The service was so so bad. Just for a burger it took 20min. Then they started to cook the fries after the burger was ready. Made me remember why I haven't been to this place for a year. These guys definitely need to change their service.

Delivery was over an hour late. Food was extremely cold. I made about 20 calls to the restaurant to see where my order was and not one reply. Extremely poor service. A waste of £40

I made an order to open my fast for family. The shop has gone completely ghost and hasn’t answered any of my calls. The food was meant to arrive an hour ago and still haven’t heard anything. I’m currently calling the line for the 20th time and it’s just ringing. No answer to where my food is and no updates. This is ridiculous.

We visited this place for the first time, and our expectations weren't very high, but it was a pleasant surprise. We ordered a two, three-piece chicken meal deal with chips and a drink, and also five peri-peri chicken strips. The chips were cooked fresh, as was the fried chicken. Both were very nice and tasty. The only downside was the peri-peri chicken; it wasn't cooked fresh—pre-cooked and reheated on the grill. Also, we ordered mild spice, but the spice was very spicy. It was too spicy for us. All came to £17, not too bad, I guess, price-wise. We would come back for the fried chicken for sure.

Chips were dry and felt like cardboard. Chicken wings tasted old. Burger was stale. All round everything tasted like it was made yesterday. Pizza was okay

Was left short a can of drink and asked for no lettuce in the burger but there was lettuce in it didn’t report it to shop as it would have meant driver having to return. My orders and service from this shop are always perfect so allowed an error on this occasion

Great place to eat really nice food freshly cooked this place has a 5 star hygiene rating milkshakes are really nice the ice creams are excellent mostly take my children here.. also i know the owner a top gentleman. One of the top takeaways​ in Luton ..

The coleslaw was brought from co-op…. That is ok but to my surprise when it tasted completely rotten that is was plant based vegan gro coleslaw with that days date on it… the chips was cold and the rice has definitely shrunk in size. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I won’t be back

The food is really nice. The donner meat in particular, really tasty and well served with chilli in a pitta/naan. Service is friendly. Atmosphere ok for a takeout.

very disappointed. food came late and restaurant was not answering, looked at just eat and for some reason it says the place is closed. missing my chicken strips and food was cold. chilli sauce was different to the usual. very underwhelming and has not met its usual excellent standard. makes me wonder if my order even came from the correct place

I asked for a side breast and they gave me a wing, (see picture attached). When I politely called to confirm, all I was greeted with was someone who was rude, harsh and defensive. He hardly let me talk without cutting me off. He was adamant that this is a side breast and not a wing. Very poor customer service. Couldn't even finish the chicken in the end as it tasted as if it was refried. Not fresh at all! Will NOT be ordering again from here.

Disgusting. I ordered 3 Piece and Chips at 1pm soon as they opened. They reheated the chicken from the previous day. It's dry and tough like cardboard. I rang them and they straight up lied about the chicken being freshly cooked.

Order home delivery they don't listen orders properly . Nothing wrong with food is ok ...

I orderd a wrap, on ordering no ingredients where listed. I have a severe dairy allergy and mayo was in this wrap. I called them to explain my allergies and asked if I could have a new wrap with no mayo. I explained the ingredients were not listed. The person on the phone spoke very rudely to me. He admitted the ingredients were not listed by still proced to blame me saying I should have ordered something else.

The food is missing that special something and is average.

Disappointed with my order. I ordered doner meat and chips (the large one). It was mentioned clearly that it will be served with salad and chilli sauce. I went for the chilli sauce option as well. But when I opened my order there was no salad,no chilli sauce. The whole thing had become very dry for me to eat and enjoy. Very disappointed. Would never order again.

Food wasn't nice at all The donner and chips were cold, & the chips were hard, donner looked like it was tossed in a misely bit of sauce. Sister couldn't even eat her burger and chips.. Rang the shop a few times no answer.. It was my first order with you guys, sadly my last Never again And who sends one chilli sauce and one garlic sauce to share amongst 2 people!

So you can't eat there in winter cos the doors don't close and the wind blows in and you freeze and you food is cold before you half way. Waiting for chips takes as of today 10min. The fried chicken is dry cos it stays in the heater for days. I wanted to like this place but wow.

We have been buying from Peri Bite since early 2020. Their service has always been excellent, the food is tasty and the chicken wraps have gotten bigger? Friendly staff, quick delivery, well priced food.

I ordered chicken over phone and when I got it the skin of the chicken was totally burnt and chicken was literally not fresh. I think they recooked it again. Never ordered from here before but I was very impressed! I ordered a peri chicken platter and it was such good quality. The whole portion was very generous and the quarter chicken especially was cooked to perfection - it was succulent and soft. The whole order was great and the food was hot. Can’t wait to order again! For a place 5 minutes from my home I’m so unsure as to why my food was cold?? The chips were cold and soggy never had that before. Have eaten from here 100 times but will not order for delivery ever again after this one and only time food was cold and therefore inedible.

The peri peri chicken was burnt. I was really disappointed. That's not what I expected from this restaurant . Usually, it's great quality . I kept the pictures before putting it in the bin

The Burgers I have to say was amazing. They sat just right between the buns. The first bite was mesmerising. They had nice seating areas for you to enjoy your meal without messing yourself up. Overall, it was a great experience, nice clean areas and friendly staff. I always come to this place when I come to Luton. Whenever your in the area check them out.

Lived just around the corner my whole life, eating here as long as I can remember. Food is good, chilli sauce is great especially. Naturally as everything has gone up, their prices have increased, but I can’t blame them (and it’s no where near as bad as some other places with worse food). Of course over the past many years they have made some mistakes with my orders but there’s no issue overall as they usually are able to rectify the problems. Good service, staff are friendly and most customers are regulars. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I experienced rudeness from a staff named "ASIM", he usually wears a cap and looks in his mid 30's and so did my family multiple times.
