Lovely service and beautifully presented cups of coffee from Robin at Luton Retail Park. This boy is an artist (even though he'll deny it)!

Very nice location lot's of seat have inside you can spend your own quality time with your family or friends. Love the place ❤️

It was ok. I got the feeling the staff were bit stressed, showed in their service. Toasted sandwich ok, thin, not a lot of filling. Didn't compare to toasted sandwich at M&S.

I love when baristas make my coffee with love. There is always a treat half price and the atmosphere is fairly quiet. I love coming here after doing my shopping in the Retail Park or just popping in to enjoy a nice coffee. Thanks to all the staff!

Some of the staff is nice, some not even trying to exchange a smile… also barista doesn't know difference between latte and flat white…

Always a good place to have a coffee. The staff no there job always have a smile on there face even when under pressure.

Nice halfway point between the airport and the town centre, with a good shopping range and a large amount of food and drink portions and options to have here. Have been here a few times when passing through between the airport and town centre.

Great location for this Costa coffee shop, just 5 minutes from Luton airport which is great to grab some lunch and a coffee after dropping off at the airport. Located inside Next at the Luton Retail Park and Free parking.

Want to give a shout out to Tatiana. It is the second time that she has served me. I have Coeliacs and before making my latte, she has thoroughly (and I mean THOROUGHLY) cleaned the milk steamer for me. She is so polite and accommodating and she never makes you feel as if you are a burden. Thank you Tatiana!

Nice location at next premises gypsy Lane retail Park. No question about price but still over charge compare to Starbucks. Can you guess 1 medium hot chocolate cost £4.00 plus.

I have been to countless Costa Coffee cafes all over the country and this is undoubtedly the best, the service is exceptional and they make the best cappuccino.

Quite busy inside the Next Home store in Gypsy Lane Retail Park. Despite being busy, they still managed to make a delicious, rich, smooth coffee that topped my afternoon off... Lovely!!
