The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Dundee City Central Scotland

Friendly efficient staff served us all up a hot tasty meal, which everyone enjoyed. This restaurant is in the centre of town, but is a hidden gem. I didn't even know it was there. Choice on the menu exceeded expectations and several different dishes were ordered. Lots of Cinese Families were eating which is always a good sign. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. There was one sting in the tail. One of our party couldn't eat all her meal and asked for a doggy bag. Her meal was put into two plastic containers for her to take home. When we got the bill, we saw that we had been charged 30p each for the containers and 10p for the carrier bag. First time ever have I been charged for a doggy bag. Be aware......

Mi marido y yo hicimos una apuesta en un nuevo para llevar chino - no nos decepcionó! El Phoenix Palace (como ahora es llamado) preparó una deliciosa y abundante porción de perfectamente vegetabley sal y pimienta papas fritas. Sin duda recomendaría basado en nuestra primera experiencia. Volveré a probar más del menú pronto!

Put it this way, if I ever need to order from another Chinese I'm always disappointed, food is just on another level to other places in dundee, everything is always delicious, favourites are chicken and cheese rolls with chilli oil, kung po chicken & Singapore noodles.

Think this may be my new go to chinese! Big portions for the price and loads of options. Especially like how there's a fair few customisations like adding onions or different sizes of curry sauce too.

I ordered my food at 19.40pm, it’s now 21.00pm & my food still has not arrived

Best tasting Chinese last night I had something different and would defo order again - I didn't even know beef and black bean chow mein was a thing!! super tasty with the chips/ curry sauce and prawn toast!!

Only takes cash so obviously a tax dodge would do good for hmrc to audit this place.and the managers is very cheeky and doesn’t have a clue about people

Amazing food, great taste and very accommodating with allergies

Bit disappointed with my dish. There is not enough ginger in the flavouring and too much large onion instead of spring onion. There was enough chicken in the dish, but a couple of pieces were rather chewy as if gristle.

Chicken balls’ batter was doughy, chewy and by no means crispy Curry sauce was too thick, had better curry taste elsewhere Chow mein was alright, nothing special Prawn crackers are a 5/10 at most Was looking forward to this meal but quite disappointed

Gemma on till was lovely. Quick service. Good music playing
