Makes a great cup of tea, 10/10 would visit again.

Great sports bar. Friendly staff.

Food was amazing. Service was great. Unfortunately we didn't book ahead and had to sit at the bar. The venue was really nice.

Went to see a band here...staff were all friendly atmosphere was good and it wasn't particularly busy .. enjoyed will try again.

Drinks were fantastic, great selection and fairly priced! Plenty of activities in venue and the food having just reopened the kitchen was amazing

Traditional feel to this pub with pub games available. Decent pints are served by polite and friendly staff. Nice beer garden area although not very scenic surroundings, but close to the town center. A pub of choice for me. Updated interior looking nice inside.

My daughter sang here. Very nice pub. Hopefully she can do it again when it's busier 🙂

Auf der Rückreise unserer Schottland Rundreise , haben wir in Ipswich den letzten Stop eingelegt. Hier haben wir unseren Urlaub ausklingen lassen , der Besitzer, so denke ich ??? vllt.Vater und Sohn ??sind ausgesprochen freundlich...sehr nett , und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Bar wird sauber und sehr professionell geführt. Wir haben uns trotz hauptsächlich jungen Publikum sehr wohl gefühlt .

Great venue for music and a super selection of drinks. Sadly, there is only 1 toilet in the ladies. Massive queue on a busy night! The easy access toilet also had a big queue! Shame really because it's a super place to go to see a band.

Much improved since recent 2022 refurb. Good for sport and live bands at weekends

Perfect place to watch sport, plenty of screens. Staff are happy to put a game on you want to watch. Pints are reasonably priced. Big events like cup finals and boxing get very busy so arrive early or book a table if you can.

Friendly bar staff and reasonably priced drinks. Great for watching sport. Good live music on some Saturday nights although the acoustics are not great . Hence not 5 stars.

Place was ok. Limited number of beers. Good sports bar with darts, pool And multi screen TVs. Noisy but staff and locals friendly.

Went to support my cousin Jade MayJean, singing a fantastic live set. Staff were friendly and accommodating. All very clean. Had a great evening, great atmosphere, very enjoyable

My first time in Ipswich and I chose this pub and price for a pint was good but the beer was even better. I would also like to say that staff are well trained and very friendly and helpful.

Good modern pub but clichés and large group of males playing in one corner but prices reasonable and didn't feel threatened so as visitor I would go back again

Visited on a Saturday evening. Pub was busy with live music. The atmosphere was lively but also friendly. Toilets were clean.

Busy pub. They had a live band when I was there, they started a bit rough but got better as they changed the type of music. More lagers than beer on offer.

The pub toilets for the males are disgusting, there is modle all over the tiles and they smell of wee....however I went there for a after party for a Christening and the other room for party's is lovely and clean the staff are okay..

Top music venue and plenty of sport on the many screens too.

Saw a band here last night called styg awesome pub lots of TV screens for the sports as well.

Best place to be if you are after a cold beer and fine afternoon EPL football and the midweek champions league

A friendly sports pub with a largely older crowd for the Sat night we were there. We were there for the live music on - which was great! Crazy number of tv screens if you want to watch sport. Pool table. Fussball table.

Good place to watch sport, plenty of tvs including one outside. Bar looks very sleek, they don't serve food but will order takeaway for you. In delivery distance for deliveroo so we had a Byron!

This is a cracking little wine bar with lots of different beers/spirits then the usual pub offering. A great atmosphere and very friendly bar staff.

Has such potential and seems to really fall short. Kitchen is never open, stools instead of chairs. Sports are shown all the time which is why it's got the two stars. But turning off sport to play music is always a bad move. People are there for the sport.

It's a sports bar, which means lots of different TV screens showing lots of different sports at once! OK if football particularly is your thing, but nothing special.

Very modern sports bar, with 10's of screens all displaying sporting events from around the world. The bar staff are very friendly and willing to be of assistance. Being a cider drinker, I am a little disappointed that a local pub doesn't have our local cider. But all in all, I'd you'd like a place to go and watch sports, I'd highly recommended this place.

Great if your idea of fun is to be surrounded by testosterone-fuelled gary-boys, with screens blasting out sport everywhere you look. Walk kon and find somewhere nicer.
