The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Exeter South West

Rice had gone brown, was dry. Ordered salt and pepper chips also, they were not even cooked properly and were hard in the middle. Kung po chicken tastes like a jar of sweet and sour sauce was in it. Crispy chilli beef was awful. I said I was unhappy with the entire order and was offered only a refund for the 2 egg fried rice. For £35 and being a first time customer I would have thought it would be good. Clearly not. Order arrived in 30 minutes, as I have worked in the takeaway industry in the past, The food cannot go that bad in that small amount of time.

Lovely food. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait for my next visit.....

The male Gen Z server was scribbling my order on the corner of an almost full page of a notepad when his pen ran out. He obviously didn't remember what I had ordered as when I got home the order was completely wrong. A burger, chips and egg fried rice was missing and we appeared to have an extra prawn toast and special fried rice which we didn't ask for. When I drove all the way back to the store the Gen Z had the cheek to tell me I hadn't ordered the egg fried rice or chips at all, like you would order main meals and no sides! He then refused to take my credit card to pay for the chips and, like a typical spineless Gen Z accused me of shouting at him! As there was obviously no point in trying to talk to him I asked to speak to the manager who accepted the burger had been forgotten. The rest of the order was prepared and I left. The sad thing is the food was really good, but they really need to provide their staff with some customer service training, order pads and new pens!

This is our local, I've been coming for years, but in the past couple of years, I got my partner into it too. I haven't had it in a while as I was pregnant last year and just couldn't deal with the idea of Chinese. But!! I finally fancied one, and it is still. The. Best. Ever. (personally, of course) The food is so dang good.

Came after a night out, open till 2am, I thought it was a Chinese but found out it was Japanese and still ordered. Absolutely brilliant food tasted great

Amazing food and lovely, helpful staff. The staff were very accommodating. Wonderful place. Been here 2 times already since opening and would strongly reccomend.

Absolutely revolting, tasteless and cold and don't bother complaining because they don't care! I dread to think what their kitchen is like.
