Chopstix in Dundee City

I never leave reviews but genuinely this is THE best Chinese ave had, ever and ave had a LOT lol, the honey chilli chicken, omfg ughhh 🫠

Everything I'd had before was delicious as usual. But I forgot the golden rule: Do Not Order Curry From A Chinese Restaurant. Gloppy and a bit bland!

Food is always great. Service great. Delivery people always very polite and friendly. Thank you all so much.

Driver was at the entirely wrong address, called and said something about market street, and her showed me the receipt said Meadow Mill for whatever reason.

Ordered food at half 4 and it was confirmed to be delivered between half 5 - 10 to 6, it is now 18:20pm and they will not answer any phones or they are just hanging up when phoning to find out where the order actually is. Shocking costumer service if you can’t get in contact and explain.

Food has no arrived at all, no one will answer the phones to ask where it is, when contacted just eat, was told “it should be here by 18:10, yet we are still waiting for it to arrive, probably cold at this rate.

Rice was mushy and too peppery and the prawn crackers were stale. The black bean sauce was ok but a bit too sweet for my taste.

The workers are so friendly and happy, my food was quickly made and everything but the rice was great and even the rice was just down to personal preference.

Very quick, before the time frame. The chicken curry is the best. Very tasty and tender.

Delivery time changed, same as the last time. Rice was cold and a bit crunchy. Noodles lukewarm. Main dish ok but the beef was kinda chewy. Feels like they take too many orders in. Should be able to remove them from the apparently personal suggestions on Just Wait.

Batter on chicken Cantonese style overcooked. Tough, dry and chewy. Free Prawn crackers were stale. Often a hit or miss with them. I should've known better.

The BEST chinese restaurants in town the 3 course meal for 23.99 is the best it comes with a main side too. Amazing portions and so tasty . Staff amazing and I never leave reviews but thought this place deserved one.

Food was fantastic although I like my satay sauce a little sweeter. Salt and chilli chips and salt and chilli spring rolls were really nice but missing the chilli's through it. Also I requested satay sauce instead of sweet and sour but still got sweet and sour which was a little disappointing, overall though it was decent

I ordered a munch type box .. unfortunately with no option for sauces it was extremely dry. I also ordered chips rice n curry sauce but even with that ..the munch was just bland n salty .. disappointed. Give the option of small sauces be a good addition. not pay for a full on tub of sauce on top of the cost of a box.

Nothing special chicken soggy. Chips and gravy, gravy sparse. Wotongs not much meat. Overall don’t think I will order there again.

Absolutely love the food here . Usually stay for a sit in meal but just cannot understand why they do not do it up a bit & PLEASE make it warmer . Sitting having your 3 course meal with your COAT ON is not ideal , but your food makes up for it . Surely if it was made a bit more warmer (especially stone ceiling maybe cladded ?) & more modern , you would get more people coming to dine in . Usually we are the only ones in the sit down . We have had take-away delivery & food is just as good as sit in. The staff are always lovely & friendly which is a delight . So , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOOD , both sit in & takeaway , but please entice more people in (there is a lack of dine-in oriental). You obviously have the customers as when we are there your takeaway is ALWAYS BUSY . Compliments to the chef 👍

Best Singapore rice noodles ever in the town. Spicy and tasty, 10 out of 10. The delivery was quick, worth to try.

Great food. Some options can be made gluten free, which the restaurant are great at guiding us through and making the required changes.

The worst Chinese we have ever had, everything flavourless, all food was cold, spring rolls soggy, chow mein was slop, crispy aromatic duck was a tiny lump of reheated overpriced grizzle. We had a couple bites and tried to phone to send it back when we realised it was inedible, no one responded. Never been pressed to do a review before, this is a firm no go

Food was great a bit late which we didn’t mind too much but the delivery man was rude and unbelievably miserable

ordered a beef curry but the beef is that beef that looks like its been boiled or something which really puts me off. apart from that everything was present and correct and I enjoyed dipping the chips into the curry sauce from the beef curry, which, wasnt much because it was loaded with beef. we also had salt and pepper chicken which was delicious. . would most likely try again but wouldn't pick the beef again as that was money wasted but is just ny preference.

Ordered christmas day at 2 for delivery at 6 came over an hour late when food arrived its was luke warm at best but tasty enough they never gave my beef curry so i had rice had to take abit of my wife and 2 boys to scrape a plate together for me so 9 quid out if pocket tried phonin 14 times never answered the phone we order every christmas night from here that tradition has now stopped shame aswell.ive been eating here for a very long time

Had the 3 course menu, starter chicken satay, beef schezuan and banana fritter with ice cream. Very good, had enough to take home, have leftovers for lunch today. Just the right amount of spicy with starter and main meal. Banana fritter with syrup and ice cream, coffee. Perfect finish no rush to

Ordered salt n pepper prawns and sweet n sour king prawns peking style… It wasn’t what it used to be the batter is so thick it’s gloopy… £16 for prawns is a lot of money for something inedible. The ones in the sauce soaked up all the sauce and was just horrible and the ones without sauce were worse. The rest of the food was okay but I won’t order again if that’s the standard of your prawns

Waited an hour after original delivery time. Impossible to get in touch with the restaurant despite trying to call repeatedly. Now the second time the orders been really late.

Food was excellent but was a very very long wait

Late and arrived cold . Had to heat it up ourselves. Booked for a certain time so kids where in bed and we could enough our takeaway with our usually our favourite place we book alot to be totally disappointed with timings and quality of food and cold food

So the first lot of food was late and wrong, The second lot of food looked right but wasn't it was meant to be yellowbean sauce but it wasn't, I've had to throw it out as it was disgusting. So I'm out of pocket and no food. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years, and recently, the service has got worse. Not sure I'll be back. You only got 1 star because the site makes me , the service recently doesn't deserve 1 star!

Cold & obviously old refried chips sent out. They were totally inedible. & the chicken in the stir fry noodles was horrible & slimy. Cheap frozen stuff that probably isn’t even real chicken.

Food cold. No opportunity to get 20% Tuesday discount or NHS staff discount. Unusual for Chopstix.

Delivery early and the food was great.

Food and Staff amazing but personally restaurant is way to small hardly any seating and the little seating you do manage to find you feel like you have to hurry up so other customers can get in could defitnely do with a bigger Chopstix

For a trusted takeaway, on this occasion, it let itself down. Luke warm, under cooked chips, lukewarm spring rolls, soggy batter on chicken. All in all, it was not up to its usual high standard and 45 minutes later than initially agreed. Poor show. For twenty quid, I'll think twice next time.

Great delivery time and good food

Can't fault Chopstix, food is always excellent, as is the service. Add to that friendly delivery service - what more could you ask for?

I work nearby so often get my lunch here. The food is very tasty and portions are a good size, Friendly staff and always fast service exactly what you need on your lunch break 😊
