Not only did my food arrive luke warm /cold, but Yet again my fritter had leaked everywhere. Have previously brought this to their attention and still nothing has changed. Sauce went all over chicken balls and everything else. Threw half of it away even the dessert. Not sure ill be going back anytime soon.

Hadn't eaten here for a while but wanted a celebratory meal out, and was intrigued to see the updated decor I'd read about - it had been a bit tired. It's lovely! Very chic. As you come through the door you enter a calm open area with a desk/bar manned by a welcoming member of staff who escorts you to your table. Seating varied, with a couple of side banquettes as well as 'standard' tables and a large round table for groups - I think eight people were sitting around it when we arrived. We four took one of the banquettes, which can seat six. Great and varied menu, one of the few that carries lamb dishes. For starters we had one mixed platter for two and one seafood platter for two - I love being able to pick at all the differet dishes, so this is a great way to do it. We had been told it might take a little longer for them to come out from the kitchen, but it honestly felt like no time at all. Everything was delicious, we left those platters clean! I loved how the finger towels were served - on a plate, looking like huge tablets until water was poured over them from a teapot. We went on to share Sizzling Lamb Mongolian Style, Kung Po Chicken, Cantonese Duck and Yeung Chow Fried Rice. Two egg fried rices were more than enough between the three dishes, served in lovely barrels with lids to keep them warm. I know all our choices were delicious because - I tried them all. That's part of the joy of Chinese food - the sharing. Service was great, achieving that delicate balance of being attentive without looming over you. My only criticism would be the ladies' toilets. The refit is lovely, but the twin sinks dictated the depth available to the cubicles, with the closed door being just a few inches from my knees. Quite claustrophobic, and I struggle to see how a mother accompanying a small child would be able to close the door on themselves. For two cubicles one sink would suffice, and would allow the cubicle depth to be more accommodating. It was otherwise well suppied and attractive. All round, delicious food and great service in a lovely space.

We have visited The Spice Exchange many times and never been disappointed. The restaurant is spacious, the tables elegant, with freshly laundered cloths. The food is always delicious: well cooked meat, fish & vegetables, with tasty sauces flavoured with different spices. On top of that, the service is amazing: professional yet friendly; individual yet detached. We always feel like welcome guests, in a huge family home where they remember our names and preferences, and offer the best advice when we can’t decide what we want. Definitely we recommend this restaurant 100%.

My third visit to this restaurant. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was nice and hot and very tasty . A most enjoyable evening and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I went to Legends following a recent online review (Shropshire Star) which was enthusiastic. Our food was ok, but when we came to pay the bill (£47) we were told that if we wanted to pay by card the cost would be £50, £1.50 extra charge per person for the water we had with the meal. The owner explained that we had rented her glasses! She tried to justify the 6% increase by saying that her bank charges for card transactions. I didn’t have cash and didn’t want a walk up the street to get it, so reluctantly paid £50. Needless to say this left a bad taste and we wont be going back.

Always really good food. Tasty and good portion size. Best Chinese in Kidderminster. I have never been disappointed, the food is consistently high quality even in busy times.

Food is awful, flavourless bland and just vile. The crispy duck wasn't crispy is was fatty and horrible! The salt and pepper chips were burnt and thin. Do better, very disappointed

Minh’s siempre sirve buena comida en el restaurante, sin excepciones. El servicio es rápido y amable. La comida para llevar también es decente.

food was good, but i don’t need the attitude from the stingy boss, who is also giving arrogant attitude as the cashier, feels like we owe something to them instead of feeling welcomed as consumers. The place is freezingly cold and after politely asking the waiter to turn on the heating several times, there is no heating as the owner refuse to turn it on. Everyone eating in the restaurant is so cold that everybody dines in their jacket and coat. The waiter and the waitress are nice people, but the owner of this restaurant is just not worth it. I have been a loyal consumer for the past few months, recommended this place to my friend a lot of times, but I will never go to this restaurant again after this experience with the owner👎

Just had yet another great Chinese meal from Rich at the New Chop Suey Bar in Hereford. I’ve been going to this store for over 20 years and they’ve never let me down. If you’re looking for a solid Chinese, look no further because they’re the best Chinese restaurant in town. Cheers Richard and chefs! Top folks.

Food is great, but a few of the staff can be really abrupt. Delivery is a good option but can take well over an hour at times. The prices have gone up a fair bit too!

Flat taste and something missing. The rice with shrimps is terribly dry, but my friend says the duck is first class.

The Rainbow is now Bagus Bagus UK and was closed, despite the website stating it was open. No explanation of this change in name was available especially when it now appears to have a peculiar name.
