I Went to dine and wine buffet restaurant. On Sunday i was serves by a waiter called kevin. I was very happy with the Service kevin the waiter went all out to male our day special

*CASH ONLY* Where do I start, very packed on arrival, no organisation, went for a birthday party and had to wait in the foyer for a while. Drinks are expensive and beer tasted terrible, the food did looked lovely as we walked to our seats, the place is very large with plenty of seats but can easily get lost once you have left your seat. The plates were cold but I got a mix of foods to try and everything was cold that was supposed to be hot as soon as I realised this I was scared to go for another plate in case I became ill, others in our party had different foods and said everything was cold also, some foods were extremely spicy and I like spice but I think that should be labelled as you don’t expect sushi to be inedible because of spice, sushi also was labelled chicken and had hotdog inside so beware if you have allergies. Toilets were grim after walking up a flight of stairs to get to them, they were very cramped and very messy, the wash sinks were in another room so u can bet kids are just leaving and not cleaning there hands after using the toilet. The next day my husband and I had a bad stomach. Overall not what I expected and will not be back unfortunately.

Nice place with good food. Minus is small selection of dishes. I've been to several buffets and this one has the smallest selection.

Wonderful place it’s very nicely decorated, food is lovely, constantly replenishing food that runs out, staff are very friendly and welcoming and good customer service, always happy to go here enjoy the food. Bottomless drinks on the sodas so only pay once for them and can refill as you like which is great,

Avoid the fresh noodle soup taste like dish water i actually spat it out, fresh cooked salmon is yak the prawns were ok. fresh cooked steak an the pork ribs were tough as boots and the duck in duck pancakes was actually pork oh and too much suger in the slushies same for the cakes the only good one wss the brownies .... cash only in this day and age?

This place is grim. Utterly grim. Lamb Curry that should be called grissle curry, naans hard, all the chicken in the Chinese section chewy beyond belief. If you can survive long enough for cake you'll soon realise the ornamental ones in kitchen showrooms are fresher. Tapped one with a spoon and it practically splintered. The place is also not clean and the staff look about as happy and engaged as laboratory test animals. £19 pound for that? Insulting and if I could rate -5 stars, I would.

Nice food and atmosphere. All you can eat buffet. Sushi, Chinese, Indian and some Korean and Thai dishes. Dessert selection needs improving. Reasonably priced.

All that you can eat restaurant. Is amazing option to enjoy food, friends and drinks. The food is delicious, the place is really tidy and clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Absolutely the price is great. You paid for your food plus your drink, around £20 per person, but even the drink came with refill.

Unlimited food...very tasty freshly made... £7 kids... £12 adults...£3.50 unlimited top up on drinks....these are weekday daytime prices...note prices change on an evening and on weekends

Visited a few times before for dinner as a family, chose here for my sons birthday, was a large group (18) was so much easier that members of the party paid for there unlimited food and drink as they arrived instead of the hassle of breaking down the bill. Staff went out of their way to help, all the food was gorgeous! And soooo much variety. Highly recommended

We celebrated my brother in laws 40th birthday here a few weeks ago, lots of dishes to choose from, staff friendly, spotlessly clean, will definitely be back.

My whole family was sick after dinner there, stomach ache and nausea. Never again.

It was ok, but would have preferred to go somewhere local. I had heard good things about this place but It wasn't my experience. The staff didn't seem to happy at all. There was only one lady who verbally responded to me other than on entering being told how much we had to pay and if we wanted drinks besides that everyone else just looked with no emotion on their face and either nodded or pointed when asked something. The first plate of food was amazing, couldn't fault it in any way, was very pleased with it. My second plate unfortunately wasn't the best, some of the chicken was cold in the centre, cooked just cold, and some of the pork was extremely hard to chew along with a few other food items tasting different to the first plate (i chose the same food i had on my first plate so i couldnt understand why it tasted so different. Because of this i left the cold and extremely chewy parts on the plate and when staff came to remove the plate i was given a funny look, i didnt understand why until i noticed the no waste policy which could end up with you paying anything upto £50 in charges for wasted food but luckily enough i didnt receive a charge. I get they don't want waste but it would have been nice to try foods I hadn't tried before but because of the no waste I thought better not just in case I didn't like it. The place was clean, the drinks and slushy options were great, there was good amount of desserts to choose from and ice cream. Good amount of foods to choose from, overall plenty of choice. Lovely little fish pond on the way to the toilets which was a nice feature. Toilets were clean from what I was able to see but there was only 2 toilets unlocked for use all other toilets were locked the whole time we were there. I'd say it's ok but if you have to travel 40 mins like we did to get there I wouldn't bother, I'd go to cosmos instead. This is only my experience, as mentioned I had a great recommendation for it from a family member that was the reason we went to try it, sadly it didn't meet the expectation I hoped for from the comments I'd heard about it.

