Unfortunately I can't get takeaways very often however whenever I get a chance to get one this is my go to place. Every time I receive my correct order either on time or early!!! Food is always still steaming hot and tastes amazing with flavour and rich sauce. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes Indians. (And the price is reasonable)......

Used this place for just under 3 years, always been fantastic, but tonight was not the best. But will give another try.

We ordered a take away for four people, it was very quick. The food was really delicious, good portions, plenty of meat and sauce. All very tasty, we didn’t find the chicken madras too hot, it was just right.

I ordered mix grill the Nan bread was like a stone it’s really shame on your guy’s putting not fresh Nan bread in microwave oven 😡

Pretty Poor , done a order through Just Eat just after 8pm at 1st estimated time for delivery was 9pm, but didn't turn up after half 9. Food was getting cold Very Disappointed 😞

Ordered a delivery tonight, we had the hyderbadi biryani, tarka daal, garlic naan and tandoori chicken. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. The biryani was amazing and I would say is definitely enough for 2 people to share. Would highly recommend!!!

As a loyal customer for many years, Indian Village will always be my favourite in Ipswich. The quality of their food beats all local competition by a mile! Not to mention that their staff are all extremely friendly and helpful :) Their service, food and speed of delivery is second to none and one I will always recommend to my friends/family! 10/10

Very disappointed with the last couple of takeaways. We have used you for many years and recommended to many friends. My husband always has the Chicken Madras but lately it has been far too spicy to enjoy. Likewise with my Pathia so much I've had to choose something else. We both love spice but too hot to enjoy. Have you changed your chef? So sad as we will have to change our favourite takeaway if the heat doesn't reduce slightly.

We both love spicy food but it has become too hot to enjoy. Have they changed their chef? Disappointed. We will give them another go, but if the heat doesn't tone a bit, we may have to find somewhere else!;

Have to say I just had a lovely garlic chilli chicken with special rice and garlic naan. Enough for tomorrow too! Heat, nice and hot. Absolutely delicious! Hubby enjoyed his Jalfrezi with special rice and garlic Naan. Don’t think he will have any left for tomorrow! Yum.

Always fresh and portion size is good!

Delicious curry! Definitely my favorite place yet. Everything came as needed. Prices are as you would expect and the food was hot on arrival. The only thing is, everything was spilt over eachother but not too much lost.

Very disappointed. The food was, let’s just say, inedible(they’re lucky I’m not putting anything worse) and customer service when dealing with the complaint was careless and inconsiderate. I would strongly advise you to think twice before eating here.

Got given the wrong order, and on top of that the chicken ‘Madras’ I was given had no spices in it whatsoever, so it was literally like Chicken in gravy. When ringing up to complain the manager said he knew nothing about it! Won’t be coming back.

Good food,good portions,had a set meal and wasn't disappointed! Naan cooked properly,no horrible doughy rubbish,2ne time of trying will certainly return soon. 👍

Not been so good recently. Had near solid/curdled mint sauce, fairly solid chicken and hair in food. Not for me anymore.

Not sure if we were just lucky but we got super fast delivery, Just eat had said 45 mins but by the time the app said your meal was being delivered we had eaten it. Food was very nice, good flavours and piping hot

Today we ordered a takeaway and it was horrible. It didn’t even taste nice in flavour and was very cold when it had arrived. My plate was swimming in grease/oil which actually really put my off as chicken tikka masala is always my go to favourite. It 100% wasn’t worth the £35 I spent and sadly I won’t be ordering from here again

Really bad service, manager denied he was there, asked for a vindaloo , got a madras with potatoes added in 5 mins delivered, meal had lemon pips in, got an replacement which again wasn’t a vindaloo,they think as it’s late at night they can give whatever, it’s a shame as last 2 meals were really good, but will not ever order again,as abs who is usually good denied it was him on the phone ? Just why ? Never again !

We visited this place because it came top on our Google search. They must pay Google to get them higher up on searches because it was a lot longer than suggested and definitely not the nearest. The actual curries we had were quite good. Large portions. Happy to visit again.

Very delicious and fresh indian food. We got Chicken Tikka Puri Chicken Tikka Massala Egg Rice Special fried Rice Chicken Tikka Naan Chips (no large portion) with 30% discount cupon. Highly recommend.

Order on a Monday so assumed it wouldn't be long. Just over an hour, just about warm enough. They've really cut down the meat and increased the sauce. Rice ok but will be looking for another takeaway.

Ordered takeaway. The food was cold 5 minutes after collection. It tasted awful...I actually had to bin it. I have eaten at almost every indian restaurant in Ipswich and can truthfully say this is by far the worst. Avoid.

Very disappointed with food & service. I ordered a set meal, the main course was cold & the side dishes were barley warm. Service was very poor - delivery was late with no apology from the driver. The driver just took my money & walked off without giving any change.

Terrible terrible food. Zero salt in every dish we ordered, which included naan, panneer masala, Bombay aloo and bhindi bhaji. Unbelievable that this has been rated so high!

I loved the chunky vegetables but the curry was advertised as a medium and it definitely was not. It was a bit bland.

Delivered 25mins late and food could have been warmer but the gentleman who delivered was brilliant and the food was great quality. Ordered on a busy Friday night which may have slowed them down a little.

Gave a 5 star for restaurant service as didn't want to see any effect on a very well deserved 5 star overall rating (we had a take away). Excellent food, will certainly use again.

We had a menu from Indian Village so thought we'd try them out. Indian Village offer a 40% off code when ordering online, however this turned out to be a fake discount as the prices when ordering online are much higher - 40% higher it seems so there is no discount. We phoned them to check, perhaps there was a mistake but were told if we wanted the 40% off then order online only. Very dishonest

This is a consistently good indian takeaway. Not "wow" good, but solid, dependable and full of actual flavour rather than just grease and heat. I have eaten from here many times, enough to be able to tell the subtle differences between the cooks, but never had a bad or cheap-tasting curry. Once or twice I have received an incomplete or wrong order, so it's always worth checking, but the taste makes up for that.

Just eat sent me a voucher for £5 off but was unable to use as site kept on stating invalid voucher. Very annoying

we have been regular users of this Indian but out last meal was shocking! lamb jalfrazi that was like chewing a leather shoe. the sauce tasted sour like off milk. the tikka masala was totally bland and flavourless. I'm not sure if a different chef was on but we used this place weekly until this meal!

Probably the worst Indian we have had in a long time, chewy lamb, burnt naan. First and last time we will order from here!

I order here every week best value anywhere and the quality is excellent ask for the special at £10.95 any starter,side, rice and main dish good portions too. My favorite dish chicken tikka naga.

No rice in order although it shows on my receipt, restaurant says we hadn't ordered it, blaming mix up on just eat. There may be a problem on how our order was transmitted from just eat to restaurant. Restaurant quickly rectified missing items and delivered them very quickly. Food was very tasty.

For the third time using Just Eat website, after putting a delivery time for later in the evening, my meal was delivered within 30 minutes. Tonight I requested an 8pm delivery and it arrived at 6.30pm!!!! Getting a bit fed up of this so may have to use another website. Have Email from Indian Village confirming 8pm delivery!!!

Recently moved and wasn't sure what indian takeaways where in the area. After browsing on just eat, thought we would go for Indian Village, and i'm so glad we did! The food was delicious and the naan bread was the best i'd ever had! Will definitely be using this as our new indian takeaway.

A little early but we were ready. Great food quickly delivered. Vindaloo was hot enough and the whole order was spot on.

I have ordered Hyderabadi Biriyani but it came it as masala rice or chicken curry rice. It seems they mixed curry with rice..
