The best restaurants serving Default food in Luton East of England

The food I ordered did not arrive. Instead a random assortment of food arrived. Called the restaurant and they were very unhelpful. Not sure if it was a just ear problem or the restaurant itself.

Last delivery was far too spicy, but this one was spot on 👍👍

Been over a year since I went there but the Guinness I had in there just popped into my head again so here's my 5 star review!

Needs a bit more atmosphere, but the food is good.

I only had a drink but the Guinness was perfect sticks to the glass all the way down like it should..wow

Lovely service and beautifully presented cups of coffee from Robin at Luton Retail Park. This boy is an artist (even though he'll deny it)!

It is a very convenient shop due to it being next to the L&D hospital. The range of food is excellent as well as good recommendations from staff. Food is 10/10 as there is always a variety to choose from. Customer service is 10/10 as staff is friendly and food is well prepared in a timely manner with good care. Would highly recommend.

The food is very good, various selections. Nice service. I have one comment: dirty tables

I asked for a side breast and they gave me a wing, (see picture attached). When I politely called to confirm, all I was greeted with was someone who was rude, harsh and defensive. He hardly let me talk without cutting me off. He was adamant that this is a side breast and not a wing. Very poor customer service. Couldn't even finish the chicken in the end as it tasted as if it was refried. Not fresh at all! Will NOT be ordering again from here.

The food was nice but when you say you’re doing buffet service and tell me you can only give me plates twice and being rude about it with my hard earned money then you must be a joker. The female staff needs proper customer service training. While the other male staff(didn’t get his name unfortunately) was trying to make customers happy and comfortable she was being rude. I would not recommend this restaurant and will never visit again. Terrible customer service
