Every day you get a different drink,even if you order the same drink.why do you not prepare by the same method or recipe???

The most comfortable coffee shop I've had the pleasure of frequenting. The staff, specifically Alex, Lauren, Derya, Jamal, Kai, and Angela, succeed in creating a welcoming atmosphere every single visit.

I was waiting for my coffee sinceone hour but got cold coffee it was not hot at all.

Very friendly staff. The milkshake was delicious 😋

I received an alert that my food was delivered at 10:45. I did not receive it until 11:00 as delivery driver went to the wrong address. I have already reported non delivery. Bags were very wet and food and coffee were very cold

I ordered a bubble tea but there were no bubbles in it. Im not sure whether this was because it was delivered however i was disappointed with that as I was looking forward to the bubbles.

The management and staff are amazing every time I come in weither it’s every other week or a month on they still know my drink every time

A perfectly fine Costa in the village.Staff are nice place is clean.Although if you been in one Costa you been in them all.

Ordered a caramel latte and didn't get the caramel. At £4 for a medium coffee I don't expect these kind if mistakes, no wonder the shop was empty.

No issues with service or environment I always get top service everyone is always polite and respectful food is always hot and the tea is piping hot I always like visiting this costa thank you to everyone who works there keep up the good work The Brie and bacon panini is lush worth going there just for that

Assigning a driver to my order took a while to complete. I ordered a large and 2 cups came? One medium and one small.. Also the coffee was cold… quite disappointing

Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Nice and clean shop with a toilet. Seating area can sometimes get busy.

Absolutely rubbish. I dish was missing with no alternative or communication. Still charged full amount!!!

Great place for a coffee and a cake. Clean shop with friendly and helpful staff. Staff on a Wednesdays are really nice and friendly and because we are regulars they know our order and due to my disability they help by carrying my order tray over to our table. Brilliant friendly staff. Look after me and my daughter really well. Thank you

Food turned up cold, coffee was Luke warm (didn’t drink it) and doesn’t give you option for extra shot which is disappointing!

Gave me an extra shot on request which was a great touch from them. Delivery time is getting better too.

It was very busy there was a longer than usual wait for 2 hot drinks and it was crowded so I found myself at times raising my voice to be heard by the person sat opposite me. I didn't purchase any food. It's a village location but a very busy one at that. The upside is I liked my cappuccino

Nice little place to have a quick cup of coffee. Would have appreciated a greater selection of food available to enjoy with my drink but overall can't complain with my experience.

Parking is the only concern. I like this place & the staff.

The drinks were cold - the chocolate that it came with had actually melted where it was hot and then hardened as it had got cold again. The toastie was also rock solid cold so we had to heat that and the drinks ourselves.

Missing 2 cheese toasties and 1 hot chocolate How you have managed to miss half of the order completely I don’t know And no contact details to get in touch !

nothing against the delivery driver as he was lovely - but I first received the wrong order, when I was then given my correct order; it was cold and had missing items. Dissapointed is not the word and not sure how I get my money back....

Been here several times and there has never been in time where I haven't received any bad service. Absolutely wonderful coffee shop with a wide variety of both cold and hot drinks. Pretty spacious inside and a good selection of little sandwiches and tasty sweet treats. Would recommend this coffee place! 5 stars!!

Went to buy coffee this morning was totally disgusted by their customer service! Girl serving called me rude because I had put money on the counter rather than putting money in her hand. In her hand! And because of that she had the audacity to blatantly say that I was rude. Worst was to come when I asked to speak to the manager regarding this matter, young lad making coffee who asked me to move away from where I was queuing earlier, came pretending to be the manager. I pointed out his colleague had no right to call me rude show arrogance and walk away and if this was how they served customers? When I asked if he was the manager he then decided to change his mind and said he was a supervisor. I would strongly recommend Costa coffee at the Hitchin Road Stopsley branch to train the staff in the correct manner. To have shown arrogance and rudeness towards a customer because money was put on the counter and not in the hand is a utter disgrace! Pretending to be a manager when you are not is deceiving customers.

Ordered 2 Frappes, driver comes smiles in my face happily handing over 1 of my drinks not both of them.

Sent a full fat when asked for skimmed milk :( coffee was labelled full fat but 2 was supposed to be semi-skimmed and other was supposed to be skimmed not whole :(

Coffee tasted burnt, too hot possibly. No card payments either

Puts all other Costas in local area to shame - this should be declared a centre of excellence for the food prep and delivery - lets hope they maintain the high bar & standard they have set

Drinks missing , hot food arrived cold. Really disappointed.

Difficult to put my finger on it but I didn't like the feel of this Costa. It's smaller than many Costas, felt cramped in places due to the columns and smelt of burnt food. The cheese toastie tasted OK but looked unappetising. The coffee was fine. But I won't be returning.

I love this costa at Luton Airport. Always enough seats to be able to sit and eat. The salads are always so fresh. The chicken salad is real tasty. The only thing is the wooden forks..not very easy to get through a cucumber or tomato but other than that all good.

Good food and drink. Need to clear the tables a little bit quicker. Room outside to eat and drink would be a bonus.

I had to pop in to rest my eyes after an eye appointment (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!). I had 2 drink in Americanos with the premium blend and they were both consistent and delicious. I have a very precise 'recipe' to give me the best flavour and the staff followed it perfectly and were friendly and chatty, too. This is becoming my regular coffee shop and I am super picky...!!

Food was just as good as eating in and packaging was good also so the food and drinks could travel well. very impressed.

Staff are quick efficient and great social distance measures in place, seating outside in nice weather and minimal but safely distanced seating inside. Only draw back is there is minimal parking along the roads through the village so walking is your best bet.

Friendly & fast. Also, for some reason tastes better than other Luton Costa's!

Compact example of a Costa in an ex HSBC bank. Some bars on windows at side. COVID measures adequate. Usual standard of coffee. Bacon roll perhaps a little light on bacon?

Dissappointed! Been there few times to grab a coffee before work, everything was just fine. Then few weeks ago I went there with my kid and ordered 2 drinks, I asked for hot choc not too hot and americano with few ice cubes. One was still too hot for my little one to drink and I not only didn't get the ice, I burned my tongue! I worked in hospitality and I understand how hard this job is, but those employers they act like it is some kind of punishment. I would rather drive to the Mall, where staff is always polite and helpful!

Just been there as I do whenever passing by... picked up my usual latte and caramel and hazelnut cake, cake was very hard and dry, possibly a few days old ? Coffee was half filled ... disappointing experience for the first time at Costa ...

Absolutely brilliant, we have been waiting for one of the big two brands of coffee in the area for years. It is even complemented with really friendly and welcoming staff.

A toastie that only gets toasted on one side because that what the toasty machine does...so soggy bread on half of it & that's ok is it?....twice stale cake too! Add into that a poor attitude & what do have?....a lost customer & a bad review.

Found to be very direct staff there really raised voice at my partner one trip to their last week for not hearing through the covid screen.....went again today and again asked about mini lattes being in paper cups and said back to me can't put in real cups even though your paying more to eat in again very direct ....very disappointing for a brand new Costa store. Don't find other Costas like this one in gypsy lane lovely one in flitwick great. This one seems to have an attitude and from two different male members of staff!!!