My daughter and my friend child has now got food poisoning and sick because they love to reheat stale food now I have to listen to my poorly baby she won’t eat anything but only drink juice and she has runny diarrhoea plus it’s says if your child under 1 they eat free my daughter is under 1 n I still had to pay 4 pounds if I could call up my bank n get back my money I would happily terrible staff they judge you and they will speak about you also another thing about there food my friend found a hair in the sweet ribs the lady picked it out n mixed it back but and the manger had nothing to say about it

Overall a good experience and great price for lunch menu. Only disappointment was the old food was left in tray and new food just dumped on top.

Booked this place for my daughters birthday ride staff telling me we hadn’t paid for all 11 people but every adult had the receipts to prove we all paid so at the start of the meal I argued with a staff member. Then getting a glass of Pepsi max and the drink was flat told staff and he done nothing about it! Found hair mixed in with my rice and curry twice and staff said well it is an all you can eat buffet! Lasagne was cold and the beef was hard inside told staff for him to then say that it has been there for hours that’s the reason for this ! Asked for a table for wheelchair access and for 11 people but to be given 2 separate tables so we were all split up for our meal Don’t even entertain this place… I’ll never be going back even though I was told the food was amazing from this place

Nice food. Had the tepanyaki which is food fresh to order. Plates were cleared on time and food seemed fresh. The ice cream was lovely as well. Kids enjoyed Shame they couldn't provide takeaway even when I was happy to pay the full price.

Not the worst place in the world, but not the best, cheap and cheerful but it's not cheap. Obviously I know it's time-dependent but when we went it was quite quiet, so the food was sat out for a while and by the time it's on your plate it's cold, other than the good selection of Chinese food there's not really much options, it's either Indian food or a very small selection of other things. There was some roast chicken which looked rather questionable, it was grey so definitely wouldn't have touched it if you paid me. On a busy day when the food is in rotation it probably would have been a lot better. So consider going on a weekend when it would be busier

Myself and my partner we here last night we walked in askin for a table to be pointed to the bar to pay we was told cash only my partner left to do the short walk to the bank I wasn’t given my drink until he returned and paid we was seated the place was very quiet and there was only one seating area open it was a all bein mopped as if it closing time but there was hours left till it shut, we helped ourselves to the larger Selection off food available we are not very adventurous with food so only choice what we knew we had eaten before we sat down to eat when eatin our prawn crackers myself and my partner looked at each others and said they was hard we left they and told a member of staff for her to say ok and walk off , we had food a our pudding and left we was on our way home and they the pains and the urgency for the toilet started we got home and for the rest of the night and the next morning I wasn’t well my partner also wasn’t well but not as bad as I was not sure what it was we had eaten but it had made us ill , apart from breakfast that morning we hadn’t eaten allday so it was almost definitely something we had eaten from there I will not be visiting there again and advise u not to x

Nice buffet selection Chinese, Indian English etc but still a cash restaurant which is behind the times and also limited drinks selection and very expensive drinks.

This place is terrible used to be good when first opened. Food yesterday was so poor I've decided no more chinese buffet, Total put off. About 6 months ago they told me card machine was broken funny that it's still CASH ONLY. I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE ITS A JOKE AND TAX FIDDLE! . Zero star NEVER USED THEM AGAIN

Had lunch today ,really lovely choices of food. Very impressed on my fort visit Spotless clean too.

Disappointed the food was barely warm. This was my daughters 40th birthday treat what a let down for her and the family. We certainly will not be coming back. Thus was my treat for her I shall not be recommending it to anyone else

On saturday the 3rd auguast 2024. Me and my family had a table booked for ten it was for my 40th birthday celebration. Well what an absolute let down, the service wasent to bad but it wasent great either the staff dont smile, for me thats important as a friendly service and good communication is vital to running a resturant. We were taken to our table our drinks followed whilst we waited for everyone else to arrive. On arrival we were correctly seated. We all went to the counters to serve our foods onto our plates and then went back to our table to eat. After that well..... the food was barely warm not just one type of food it was all the food. The meat was that chewy it was like eating an elestic band, not only was i disgusted and disapointed, but so were the rest of my family and partner. I would not feed my own children food from here, im very disapointed to say the least and will not be dining here again. What i will say is the prices arent too bad to be fair, but you need to up your standards.

love this place food is excellent the only thing is, is the curry's I had a chicken tika it's ment to be a sweet non spice curry, and it was extremely spicy which I wasn't happy about as I wanted a nice sweet curry and instead my mouth was in fire if they could change it and make it non spicy then they would get full star rating from me

