Exerlent take away used for over 20 years

I normally use Best Choice but sometimes the food is hit and miss so thourght i would give Evergreen a go never again chicken curry is in a small container not a large one like Best Choice and no crackers £9.10 no thanks the food may taste nice but thats a rip off.

Don't bother overpriced miserable bloke serving right attitude problem overcharged, only had 2 spring rolls it states 6 on menu,not even free prawn crackers like most Chinese takeaways,won't be back for sure!!!!

Ordered a couple times, called up to order today and was told my address was banned and couldn’t tell me why , and that I couldn’t speak to a manager never had any problems with them before and man on the phone was extremely rude. If management could please email me so I could get to the bottom of it that would be great:)

Been going here for many years, unfortunately the last few take aways haven’t been very good and the latest this evening was truly awful. Bland tasteless sauce a beef curry that would have been ideal for a vegetarian. I spend on average around £30 on food from here and always get a complementary bag of prawn crackers, today this bag had shrunk to half it’s usual size so asked if I could buy an extra one, I was abruptly told this would be £2.70, really ! I’ve gone from being very fond of this place to feeling that customer service and quality mean nothing anymore, just profit !

This takeout is delicious!! Honestly 10 out of 10 all the time! Ever since I discovered Evergreen not too far from me I’ve never looked back! Salt and Chilli King prawns are my favourite! They are always cooked to perfection! Excellent service and food every time 😊

Decided to order from here today as the ratings seemed high. I called to ask if they delivered to my area unfortunately they did not I got someone to go there to collect the order only to be called from them saying the order we had was not the right one. I sent the person back to collect the right order only to be told she was given back the same wrong order. So the person had to go back to collect it again. Their way of compensating was oh we charged you £3 something less. That is not the point! Where is the professionalism where is the communication with your chefs it’s unacceptable if you are providing a food service the least you can do is get the order right!. I won’t be back sorry I’m not even hungry any more appetite has gone.

My favourite takeaway since being a kid. That’s been over 30 years of Evergreen and I still want them all the time! I’ve struggled to find anywhere local that I prefer. Thank you for so many years of good food...to the whole team at Evergreen 😉

Ordered food twice in the last couple of weeks. Food has been really tasty both times. The chicken balls are amazing. Best thing about this place is the service, Teresa on the front desk is always great. Definitely will be ordering again soon.

Por lo general, disfruto mucho la comida, sin embargo, la última vez que llamé esperé 1 hora y 40 minutos para que me entregaran la comida. Cuando llamé para ver dónde estaba mi comida, el niño (es un adolescente que contesta el teléfono) fue grosero / sin disculpas. Decepcionado

I rang first time and asked about the prawns they do the lady said well read the leaflets I have customers and don’t have time for this then I said I want to speak to the manager she said I am the manager well excuse me love management do t talk like this abc she put the phone on me when if that’s me I would say I’m a little bit busy let me call you back give me 5 mins or can you call me bk .. then a week later I heard they have mice and they cook raw the chemist next door told me how the people be getting food poisoning I would never recommend this place to any one

I used to use this all the time, but was absolutely disgusted today when my meal came and the curry was in a lot smaller container than my other main meal. When called back I was told that’s just the way it is, the curry is less than a main meal!!! And was arguing with me when I sed it’s never been before. I said it’s never been before! And they normally the meal is shared between 2 ppl now it’s like a starters portion!!! The curry is a main meal and should match the size of all the main meals! Disgusting I will never eat from there again as I don’t appreciate paying for a main meal and not getting the amount paid for! Wonder how many others have been tricked all for more money for them!! Customers don’t matter she didn’t care that I wasn’t going to use them again!!! DISGUSTING!!

