Dunk Burgerz in Luton

The food I ordered did not arrive. Instead a random assortment of food arrived. Called the restaurant and they were very unhelpful. Not sure if it was a just ear problem or the restaurant itself.

Burger was so delicious. 9/10 numbers. If you provide cutlery and good quality tissue, will be much appreciated.

First of all service is really slow and bad FOOD WAS BAD Burger leaked some sort of watery juice all over my chips. Burger had no flavour chips were overly salty

The food came on time - but - the restaurant service is abysmal! Food was doubled up and portion sizes incorrectly done - when I called - the lady was unpleasant stating that they didn’t have big enough boxes and cut me off. For an order nearly at £100, I expect better. This is terrible service and I also asked for the manager twice and was told ‘he’s not available’. The food is unevenly distributed so per person, there’s no working out which order is which. Would not recommend!

Order turned up on time, was nice and hot. And also tasted fantastic!!! I ordered the Double trouble burger with chicken loaded fries and both didn’t disappoint. Only staying for one evening in Luton but will visit again and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Not bad delivery time for a Friday night Burgers and chips and milkshake - really good Hot wings - picture on site indicated they were not breaded but unfortunately they were very heavily breaded which was disappointing - need to show which coating they have on their menu so we know before ordering as I only like wet wings - otherwise - first time used them and very impressed overall

First time ordering and was probably one of nicest burgers I’ve had, it came very hot and the food was well packaged, would highly recommend if you are looking for a good burger

Smashed burger was fantastic - great customer service, chicken tender was a bit chewy though and a shame the bubble tea was unavailable. Nevertheless the staff were super kind with extra sauces and allowed to use their toilet

Service and people were extremely wonderful and food was 10/10, highly recommended.

The burger was horrible you put the tomato on the bottom which made the bottom bun all soggy it just didn’t taste right at all. The lamb chops were so disappointing there was hardly any meat just load of fat and bone. The onion rings were undercooked, very pale with a paste sort of texture. The only thing I enjoyed was the mozzarella sticks they taste amazing

This Burger was banging. I really enjoyed the taste of this spicy loaded burger. Got the one that was pictured in the window. The TV Screen menus had gone and the alternative one communal paper menu with no pictures was not adequate. Don't really know what else they have to offer but the one on the poster. I didn't like the atmosphere, it wasn't as nice as it looked from the outside. I would recommend a takeaway.

The food was just as delicious as eating in person, my only problem would be the cheesy chips doesn't come with enough cheese sauce.

When I think of a burger, McDonald's never comes to mind, what comes to mind a big fat juicy 'real' burger that melts in your mouth and leaves you satisfied for months on end. Well Dunk Burgerz did exactly that🤤, I know it's dramatic but I literally cried with the first bite😅 and the cheesy chips don't get me started on those😍

Wettest and soggiest “toasted buns” ruined both burgers, loaded fries were inedibly spicy, with no description of ingredients, hate to try the “spicy fries.” Week old stretchy chips, coated in salt to hide the flavour, on the note of flavour, all the cheese and onions are clearly just for display as they are utterly tasteless. Burgers are tiny for the price, when I pay £10 for a burger I’d like it bigger than an apple

Very cold food didn’t like it not very fresh

had lamb chops which was nice and tasty. but what let it down it was missing salad and mint sauce as stated on description. bit will order again as lamb and chip was nice. also the burgers do look very nice.

So disappointed... Both burgers were practically inedible... Buns completely disintegrated plus onion rings served in a plastic container which made them soggy... Not a good experience

BEST burger that’s ever reach my mouth SUPERB!!!

The food was cold and late with no update of the food saying it has been sent to me. I was charged £4.50 for 4 onion rings that where undercooked, none of the salad in the burger was fresh looked days old and sweaty.

Excellent food only issue was they got 1 order completely wrong.

Honest review: Food quantity 4/10 Quality 5/10 Service 5/10 Value for money 1/10 (see attached picture for the portion you get for £11) I wont be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend either

3rd time lucky! The first 2 times I enjoyed the food but the service was somewhat lacking. Didn't even get a Hello. Staff took our orders and then gave our food in silence so the atmosphere just wasnt great. I don't ike leaving bad reviews for small businesses as I have one myself and know what a struggle it can be especially when the food was actually nice. 3rd time round though there was a lovely guy called Adil. He greeted us, was attentive, rushed around trying to please all - including the deliveroo driver! Thanks for the service Adil and the food was lovely once again too. This 5 star is for you!

My 3rd time ordering and again the Food was delicious chessy chips were covered in cheese. Philly cheese steak was cooked to perfection. Only complaint is the philly cheese was smaller than the ones iv had before.

