What a Chicken Peri Peri in Wandsworth

If burned up, dried out, leather textured reheated chicken with cold chips is your thing then you have come to the right place! We ordered a take away from them and it was not only inedible but uncutable, you could have made a pair of flip flops from it, all went in the bin! The people who prepared it were obviously embarrassed by their offering and included a box of wings free of charge! Save your money eat your shoes! Disgusting!

Asked them not to knock and they did. Food was cold and it's only round the corner. The delivery guy was nice but that's about it...

Rung and told me fiid was ready for collection git to shop and still hsd to sit around 10mins gave me the WRONG burger large pop corn chicken was smaller than i would expect from a small and chips werent half full wont be going back

There was a nugget inside my box of onion rings but honestly it tasted amazing can I just say what a chicken it was.

Despite asking to call my mobile when here they banged my door. Missing an apple pie, no salt, pepper or napkins and just after approximate time.... most others are earlier

The delivery took 1 hour and was missing 3 pieces of chicken. I phoned up the restaurant and the person was rude, said that they would send out new chicken and slammed the phone down. It took 1 hour and 20 min for them to do the second delivery. By then of course all the other food was cold. I can except that a mistake has been made, but it's no excuse for bad service. I will never order from this place again.

It was a horrible experiece.I ordered chiken wings and they send me chiken filet as they didn't had wing.I waited 1hour for the delivery and after when I asked my wings they delivered after one hour and half. I didn't received any "sorry" word when I called.The staff who answered was really rude. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Honestly, this was the worst fried chicken I have ever had, and sadly it was also the worst service. It took 2 hours to get to us, after an estimate of 45 minutes. I rang to see where the food was after an hour... to be told it was only 5 minutes away. I kept ringing and kept getting told it was minutes away... After 2 hours when we finally did get our order the chicken was really bad. Very tough and (the fact it was fried chicken taken into account...) far too greasy. After it I felt frustrated, and pretty ill.

Peri wings smelt like gone off fish, rest of the food was ok. Hope we don't get sick??? *called up to change regular wings to peri wings but what a mistake

The seemed like it was the left overs, it wasn't that like I must say, but the chips were clearly over-done, in fact I think they re use them with me as I found only one chip mix with the other which was covered with BBQ sauce. I must say that was disgusting. plus the chicken was dry. I'm never eating in this peri-peri chicken ever again!

The delivery was on time but the chicken was terrible. The hot wings were saturated in grease and the peri peri strips emitted a foul odor when we opened the bag it came in. I will not be ordering from them again.

The chicken wrap was lovely. The burger was the same as you would get from any burger kiosk on the side of a motorway although it was tougher due to being warm at best. The chicken burger was only warm and tough. Chicken strips were burnt. They changed the strips because they were out of stock of the popcorn chicken. The apple pies were similar to the McDonalds ones. The drink I ordered was not delivered and instead had Pepsi sent. I asked for Vimto. Delivery time is the worst I have ever seen. The man who answered the phone didn't seem to care that there was an unhappy customer on the other end. Do not order from this place. Genuinely terrible. One of my worst experiences so far!!!!

The food took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get here! I have never had food take that long to get to me, especially when I only live ten minutes away! Also, the food was burnt, dry and not fresh at all! it defiantly was not worth the wait! To top it all off the tango was not even real tango, it was fake stuff called Mirinda! How dare you!

the peri peri full chicken and the hot wings that i had ordered were soo delicious. i really enjoyed it, like wise did the family. the service was very good, the delivery time was also on time. all in all i enjoyed it. definatlety going to order again!

I wasn't going to bother writing a review but after shocking delivery time and rude customer service I feel it needs to be done. The order took just under 2 hours to deliver, with an estimated delivery time of an hour, the order was probably forgotten about or something. After calling at estimated time and being told it would be 15 mins, another 50 minutes went by until I got a call from the driver telling me to HURRY UP and collect it quickly as he needed to make another delivery straight after - some sort of joke? I hope the order after mine didn't get the same awful service. Food quality? I would tell you but by that time I would have eaten anything. I won't be ordering with them again.

Food was really nice, was surprised at how many wings you get for £1 - 4! Delivery was really quick too, over half an hour ahead of the estimated time and we were ank marvin. Would definitely buy chicken from these guys again

worse service worse food and worse delivery I ever ever experienced. not only did they not process my order they then took an hour and 15 minutes to get it to me, they missed things out from my order AND to top it all off the chips were raw and the chicken was black all over completely burned, and might I add the staff were shockingly rude after all there mistakes and troubles given to me! never order from here take my word for it you will not enjoy your food!

It was absolutely horrible. The food took over an hour and half it was cold they brought the wrong order. When called to ask the gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude. They brought an extraburger and my brother ate it and felt very sick the next day. Over all I will never use the service again

The peri peri chicken was quite burnt on the outside leaving a bitter taste in the mouth and the inside was not cooked all the way through! There was a 1 hour and 25 minute delivery slot and it was delivered right at the end of this slot with seconds to spare. I wouldn´t have minded this, as technically it was delivered on time. However, owing to the very poor quality of the food it really wasn´t worth the wait. A total waste of money - will not be ordering from here again!

what a chicken does brilliant food! especially the peri peri chicken. the delivery time has improved so much and i generally think its as good as nandos or even better! keep it up, best food in town.. :)

Okay so I thought I would give this new place a go having seen it in Putney, instead of ordering from favorite chicken on here, guess I wish I would have just gone with fave chicken! It was bloody awful from start to finish, I can see there are a few other bad reviews of this place aswell. We had two portions of chips missing, a burger missing, a dip missing, two cans of drinks missing. The beans I ordered were cold, literally freezing cold! The portion sizes of the coleslaw and chips were ridiculously tiny!! And the rest we got was luke warm, after waiting 40 mins for it. I called them straight away explaining calmly what was missing and asked for them to make up these things and drive them over as soon asthey could. After a 15 minute conversation, trying to reason with them as to why I should be asking for the missing items to be reordered and sent I finally got it sent over 15 mins later, with no apology and nothing extra or anything, bloody rediculous. Never , EVER ordering from them again, and I honestly recommend you doing the same, order from the Upper Richmond Road Favourite chicken instead, its cheaper and the food is really good and quick! :)

Food was good but there was a bit of a wait for it to arrive. We had also asked to be called rather than have the doorbell rung which did not happen. Luckily the sleeping baby didn´t wake!

When ordering when this place first came on to the website, the standard of food was great for the price, despite a long wait for delivery. However, since then, both the standard of food, and the service has been shocking. Really gone down hill, and such a shame

To be honest What a Chicken u are simply best in Town. GRILLED chicken was so delicious and your Fried chicken I think better than KFC. Keep it up. And plz dont make rumours over here about Horse meat. This shop is giving us best food in town. So plz no rumours.

WHAT HAVE I JUST EATEN???!!! No idea if it was chicken or horse meat or no meat... 1) Soggy onion rings without onion inside... 2) Tiny portions (thank god for that!!!) 3) Everything was cold... but hey! at least the coke was warm. NEVER AGAIN!!!

would have thought the quality of the food to be a little better. Also the chicken was still slightly raw in places and not evenly cooked.
