It is open! Title says closed but it’s definitely open. 12pm-8pm I love going to this restaurant. It feels like going to a small restaurant in another country. A nice relaxing atmosphere inside with a unique menu. The food is delicious. When I’m in Exeter centre, I pop in to get the Traditional Rogamo bun takeaway. I’ve eaten in the restaurant for dinner twice too! All the items are delicious! My favourite is the roast chicken with rice. If you’re a fan of noodles, the handmade noodles are an amazing texture too!! If you want to try more healthy Chinese cuisine different to the westernised Chinese menu - definitely give this place a try! Even if it’s just for the traditional bun - highly recommend for just £5. This place should be busier than what it is. The customer service is always 10/10 too. Wishing them all the best with this restaurant.

Glad I finally got to try this resturant after always walking past it. We went in at 12 to order for takeout and I recommend calling in advance. The wait was around 30 minutes but we did order a lot. For 6 people it was £70-80 which was reasonable price for large amount. Resturant looks like from the inside and has a good vibe. It’s 20% more than menu price if you eat in and each person has to spend a minimum £10 if you eat in. The duck was excellent and all the dishes were large portion can not recommend more!

We haven't had a Chinese takeaway for a while so we did .. and it was delish we had spicy chrispy beef, chicken with hot black bean and garlic, chicken chow mein, beef in oyster sauce, fried rice, crackers and the obligatory sweet and sour chicken balls it was all fresh, very tasty and ready in time the only thing that stopped me giving 5 ⭐ was one of the deliver drivers stood in the shop with no mask as did the 2 girls behind the counter the other driver wore a mask and sanitised his hands as soon as he walked in, we will definitely go there again, it is certainly worth a try 😁

Without doubt the worst take away we have ever had. I have had some dodgy meals over my life ,but this takes the biscuit (if only I had bought a packet of biscuits). The blandest curry EVER just horrible gloop. My wife had over cooked leather chicken balls with a curry sauce which was a different colour to my curry and was the best part of the two meals. They gave us a big bag of prawn crackers which when you taste you will realise why they were free1 Avoid . Carry on to Wan's or on to the Golden Wok for a decent meal, AWFUL!

Called the restaurant and there response was I will re-cook it this time and then you won’t get no service from us ever again 🤣 DISGUSTING FOOD EQUALLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS MUCH BETTER AROUND !!!!

Picked up take-away to take along to friends. Totally embarrassed when food was dished out, odd dish was ok, but majority was very poor, in particular the Special Curry, which was nothing but a pinkish goo, shocking. We picked up early at 6pm, so not sure if normal cook/chief was not in till later, but will never go back.

This has been the best Chinese in Exeter consistently for many years. Not only is the food always great but so are the delivery times, service and prices. They always make the effort to tell you how long the delivery will be and it is always shorter. Crispy chili beef is the best.

They use fake photos online to advertise for takeaway and it looks like the dish should have had multiple different vegetables but end up with cheap leftover potato and carrot strips (I think they’re leftover because of the taste and how soft and soaking it is).
