This is the first time using the Hong Kong Chef, we have travelled to other areas based on reviews. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. All dishes ordered were delicious. Special Chow mein, special fried rice, salt and pepper chicken, best sweet and sour chicken balls ever, chips (fantastic, like a chip shop) satay pork. Will 100% be going back.

£10 for a SINGLE rum & coke. Mental. Never coming back. Shame because it used to be my favourite place.

Makes lovely food that is always warm. Quick service and fair prices.

Part of the order was missing but he went back and picked it up and returned with it. Great food and great customer service

I have been into store and the food was good decided to get a takeaway. The shredded crispy beef which was like a child’s portion was nice along with the curry’s sauce and chips. I have never had a chowmein and chop suey be tasteless and disappointing. Also although I should not expect it most Chinese takeaways will give prawns crackers which was also disappointing. Spent over £38 for the takeaways reference and will not be coming back.

Rude and unprofessional staff and Manager. The staff Rami was very rude.She was busy chit chatting and was asked to be served she said she was busy with online orders. She told me she did nod have enough rice and ran to supposedly get rice but came back empty handed and started chit chatting again. There was enough rice for one box which she then served two get customer after me. None of the staff had the decency to inform customers service is slow. They left people waiting. The Manager Simone was not bothered to listen to my complaint. Very poor service and management. Disappointed with this location.

Didn't get food. Left it on someone else's wall and sent pic of it. The delivery guy didn't speak any English so couldn't direct him to correct address
