidentally made the mistake of re-ordering with Oriental chef. They added on loads of delivery time which is annoying as way off the suggested time. The food was really bad, the ribs went untouched and the stir fried mushrooms were cooked in a really awful gravy. Not going back to oriental chef.

Normally order from here but the duck was so bad and burnt and there was bones left which my boyfriend choked on! The egg fried rice was really greasy however the Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken was nice and so was the chicken balls. A shame as I feel they are not taking time and care over the food anymore and it was so salty!!

I ordered 2 Singapore with rice noodles and one with yellow noodles. All of them were with rice noodles again.