Llevamos más de 23 años usando esta comida para llevar y nunca tuvimos un problema. El lunes pedimos una comida para llevar y solicitamos que la miel de las gambas a la pimienta negra tenga menos pimienta negra. Nunca hemos tenido un problema y la solicitud siempre se ha cumplido. Cuando comí mi comida, que fue un par de horas después, la comida no era comestible, literalmente sabía a una botella de pimienta negra que se había vertido en el plato. De inmediato llamé al restaurante para expresar mi preocupación. Me sorprendió la actitud de la señora que contestó el teléfono. Mientras presentaba mi queja, colgó el teléfono. Llamé de nuevo para preguntarle por qué hizo esto y pregunté dónde puedo quejarme y me dijeron 'Evergreen'. A la mañana siguiente llamé a Evergreen y dejé un mensaje para que el propietario me devolviera la llamada. Me llamó por teléfono dos días después desde un número que decía que no había identificador de llamadas. Estoy absolutamente sorprendido e incrédulo de cómo me acaba de hablar. La conversación fue presenciada por mi esposo que acababa de entrar a la casa mientras la llamada estaba en manos libres. Comencé diciéndole que habíamos sido sus clientes durante 23 años, en un tono enojado que dijo "que no importa cuánto tiempo haya estado viniendo aquí". Cada vez que intentaba hablar, me gritaba y no me daba la oportunidad de hablar. Cuando le dije que era un servicio al cliente horrible y cómo él y la otra dama me hicieron sentir como cliente fue horrible. Le dije que su tono era agresivo y me sentí intimidado. Estaba gritando deliberadamente sobre mí y no me permitía no expresar mi queja. Le dije que no deseaba continuar la conversación y que pondría mi experiencia en TripAdvisor. Me despedí y en un tono burlón gritó 'ja, ja, ja'. Realmente no puedo creer que esta experiencia haya sucedido. Estoy muy molesto y temblando por toda la experiencia. . . . . . . Otra cosa que repitió constantemente es que debería haber comido la comida en media hora y esa es la escala de tiempo que tiene que quejarse con Evergreen. No quisiera que ningún otro cliente tuviera que pasar por esta experiencia, por eso lo pongo en Trip Advisor.

Food has always been superb here but we have an onion allergy and the last two visits we've had a chunk of onion in our food. We won't be coming back.

Used this take away for years. Even now we live 20 miles away we still take a meal home when we are in that part of Birmingham. Food is so good.

Primera vez en muchos años que he ordenado desde aquí. El camarero era muy cortés y la comida muy sabrosa. Compartimos curry de verduras, rollito de primavera y papas fritas para 7. 40.Con toda honestidad, uno de los mejores curries de verduras que he probado en comida para llevar. El rollo de primavera fue bueno y las patatas fritas bien.Trataré a otros miembros de la familia a una comida para llevar pronto.

Called in on way home to Rednal as can never resist this establishment. Having lived locally several years ago always had a fantastic meal and service from here. Once again wasn't disappointed. Personally this is the best Chinese take-away in Birmingham.

He estado haciendo pedidos desde hace años. Recibí mi pedido y me faltaron cosas. Lady me advirtió que no estaba en el orden a pesar de que claramente lo ordené por teléfono, me dijo que no me habían cobrado y que si quería las partes faltantes tendría que pagar el cargo de envío nuevamente. Más que feliz de pagar por lo que falta, pero que se le cobre nuevamente por la entrega cuando fue su error fue simplemente impactante. El acaparamiento de dinero y el pobre servicio al cliente. No volverá a ordenar desde aquí otra vez

My friend visited me with dinner. Omg i was so pleased. Every mouthful was amazing. Chunky rustic chips with garlic and salt and spice on. Freach chunky veg. Gorgeous sweet and sour. No greace we truly loved our food and had enough for the next day. 100%will use tgis place again even though its a long drive passing so many others on route. No idea of cost or waiting times but i can not wait to order!

No tengo fotos ya que estaba demasiado ocupado llenando la comida y no tengo ni idea de los costos, ya que fue un regalo de mi amigo. Ella usó este como local para ella y lo recomendó. Planeo usar esto como mi comida para llevar regular a pesar de que está aproximadamente a 9 millas de distancia y tengo numerosas opciones locales. Esta es de lejos la mejor comida que he probado. Our local chinese takeaway have been ordering food for the last few years and have always had an excellent meal however tonight the food was awful! Didnt get what I had ordered, the food was overcooked and tasteless! Wont be ordering from rhe Evergreen again in a hurry!

Standard Chinese restaurant. Quick service good menu and good quality food. They started charging 50p for credit and debit card purchases, Not sure if this still applies. Parking right outside the door, they also do home delivery.

Lovely food such a Shame the staff are very rude and abrupt no customer service skills at all the rude person I spoke to was called kid apparently well he clearly needs to become an adult and is exactly that. Disappointed as the food is very nice.

Highly recommend this gaff, in fact can't recommend it enough. Staff are super friendly and always helpful when choosing a new dish. Chilli and garlic chicken goes well with a Singapore chow mien. Actually can't wait for next takeaway night!

Best Chinese Iv tasted in a long time the sauce is thick and had flavour none of this watery stuff I kept getting else where it may be more exspensive than other ones but the meal makes up for it

We used to go hear quite often until found a place not to far away that was better. The food is ok, but the portion sizes are small for the price you pay.

I have been ordering from this place for a very long time and I can tell you it's is defiantly one of the best Cantonese takeaways I have been too. After eating here some of my friends who where non Cantonese eaters have been converted!
