Subway in Luton

The food is very good, various selections. Nice service. I have one comment: dirty tables

I submitted a refund request for the 6in breakwich as the footlong baller was only a 6in sandwich. Didn't know how to convey half the footlong baller was missing.

I'm a regular customer and have always ordered mainly morning subway is on time and best subs everytime.

The delivery driver was utterly useless. Parked in the wrong place. He refused to move to meet us at our actual place we requested delivery. Was rude. Might as well have walked to Subway ourselves in the end.

Got nothing what i ordered and i hen i rang them they told me to ring them back and then closed the shop!!!! absolute bs

Never arrived and marked as delivered

I purchased a footlong plant patty sub from this Subway today. When I got home, I found hair in the sub which made me feel sick. Thrown straight into the bin.

Food is halal which is great. the steak and cheese is 10/10 would definitely recommend.

What have you changed about the meatballs they are absolutely awfull now

Food delivered at wrong address and delivery man didn't call or inform that is very rude and unreasonable thing I am not happy with this. That is totally wast money I will gonna complain about this order

Proper Rip off plz check carefully menu prices as guys there overcharge very common ... no customer service at all ... dont give reciept and overcharge. Cleaning process is not followed plz watch when u go. Chicken 6" with Egg and 2 salad as breakfast come usually charged me £5.89 no drink no reciept given guy told me to check with other subway the price but no reciept had no time for argue but u guys check. thanks

Not enough steak pieces just all salad

Don't order from here. I ordered more than £45 worth of food and it was shown as delivered but it wasn't actually delivered to me. If the driver got lost he could have called me but he didn't. The restaurant contact number wasn't even connecting. Very bad experience. I want my money back and I want an apology.

The food came an hour late and was cold , when asked about it the delivery driver had claimed his car broke down. Whilst checking the location the driver was in luton around the mall and not getting their car ‘fixed’ as claimed. My entire meal was ruined because of this and i don’t appreciate being lied to.

I SPECIFICALLY PUT NO CHEESE IN THE ORDER NOTES OVER 8 times in capital letters as the person im ordering for is allergic to cheese

Excellent service but at poor place inside shell so people are getting afraid to get ticket while buying subway..

Food is okay not wow, be careful of parking facility as it is owned by shell and private warden loves to deliver tickets even without granting five minutes grace time.

Never received the order! Their service is pathetic. I tried calling, but it was an 0800 number, so there was no answer. I'd like Just Eat to refund my money.

Delivery was great and the driver was pleasant but really disappointed with the restaurant as the order was not followed - several of the subs had either missing or wrongly added ingredients.

Food was cold and hard when I received it

I had to come at the restaurant myself for a half delivered order so I could get what I paid for. Tried to call the number on google first; but is not working, and as a reply at this problem it was just "sorry" and the phone do not have battery , so i have to spend my time and petrol to come to restaurant even though i have paid for this service, and delivery fee.

Always new staff, they don't know how to prepare the sandwiches. I am a regular customer there from 7 years but now I feel embarrassed 😳

The food looked nothing like the images, the ingredients seemed rationed on the garlic slice and the a cheese slice did not have enough cheese and tomatoes on it. I won’t be ordering again unless I am there when it’s being made in front of me.

Nithin single handedly prepared several sandwiches / nachos/ whatever the customers requested not only for people waiting but also for Ubereats/ deliveroo. He was fast, accurate and also polite with customers, I just wondered why he was left by himself for so long? 😞 It seems quite busy for a single person around the time I visited. Not only a few people in the premises but also orders and delivery driver coming in. My respect for managing the situation so well!

Delivery always try to deliver to back door outside gate instead of coming to front door. When I have paid for delivery.

Plz avoid parking, otherwise you will get parking ticket for buying Subway.

Went there and was checking the menu online first ,got the ticket while we were in the car, £6 teriyaki sandwich going to cost us £60. Disgusting part was parking ticket person was laughing on us after pasting ticket in front of my eyes,will never go again there.

Disappointed with my sub. I asked for sweetcorn, red onions and jalapeños and the missed all of those and put in black olives instead which I can't stand. Do they not read the notes? What if I was allergic?

Each Sub had each other’s salad and sauce which was an issue and had to remove the jalapeños from one sub to another. Driver totally clueless as couldn’t find our building despite being right behind him!

I didn't got the food.The driver didn't delivered food to me.But he done in app that he delivered.he is not picking the call.He called me and he was not speaking.His phone is not reachable now.This is such a disgrace to the customers.He spoiled my whole day.Please take necessary actions in to it.

My sub has red onions and i did not ask for these. Also i think there is hardly any sweet onion sauce as i cannot taste it at all, i did not enjoy this at all :(

Footling was broken when it arrived.

Order was scheduled for 12.30 - 12.50. At 12.50 no update on App so tried calling. Advertised Number was not recognised. Drive to restaurant and was told no driver showed up so collected order. Whilst waiting for collection original driver turned up with a collection time of 1.15!

If I could give it 0 stars I would because last time I ordered here,they gave me the wrong drink then I did another order recently and it changed from being 20 minutes to 45 minutes to arrive and the contact number doesn't even work

Food was cold and hash browns tasted like they were recooked more than once literally tasted like cardboard if I wanted that I wouldn’t have ordered hash browns i would have went to my garden and started chewing boxes

Not only was the delivery late, it was 1 item missing and couldn’t even ring the shop as the number did not exist and all I could was get my money back from Just Eat, this means that one person missed out completely, not at all happy.

Ordered 2 meal deals, all I got was two footlongs and the addition sides I order(on top of what was in the meal deal). This place seems to have a constant issue with orders and missing items.

Very clean, and frendly store, have Subway every day.

Delivery was very quick, but the food I received (tuna wasn't supposed to he toasted, but was because the bread was obviously stale, must have been trying to cover that up) and the bmt was cold. The chicken bites were like rubber as they were already cold by the time they got here. Not sure where it went wrong, maybe left on the side in the store or something.

Food was great as normal and delivered in a reasonable time, however this is the second time my hash browns have been not in my order in just over a week.

Paid over £10 for a small wrap and a small 375ml bottle of pepsi. Still hungry after and assuming subway hike the prices on justeat app then delivery fees on top etc. Guessing based on this a footlong be £15!

The best branch in Luton I live in Lu4 area and I always order from them their food clean and fresh and always made my orders as I require nothing missing thank you