Took my family to this recommended establishment. Due to working early Mornings I decided to email my booking reservations to find out later in the day when I had to call the email doesn't work and you shall not get a reply.. 🤷🏼‍♂️ When at the premises you find out you can't pay by card as it's cash only since 2022..! 🤔 Nothing on the website tell you this meaning you have to walk down the Road to the cash machine.. 🤦🏼‍♂️ The choice of food is nice but disappointed there's a lot of frozen cooked foods for example the Shish Kebabs, a few meat's and puddings. We also experienced a flood in the toilets due to alleged children putting toilet paper in the sinks and leaving the water on leading to leaks from the ceiling and the upstairs toilets being closed and left for everyone to share the one disabled toilet downstairs. On our way out we also witnessed two of the workers outside having a confrontational disagreement pushing one another on the carpark. Staff who served us were friendly.

Been here many times, love it here! Always come for a celebration as they have a great range of food and even better on this visit as they now have slushy machines!!

Excellent all you can eat, live stations for noodles, steak, soups and sishi. Plenty of choice of different foods for all tastes buds. Fresh clean and well presented every time I have been. Cash only so dont get caught out. Bottomless soft drinks and selection of beers to order from staff. Car park has only few spaces so need to think about parking before coming but dont let the parking put you off going for excellent food. One of the best all you can eat around. Price wise its around £22 per adult but still cheap when you think a standard curry, rice, chips and drink is about same price, but you get more at dine and wine for same price.

We really liked this place. Fine dining it certainly isn't but huge selection of Asian Fusion food. It's full of kids and families. It is loud and a bit chaotic but you can take a guess when you understand you are getting a bottomless buffet for under £20. Free refills on soft drinks. Again a massive saving and I liked the selection which included slush puppies. There is something for everyone. Efficient service and venue is very bling with big chandelliers. Lighting could be brighter would be my only niggle but it is a minor one. We sat by the window so it was lighter.

Offers wide variety of menus and most are delicious but a little bit sugary that make you full instantly and can’t try anymore. Sushi consists of large amount of rice and the biggest I have ever seen but yummy. Ginger is out of this world. Overall dining experience is fantastic due to friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Very nice place, enjoyed very much. Thankfully I got a parking space outside the restaurant. Parking area is tiny. If no parking space you will need to pay and park elsewhere

Went to Dine and Wine for my husband's birthday party. During our celebrations I belive manager said we should leave a restaurant because we've been over two hrs. (They didn't even serve a birthday cake).We've been shocked way she said this and pointed a watch. Nobody said anything when I've booked a table or when we showed up we have 2 hrs for dine. We spent extra money for cocktails, coffee and beers what was extra profit for a business (considering a fact in restaurant was only 4 tables max.). I won't recommend this place to anyone after I've been treated tonight!!!

I'll get to the point on this. There not reasonably priced, drinks are excluded but are bottomless. The food was ok, some dishes were bland and not to my liking but each to their own. Toilet facilities are upstairs, there is onsite parking but limited spaces. They mainly do Chinese and Indian food. They also do omelette, chips and fried fish. The main issue the price I could get better at zouq in star city.

We went at a lunch time, The food is lovely and well presented, both the Indian and Chinese food. But sadly none of the Chinese food was hot only luke warm.

Nice atmosphere, food is decent (the Chinese food, Indian food could taste better). Too bad didn’t have time to try sushi or anything else, they packed up the food at 9:30 and we weren’t informed nor asked if we want anything else so that was a bit disappointment.

slightly cautious on arrival as in Walsall and big signs on doors cash only , cash only everywhere you arrive at counter and old Chinese woman shouting "cash only" not "hello welcome", never mind. 1 child (under 150cm £7.50 ,2 adults £12.70 each on Sunday) shown to table and ordered bottomless drink (pops and including slush puppies) nice environment and large all you can eat Chinese and Indian fare including sushi bar , nice. lovely tasting food from starters to mains and plenty of full platters , food warm but fresh but that's buffets for you . good seating areas and plenty of fine cakes fruit and ice cream on tap for pudding just have little and often to try all dishes , daughter loved it . Will visit again.

Avoid this place if u actually want to fill your belly midway through my meal and they deside to unblock a blocked toilet as the resturante still running also paying more then what the foods worth and couldnt even eat 2 plates of food because of the smell of poo lingering all through the resturante

Been here tonight with my partner Adrian Mosedale who is a massive regular of dine and wine he has been going in there since it opened He knows the staff And the staff know him Teriyaki bar Was the worst ever my partner complained It was sorted but it wasn’t sorted Because it was to late Worst experience spoilt our night My partner said they could have done something about it but didn’t don’t think will be going back and the staff know who we are cuz we regulars

Went to Dine and Wine for mother's day it was great. We went today and they decided to unblock their pipes which left a horrendous smell so our party group stopped eating. The manager was so unprofessional and didn't deal with the situation instead gave us cheap beer and £3 vouchers to those who ordered soft drinks. Unfortunately because you have to pay cash before you can eat there was nothing we could do but definitely won't be returning.

