The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Dundee City Central Scotland

Friendly efficient staff served us all up a hot tasty meal, which everyone enjoyed. This restaurant is in the centre of town, but is a hidden gem. I didn't even know it was there. Choice on the menu exceeded expectations and several different dishes were ordered. Lots of Cinese Families were eating which is always a good sign. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. There was one sting in the tail. One of our party couldn't eat all her meal and asked for a doggy bag. Her meal was put into two plastic containers for her to take home. When we got the bill, we saw that we had been charged 30p each for the containers and 10p for the carrier bag. First time ever have I been charged for a doggy bag. Be aware......

Mi marido y yo hicimos una apuesta en un nuevo para llevar chino - no nos decepcionó! El Phoenix Palace (como ahora es llamado) preparó una deliciosa y abundante porción de perfectamente vegetabley sal y pimienta papas fritas. Sin duda recomendaría basado en nuestra primera experiencia. Volveré a probar más del menú pronto!

Just had the worst chinese takeaway from here in my life. I've been previously and it was never THIS bad. Ordered honey chilli chicken,battered chicken with fried rice. Usually when ordering this I'll get small battered pieces of chicken. Tonight I got what can only be described as a piece of battered Iceland chicken steak, cut into 6 pieces. It was put In a tub with a very small amount of tasteless, watery as hell sauce that was rank. The batter was all slimy and fell off the chicken before I even started. The rice was dry, tasteless, cold and horrible. I sometimes go here when my usual chinese is shut or for a change, but will never be back total waste of 16 quid. Still hungry as binned most of it

We got a delivery what can I say apart from the worst takeaway I have had, food missing, over 45 minutes late and also cold and then the chow mein had a big hair in it so daughter obviously couldn’t eat it, what a total waste of money not been here for a while but would certainly not go back to it

Ordered food at half 4 and it was confirmed to be delivered between half 5 - 10 to 6, it is now 18:20pm and they will not answer any phones or they are just hanging up when phoning to find out where the order actually is. Shocking costumer service if you can’t get in contact and explain.

First time here. Thought we would try some place different but very disappointing. Tasteless food. Unfortunately won't be back.

Amazing food, great taste and very accommodating with allergies

Jan 2 2025 , normally £15 per head, today was charged £22 just cos it was a bank holiday. The place is open 7 days a week, the food isn't any different or better at any time. Its cash ONLY probably cos they pay the staff min wage in cash sod the tax man.

Chips and rice were cold . The beef tasted burnt

Chicken balls’ batter was doughy, chewy and by no means crispy Curry sauce was too thick, had better curry taste elsewhere Chow mein was alright, nothing special Prawn crackers are a 5/10 at most Was looking forward to this meal but quite disappointed

Good fast food. Plenty choice. Helpful staff.

Pleasant and efficient service. Lovely quick chicken curry. Guy anticipates you need small chippy chips with your rice. Probably thinking here's a fat one.

Love the deep fried shredded chicken, plus good service and fast delivery
