The best restaurants serving Default food in Eaton Norwich East of England

I have been going to the same place for 10 years now but recently the service and the food received has been extremely poor. The last couple of times they have messed up my order. Last time I asked for no pork for one of the dishes and there was pork inside, without realising my younger sister dished up our food and poured it all over our food. I called the restaurant to explain and their solution was to replace the one dish they messed up or give us 10% off my next order. I work for the NHS so I already get 10% and I was told I could get 20% next time because of this reason. We ended up ordering pizza from another place because none of us could eat the dish and we paid a lot of money for the take away. one month later we ordered food from the same place and again asked for no pork. The lady taking the order said she remembered the situation last time. I explained about having 20% off this order and she said that wasn’t possible but I could only get 10%, if she remember the situation last time then she would of remembered the conversation but instead we got the same dish they ruined and got my 10% NHS. This time when the food came the same dish they offered to replace did not have any pork thankfully but they gave us a small size instead of a large which we paid for last time. We ordered pawn balls and half of them were chicken balls. If you have dietary requirements don’t go here, there is no respect or understanding. Customer service is shocking and they are highly likely to get your order wrong:( If you love food like me then you know how upsetting it is when your excited about your food you ordered and it doesn’t come the why you want it. I understand mistakes happen especially when they are busy but the solution should be in proportion to the problem caused. Also if you are offering a solution even if the solution is extremely then you should follow through. Take aways are not cheap these days and inflation is spiking, have some dignity!

I have been coming here for years , but different chefs there tonight. My large cod was 75% raw fish. Chips congealed- so disappointing. I won't use them again for fish & chips. Threw away in some bushes perhaps the foxes will enjoy. Perhaps they should serve sushi? I will try them for perhaps Thai food which is also offered.

We had an amazing experience with Waaghoba! We ordered vegetarian food for our guests for my daughter’s Kelvan ceremony, and everyone absolutely loved it. Everything was delicious and full of authentic flavors. The sevaiyya kheer was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweetened, while the gulab jamun was soft, syrupy, and absolutely delightful. The cauliflower, matar, and potato bhaji was well-spiced and comforting, and the chhole curry had just the right balance of spices, making it a standout dish. Samosas and potato vada was awesome too! Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great vegetarian food!

Staff a bit disinterested but food good

Highly recommend giving this little gem a visit Lovely food with an amazing choice of fish dishes on the menu that was cooked to perfection Quirky little place with a French feel and a lovely dining court yard where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast We will definitely be returning and can't wait!!

A 15 minute wait to order, and then a HALF AN HOUR for a single bacon roll. Food was ok but you can’t really go wrong with a bacon roll🥲. Service was absolutely awful, although staff were kind they didn’t seem to be doing much to hurry along with their job, serving food. I and another man went in to ask after about 20 minutes, and they said they would check if they had it. Another 10 minutes later, they finally came out with a steaming hot bacon roll, as if they had forgotten to cook it and that my nudge was a reminder? Bacon takes about 6 minutes to cook. NOT.THAT.HARD. You would’ve thought that with all of the clout and popularity they receive, that they would know how to organise a cafe, they don’t.

Thought i would try these for the first time tonight and won't be back. Website says one price and when you go to collect the price is 10% more. Absolute robbery.

Always clean and friendly and you always know what to expect, this garden centre is one of the best in the area with an easy and well established car park with plenty of space. Greay

Ordered a take away via their app. The service was good, although they got my name wrong! And speedy. The pizza was actually better than I expected and was very filling and well priced for a midweek deal.
