I would like to praise one of your staff from sundon park, his name is Rony. I went to the shop around 18.30pm, this staff member is very polite and supportive. Throughout my order he had a smile on his face, good interaction with all customers that came to the shop. He needs to be praised for his hard work. I will surely come to this shop again.

Best subway in the area top food too can’t forget about the 1ft cookie. The fella in the store Sharfuddin is a top lad.

I pre ordered it for 5 at like 2.30pm and it was still 40 minutes late! Absolutely dreadful service

sub bread was stale, crumbly, I asked and paid for mozzarella, didn't get it. very little chicken tikka,which was the main incredient

Driver picked up another order in opposite direction to me. He denied it at first, then admitted it because we were able to track him on the app.

Didn't receive the sub we ordered unfortunately, and not for the first time.

Ordered the Italian meats salad. it was delicious. all the salad and meat were really fresh.

Some of my items were missing from the order, when I tried to call the delivery driver my call was declined. Items missing were; Diet Coke Walkers Oven Baked Cheese & Onion Double Chocolate Cookie

Very friendly driver, food sealed and arrived early

Driver didn't bother ringing doorbell, phoned me after he left to say he had left food on the floor outside. In a paper bag, in the rain. When I said it wasn't acceptable he replied "it is what it is," and continued to argue that he was busy and didn't have time. He acknowledged that I have a ring doorbell but didn't bother to use it.

Decent meal deal. Had tokens so worth a visit otherworld gone up drastically in price

Send the wrong crisps and wrong drink

The sandwich had some sauce on it in the middle I wanted one without sauce it was like mayo. Lucky enough I’m not allergic to egg!!!! Waiting time appalling almost an hour since I placed the order very disappointed

The guy who makes the subs here has lovely manners, is very friendly and welcoming and makes a great sandwich.

Just a quick visit on Friday. It was a little bit busier than I was expecting, and the line moved quite quickly. The food was good typical subway fare.

Half of my order was missing. Phoned the restaurant - very unhelpful saying checked cctv and everything in order was included so to complain to Just Eat who are impossible to contact! Someone, somewhere is being very dishonest! The food that was delivered was cold. Not happy!

Not sure if the vegi pati recipe has changed but it was vile which is a surprise because normally very tasty.. definitely won’t buy another one ever.

Ordered before 9 am for delivery at 12.35. It turned up cold at 1.15. Driver said he waited 30 minutes at the restaurant for my order.

Food is stone cold. Driver knocked on door and then walked away because couldn’t be bothered to wait. Opened door and he came back and gave me my food. Unacceptable driver spent 25 mins at restaurant waiting for food.

I ordered double chocolate cookies x3 but received chocolate chip cookies instead.

Ran out of cookies. They should have substituted the flavour instead of just not giving us them!

Delivery was missing Doritos nachos. Called restaurant and told to mention it on my next order. No guarantee I'll be believed.

Yet again toasted when I DID NOT tick the option for it to be toasted. Not everyone wants their sandwich toasted but staff seem to think you automatically toast all sandwiches.

For the first time in a long time our order had a mistake. We ordered 3 foot long and 1 6inch and we received 2 foot long ones and 2 6 inch ones. Not a massive error but still it shouldn't have happened. Overall though the subs we did get were good.

After my order being pushed back for half an hour it finally got here my food was cold and the meatballs in the sandwich were burnt absolutely disgusting

I live in a Close. Only one way in and out. Driver rang as outside 7 ( other end of Close) could not grasp as you drive in the Close the houses are numbered 1- 6. Had to go outside to get it as even telling him fence colour and vans outside the house still confused him!

FOOD POISONING. 90% Sure I was poisoned by Subway on 1/4/23. I had the chicken texan sub. I will be staying away.

I have no issues usually with this branch but for some reason today was a little different. There seemed to be issues in the store over who's order took priority. Meaning people ordering in store were dealt with before home orders. Our order was only about 10 minutes over but the driver did ring to say that the store was overrun and didn't know when he could deliver the order. It was delicious when it did arrive though.

The meatballs used in the sandwich had gone bad long time ago, it smelled and looked awful. The whole sandwich was stinking and it was inedible.

Assumed with this place having 5 stars, it would be great. Barely anything in there. Asked for cheese. None. A few pieces of onions. No salt or peppercorns. It was also barely warm. However, delivery was pretty quick. Just a shame the food was not worth ordering.

Sandwich was toasted when the order was not to be toasted Also the preparation of the meat in the sandwich, previously the preparation was outstanding, this was with Turkey on one side of the bun and Ham on the other meaning meat on top and bottom with salad in between. Should Turkey and Ham on one side meaning meat on top of the salad

The food has come cold. The subway was only a 6 inch when I ordered a foot long & my crisps and cookies were missing.

Tried the Buffalo sub today, very impressed, not hot but a little spicy. Very nice though. Other subs ordered just as tasty and laid out nicely. many thanks again.

The driver was an incredibly nice man.

The meal took so long to arrive, it was hardly worth ordering once it arrived, we were very disappointed with the service. The meal had clearly been sitting for a long time as the toasted items were warm and soggy rather than toasted once they arrived.

I have ordered to be delivered at 12:25 as my break start at that time. I only got the order 20 minutes later so this left me with 10 minutes from my lunch break. Very disappointed

Rude delivery driver refused to gring meal upstairs despite putting in a requst out of order

Everything was fine, only issue is the driver rang to say he was outside but was not I waited and could hear him on the phone to someone in his car, he then drove up to me beeping and made me collect my food through his car window then sped of again out my car park.