Used this place twice now not the best but ok for the money. They take cash only so be prepared and seem to be watching you all the while. Felt a bit rushed to finish but it was not packed or late in the day.

We visited this place for my son’s 21st birthday. There were approximately 16 persons. My daughter booked a table 2 weeks prior. On arrival, we were asked to pay upfront in cash before we were even seated. We were then shown to a, what we thought, table but in fact, was tables. I politely spoke to the waitress and explained that we had booked 1 table 2 weeks ago for 16 people to which she replied, the other side is closed so this is your table. it’s was 7:30pm… I then asked if she could atleast push the three tables given to us together so that our party could all sit together which, she replied with no. I said to her, if that’s the case why did you accept a booking for 16 people but not have the facilities to cater for that big of a party AND take for payment before hand. I then asked to speak to the manager who moved us to the other side of the room, on seating that resembled dinner tables at a primary school. However, we somewhat settled not to spoil my son’s 21st birthday meal. The food wasn’t up to scratch, I approached the buffet and was eager to try the beef and peppers in black bean sauce, except it had no beef. the chicken balls and the tandoori chicken was VERY dry to where non of us could eat it. Now bearing in mind, there are signs around the restaurant that if any wastage, you will be fined £10-£50. Some of the food was nice such as the roasted honey pork, the crab claws and the sweet and sour chicken. You are watched by the staff like a hawk but yet they fail to removed plates off the table. When it came to bringing out my sons birthday cake, not only did they not light the cake (we provided candles, sparklers and coloured candles), but they sat the cake in front of him whilst everyone was singing (you couldn’t hear the music), and then lit two of the candles in front of him whilst the song had ended. one of them candles didn’t even light and they walked off like nothing had happened or went wrong. It was a very awkward and embarrassing moment as this was suppose to be a surprise, a celebration and a moment for my son to remember. The service is atrocious, the staff should learn to smile a little and know how to handle situations. When it was time to cut the cake, we asked for a knife in which they gave us a spatula. my daughter went looking and asking for a knife, in which they gave her a icing spatula. This was poor. Very poor. Certainly will not be attending this very run down, badly run, strange establishment ever again. One of the worst experiences of my entire life and such a disappointment considering we were all looking forward to this meal.

Good barely warm. Been to a couple of these all you can buffet restaurants and this would be our least favourite. Sushi had a hot dog sausages instead of fish 🤣

First time coming here, and it's been a while since I attended an 'all you can eat', so I was pretty excited. Paid around £24 for the 'bottomless', which included a drink, and there was a couple of quid on top with it being a bank holiday. There was a good choice of food including Indian, Asian, teppanyake and deserts. Beef in black bean sauce was the best I've ever had to be fair. Would go again, but I felt there are other all you can eats charging around the same price that have more choice.

I've been twice to this restaurant. First time was ok. Second time was great. I arrived fairly early in the service and all the dishes were very fresh. Very tasty. The staff a friendly and welcoming. Great selection of dishes and great music. They lost a point for being cash only.

I never write reviews but some bad ones I saw nearly put me and my partner off going, but we went on a whim anyway and didn’t regret it so needed to put it straight that the staff are actually so lovely and they do some of the best sushi i’ve ever had!!! Deffo be visiting again. Beautiful inside too.

Variety of foods and desserts to make your choice

Terrible experience on Mother’s Day, my mom choked on a piece of metal wire in her food. All the staff said was ‘oh sorry’ then offered to make her meal half price. Absolutely disgusting service and lack of food safety and hygiene standards. Food was low standard even for a buffet. Will not be returning and strongly advise against going here.

Food undercooked when approached manager he was very disrespectful and not helpful at all.

As you arrive the place doesn't look great from outside but don't let that fool you! And they only take cash. But the food it fantastic and the bottomless drinks are great.

When it first opened it was amazing I now find it very expensive and food quality is poor and the windows are awful with rotting food make up forks dirty serviettes needs a good clean

03/03/24 After reading some of the comments, I wasn't sure if I wanted to invite my friends here for my birthday, but I took the risk. Now I can say that it was great, the service was 100%, we really liked the food, everyone will find something for themselves, I highly recommend it. I don't know why the restaurant has so many unpleasant comments. They were very polite and helpful to me and my guests and the surprise was a happy birthday song 😃🙆 I'm satisfied. Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome
