The best restaurants serving Default food in South Ruislip Hillingdon London

Dad was looking for a traditional pie and mash place. This was perfect. Exactly what he had wanted and remembered from when he was young. The pie was well filled and tasty, mash was creamy and the liquor (gravy) was a classic. A limited traditional menu in a funky wooden booth cafe. Service was friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Good food and service at a great price. Friendly staff, eat in or take away. Comprehensive and varied menu. Highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this gem while driving by and decided to give it a try. The staff were welcoming and sat wherever we wanted. We ordered breakfast, and it arrived in great time. Every item on our plates was high-quality, clearly showing they don't hold back on their ingredients. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this cafe and are already planning to return with the whole family.

I’ve come in a few times to do a little work during the weekdays, it’s a lovely place and quiet place to have a coffee and do some day work. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Andy. Saw me come from my car and had my coffee ready as I walked it, such a legend!! Reasonable pricing, great atmosphere. 10/10 Pub.

The atmosphere is great, food is limited for veggies / vegan and service can be insouciant at times. If the trainee is not making your coffee, then it's mostly delicious and the right size otherwise, it's hit and miss. There is a fair bit of seating available and whenever I have been, have found a table. It does quite busy early mornings especially on weekdays.

Visited honeybees to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had a lovely afternoon tea, the cakes were so good! Staff were friendly and we had good service. I would certainly recommend.

I had the meatball feast and I can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in this country, staff were very friendly and the service was quick.

Went again yesterday , don't know what happened to the staff! All were not very friendly. When asked for allergens in food, it was said its written in the plaque but clearly not written. When asked for something yes we are filling up were the words which was not sounding good. The food quality taste gave gone down compared to last visit. The veg Samosa was too oily and did not try it even due to oiliness. Overall if they improve back to original it would be good.

We had the mix shish and kofta kebab with chilli sauce and garlic mayo for 2. It was hot and very tasty. 1 chilli and 2 garlic mayo is enough for 2 poeple.

I have bought the pizza from here... never want to visit there anymore. First and last time was that. Tomatoes gone bad. I feel to vomit 🤮. I think they put from the freezer. But I'm not sure how it gone bad or taste bad as that much unpleasant.
