The best restaurants serving Default food in Holywells Ipswich East of England

Poor quality I got a chicken burger and the bun tasted so cheap and the chicken burger was so small and tuff felt almost like chewing plastic at some parts. My mum got fish and chips weren't that great the batter was soggy and the atmosphere was dead. Things where just bad won’t be going again missed the old staff who made it fun and lively plus they mixed up order week before I asked for no sauce in burger they thought I asked for apple sauce plus my mum never got her piece of cake and she asked for a cup of tea got a pot of tea very disappointed 😞

For 40 years i have come here and the food and service are always excellent, the breakfast is very tasty too.

A great place to dine in ,very friendly staff,good prices and an excellent food. The waitress was very understanding and smiley which made me feel welcomed. I recommend this place to everyone that wants a great ,hot meal.

More drugs than a Colombian speedboat. This place is dirty. Weeds everywhere, dirty bathrooms apart from the top of the cistern that gets sniffed clean every 5 minutes. Awful, awful place and worse customers. This is an absolute den of filth.

We came upon this place whilst looking for brunch. The staff are friendly and the small breakfast is absolutely amazing as is anything else on the menu I’m sure. The bacon is perfectly cooked , the sausages succulent, the toast perfectly toasted and the eggs and beans are superb as well. I absolutely loved this meal and it was the best cooked breakfast I’ve had in years. Would strongly recommend

Had a lovely meal here on Sunday night. Spent £49 on goats cheese starter, beef burger and vegetarian burger, 2 soft drinks and ice cream desert. Plus, they gave up free prosecco as we were celebrating. Lovely atmosphere even for a Sunday, would recommend! Only thing to note was the chocolate ice cream, it tasted quite gritty which we weren't fans of.

Honestly - the best fish&chips I ever had! Maybe not so cheap, as I've paid 19 pound for it, but OMG. It was delicious! And staff was very friendly too! Keep going guys! Thanks!