Never again £12.50 for a burger that should be on a McDonald's menu. I am livid . Poor quality. Hot tomatoes non caramelised onions tough beef . Not happy at all. The only thing that tasted good was the fries.👎🏽

Possibly one of Luton’s best smashed burger restaurants. I was extremely impressed with their fries and chicken strips which are also VERY good. I did however have a chicken burger that was undercooked one time, I urge the restaurant to take better care with this in future. Finally, the prices to upgrade fries shouldn’t equal more than the cost of the fries themselves. Unfortunately the restaurant is fairly quiet, possibly as prices are a little high. Perhaps some promotions should be made…

Hands down the best burger ever, and I’ve had burgers in several countries

This is the best burger place in Luton. I never write reviews but this is the third time I’ve ordered and has not disappointed. The best burgers offer a combination of tastes and textures – Patty needs to be juicy, the bun soft but sturdy, and you want the meat/bun/accompaniment ratio to be even from first to last bite. Dunk Burgerz has this! Seriously give this place a try and you will not be dissatisfied.

What an absolute waste, they got the order wrong and won't even refund the cost. I'll not be using this place again

Best smashed beef burgers in Luton. Recommend Philly cheesesteak and onion cheese burger. Also the hot fries are the best, big portion of sauced, seasoned jalapeños chips.

First time and not disappointed with our lunch time dine in treat of cheesy smash burger and Philly steak burger. Cheesy smash with 2 patties was how a Big Mac should be. Great burger sauce. Skin on fries to top it off. Pretty good value at just over £10pp for meal deal. Guys serving were polite.

The food was nice, but the chicken burger was quite small its like a chicken breast piece sliced 4 times which was disappointing. The loaded chips with beef was quite different to other places, in my opinion not enough beef on top. Value wise with the Ramadan discount it was okay but without this I think there are better places to visit for the price.

Got takeaway. Was good taste but one burger wasn’t enough for me! I should’ve ordered more.

I’ve had many burgers from around the world and this has to be in the top 5 burger places. Easily comparable to the likes of five guys, shake shack and in and out. Quality of produce used speaks for itself and the prices are great too. Just superb 👌🏽

Decent smash burger, ok cheesy chicken burger and the wings were ok also I guess. Nothing wow but ok for the price. Definitely better then “YOU WANT BEEF” in BP tho. Very quiet and not only one lonely guy working in house. I’d give it a strong 6 out of 10. Thank you

My order was late however it’s not the restaurants fault (it was the justeat driver), my family & I enjoyed the order. Large portions so even 1 burger can be halved between 2 people. I’d recommend more sauce on the loaded chicken fries & on the chicken fried burger. The loaded beef burger was probably the best out of the two. The Kinder milkshake was really nice would recommend adding some white chocolate sauce to make it better. Overall we’d definitely buy from here again ☺️

Heard about dunk burgers few times so I went to check it out and it was out of this world! Especially the peri peri burger with masala chips! Customer service was on point and great with suggestions! Definitely will be back!!!

Went to get boba tea and it was the worse experience ever. They made three drinks without and boba or tapioca inside so literally just milk nothing else. When we asked why is there no boba inside ? They said we didn’t ask for it? Is this a joke ? Why advertise as bubble tea you may aswell advertise it as flavoured milk . They made us wait 15 mins for milk & then made us wait abother 20 mins for them to add tapioca in the same drinks they gave us after sealing it reopening it and adding old tapioca inside making us wait over 30 mins . Honestly I wanted to give them some business but they don’t deserve business due to lack of Custoemr services I do not recommend them what so ever

Disappointing Boba Experience with Poor Customer Service I recently visited a local shop and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. Upon entering the shop, I inquired about the availability of tapioca pearls, and the staff assured me they had them. Excited about trying their boba, I proceeded to place an order for a few drinks. Regrettably, the preparation time for my order was unexpectedly long. It took the staff a frustrating 15 minutes to make just three drinks, which seemed excessive considering the simplicity of the beverages. To my disappointment, when I left the shop and started sipping my boba, I realized there were no tapioca pearls present. Feeling let down, I returned to the shop to address the issue. However, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff gaslit me by claiming that I had never asked for tapioca pearls in the first place. This response only added to my frustration and made resolving the issue even more time-consuming. Overall, my experience with this boba shop was far from satisfactory. The initial assurance of tapioca availability, the lengthy wait time, and the dismissive attitude of the staff when confronted with the missing pearls left me disappointed. While it eventually got resolved, the entire ordeal could have been handled more professionally and efficiently. I hope the shop takes customer feedback into account and strives to improve their service in the future.

If you love a dirty burger, oozing with cheese and sauce, this place is a good addition to favourites Good menu with plenty of options. The masala fries were a nice complement to the angus beef burger chef’s special. Cant wait to try more their menu

The food is actually good. I got the basic burger and the beef patty tasted seasoned with some spices. The wing portion is perfect and the size of the wings are perfect! They are Kristy but saucy

Not good at all, Smashed burgers taste just like cheap kebab shop burgers with a brioche bun... Order a burger from "you want beef" on leagrave road and you will get a real quality smash burger.. NEVER AGAIN! Aberdeen angus... Good joke.
