Lovely food. The spring rolls are always crispy and fresh. Love how reasonable it is for a meal for lunch. Pamela, Nicole, Mel and Gemma all gave amazing service and explained the process to me making it easy to order. Will be back.

There was 3 bits of chicken I paid 32 two pounds for 6 bits oh chicken so shocking as when u going store it’s nothing like this it’s so good definitely won’t be going back so shocked

staff very friendly, they said it would be a 2 minute wait for chicken to be ready and it was done in a matter of seconds, very fast service and good pricing

Places is an absolute shambles £44 on food for half of it not to come and them not to Anwser the phone get a grip of your service 3 times now absolutely ridiculous over priced and don’t even get what you paid for

Staff are friendly provide a decent portion which fills you up decent atmosphere and the music that plays is different than what you get in other food chains, perfect volume to block out most of the background noise from the rest of the mall, if that's what your looking for

Noodles were terrible, almost like a microwave ready meal.Curry topping was almost nonexistent. Sides were slightly better though. Mediocre at best honestly. Won’t order again

The food was very good! But the portions for what you pay for were on the small side but can’t fault the quality , really tasty!!

Order did not come with the prawn crackers or spring rolls. Also ordered noodles not egg fried rice as I’m allergic to egg but was given the egg fried rice. So basically paid £13 for a can of Diet Coke. Super disappointing.

avoid!! waited 25mins over delivery time, delivery driver sat outside house for over 30mins when I went out to ask about delivery she said she wasnt a delivery driver!!! hot box bag was sitting next to her on passenger seat! absolute shambles of an experience! avoid

I ordered the hot wok for one and have had to request a refund. Order was missing both the noodles and the spring rolls, all I received was the toppings and drink. Shocking , now I’m eating the toppings bc obviously I need dinner but with no noodles it’s rather underwhelming, not happy at all

Quick service, looks tasty. Just tried the food, both noodles and rice are quite bland, definitely need a sauce pot or two. Cannot recommend the caramel drizzle chicken enough! We bought an extra pot. Banging.

Order through just eat for delivery, order was accepted and paid for. 1 hr goes by order is meant to be arriving in 1 minute. Then received a message saying our order was cancelled after marking on just eat you were preparing the food. The lack of communication to try and cancel my order quicker so I didn’t need to starve while waiting an hour for this to come then to go cancel

Ordered the triple box. Came with a couple minuscule pieces of caramel chicken 3 decent sized pieces of Korean bbq pieces and was missing the salt and pepper chicken altogether. Noodles were mushy and tasted old like they’d been sitting for ages. Ordered from here before and went in several times and it’s been good but that was abysmal.

Chopsticks is an absolutely outstanding choice for food if you’re visiting Dundee. I had the FireCracker Chicken with noodles. But this is not my first time here. Incredible job these guys do, and great customer service. Big Shoutout to Lee, who go is always great to me.

Was in today and it was a great experience, amazing staff and amazing food. It’s great to see there are still places that have great customer service and great food at the same time. Will be back very shortly

incorrect items delivered, and no way to contact restaurant to request a resolution. Had to order another meal to replace what I found inedible ( couldn't eat what THEY chose to send) then had to go through just eat for resolution, who did refund as "gesture of goodwill ", not my mistake and I certainly shouldn't have to pay for it. They were more than welcome to return and collect the wrong order items. Will be raising complaint with them for their poor choice of words.

I didn’t receive my order, and I noticed that it’s marked as delivered in the app. Nobody contacted me regarding the delivery either. please look into this and help resolve the issue.

I ordered at 1155 and food did not get delivered until 1345. I was unable to cancel order so contacted support to say poor delivery and shortly after food arrived. I did not accept delivery of order as I went to shop and got order myself . The delivery driver tried twice to deliver it to me but I refused to accept the order

Missing can of Pepsi Max, missing 5x Spring Rolls, missing BBQ dip and sent rice instead of noodles. What arrived was ok but very over priced for the portion sizes.

Come here quite regular and staff are always nice and friendly, tidy location and good prices for food. It gets busy but passes quick, always worth a stop at Chopstix Dundee !!!

Missing items from online order. Went to shop to have it corrected. I was refused. I have paid for food i haven't received. They weren't interested in my order number to confirm and refused to give me the food I had paid for. Worst service ever! They have literally stolen my money! Worst service ever from anywhere. It could not be any worse than this place! I will never ever shop here ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for good food at a reasonable price, then this might be the right destination. I like their food boxes, which come in small, medium, and large sizes. The food tastes good, and the staff are friendly. Nevertheless, some might find their food a bit spicy.
