Peri Peri hockwell ring (previously Peri Bite) in Luton

I asked for a side breast and they gave me a wing, (see picture attached). When I politely called to confirm, all I was greeted with was someone who was rude, harsh and defensive. He hardly let me talk without cutting me off. He was adamant that this is a side breast and not a wing. Very poor customer service. Couldn't even finish the chicken in the end as it tasted as if it was refried. Not fresh at all! Will NOT be ordering again from here.

Disgusting. I ordered 3 Piece and Chips at 1pm soon as they opened. They reheated the chicken from the previous day. It's dry and tough like cardboard. I rang them and they straight up lied about the chicken being freshly cooked.

Order home delivery they don't listen orders properly . Nothing wrong with food is ok ...

The food is amazing😍 the chips are really good,the chicken is alright and the wings are all of it. The staff members are hilarious 🤣 and the mozereller sticks are to die for.

I have ordered many times from this takeaway, the food is always really fresh especially the chips. I’ve never had any problems with food or the orders always been brilliant.

Always good peri chicken, great crunchy wings, rice tastes nice and chips are crisp. One of the best takeaways around for me.

So you can't eat there in winter cos the doors don't close and the wind blows in and you freeze and you food is cold before you half way. Waiting for chips takes as of today 10min. The fried chicken is dry cos it stays in the heater for days. I wanted to like this place but wow.

I ordered chicken over phone and when I got it the skin of the chicken was totally burnt and chicken was literally not fresh. I think they recooked it again. Seriously disgusted, in this hard inflation time when people are struggling to spend but still just for kids u order and these people r doing such stuff. I ordered it for my kids and they dint even eat it properly.

Got a kebab wrap from there on 11th of September and had diarrhea for 11 days straight got food poisoning now on antibiotics...lost a stone and a half in weight in 11 days. Won't be eating from there ever again

The Burgers I have to say was amazing. They sat just right between the buns. The first bite was mesmerising. They had nice seating areas for you to enjoy your meal without messing yourself up. Overall, it was a great experience, nice clean areas and friendly staff. I always come to this place when I come to Luton. Whenever your in the area check them out.

Lived just around the corner my whole life, eating here as long as I can remember. Food is good, chilli sauce is great especially. Naturally as everything has gone up, their prices have increased, but I can’t blame them (and it’s no where near as bad as some other places with worse food). Of course over the past many years they have made some mistakes with my orders but there’s no issue overall as they usually are able to rectify the problems. Good service, staff are friendly and most customers are regulars. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

The pricing is shocking and the food given is not that good or worth the money and its 4/10 which is okay. I experienced rudeness from a staff named "ASIM", he usually wears a cap and looks in his mid 30's and so did my family multiple times. TO THE OWNER PLEASE CUT YOU HIGH PRICES which wont affect your business. i dont even buy from here anymore

Really good food. Grilled chicken is super delicious same as fries. You need to also taste milk shake. Kinder bueno is my favorite.

Pizza was OK. Chicken and fries were almost bitter in taste. Seems like they hadn't change the oil it was fried in for some time. Very dissapointed

Guys in there are switched on. No waiting too long for orders and food is perfectly cooked. No rush, no mess, deffo no waste!

We ordered 3 x chicken doner kebabs, as previously the kebabs have been delicious, only for 3 x kebabs - consisting of chicken tikka that looked and tasted like it had come out of a chilled packet - to be delivered. Upon calling the takeaway to complain, we were advised that this was the new chicken that they now receive from their suppliers. If you want a chicken doner kebab consisting of chicken tikka and not chicken doner meat, this is the place for you.

First time I ordered from here and will be the last the chicken kebab was just all fat no chicken I’m very disappointed as was recommended this place no never again

Good shakes, but prices a little bit too high. Limited food for allergic people like with gluten, lactose allergy.. My girlfriend could not eat anything there in that case...

Great tasting food always fresh and piping hot

I drank there Oreo milkshake and got food poisoning. Chicken and chips are good every time and never been sick from them. This is the first time I had a milkshake from this takeaway. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The problem with these places is that they don't wear gloves, masks or have any of the necessary hygienic measures to avoid germ transfers. My tips for everyone. Chicken and chips seem to be ok. Be careful if you order there milkshakes.

Absolutely rubbish food, ordered a peri peri lemon and herb and after eating the food for dinner I have had diarrhoea the whole day and feeling nausea. Will definitely not be ordering from this place again. Absolutely pathetic

I have nothing but good things to say about Peri Bite! We ordered food for collection last Friday. When I got home, I realised that they forgot to include one of my orders and mixed the other order up (which I only realised much much later on in the evening). Peri Bite called me to inform me they had forgotten to include one of my orders and then had it delivered to me all the way in Dunstable. Regarding the order that was mixed up, they simply advised that next time I come in, they will deduct £5 off my order. I went in yesterday and they knew exactly who I was and served me so so well. Excellent customer service. Of course I will keep going back. Great tasting food and super staff! Thank you Peri Bite

been ordering from here for 10 years, over the last 2 months every order delivered has been wrong and I have had to rimg up to resolve. The last straw this time is raw pinapple sprinkled on the top because they failed to read the order correctly and cook it in the pizza. Drinks were forgotten and on a £30 order the website charged me another £1 for delivery even though I am about 500 yards from the shop. The food has always been good up until now. Don't know what has happened at this outlet but I won't be ordering here again.

the chicken fillet burgers that i ordered have come out really disgusting. i bit into it twice and it was rock hard. don’t recommend chicken fillet burger i’ve been a customer for years and it’s not the first time they’ve messed up my order

This is disappointing to have eaten from there so many times the burgers have been shreaded as I had to take pictures of what they had given to me. They said they wanted the fillet burgers back. Which is fine but I have tooken evidence on it. Do not order any chicken fillet burgers from there sickening to say but think after having two bites it was sickening. And looking at the reviews on here should of checked it before I ordered as customers are always right. Stay away from the food from here 🤢 customer service is rubbish and also rude. Most of them can't speak English properly. Will have to report this to trading standards

Always forget items in order and take 30 minutes to deliver when they screw up

Very nice , clean and delicious food but I warned all their customers if you order food for collection then please order one day before and then go to shop and keep reminding them After every 5 minutes that you order food and beg them to give your order please because today was my third experience with them and they make me wait like always for 20 to 30 minutes. I gave 5 stars only for food quality not for service.

I placed a large order for around £30 and was disappointed. The periperi burgers weren't cooked properly. It seemed like the chicken was dipped in water before grilling. Don't buy from there anymore.

Th staff are really friendly and th chips are bang on👌🏽Chickens nice altho most of th time th meat is really dry😫But that’s down to reheating/cooking for tooooooo long

Great food however can you ask the delivery guy not to ask personal questions at the door (when delivering) because he was asking my sister about where she is from etc and this makes me feel kind of uncomfortable. Other than that its a great service
