I have been into store and the food was good decided to get a takeaway. The shredded crispy beef which was like a child’s portion was nice along with the curry’s sauce and chips. I have never had a chowmein and chop suey be tasteless and disappointing. Also although I should not expect it most Chinese takeaways will give prawns crackers which was also disappointing. Spent over £38 for the takeaways reference and will not be coming back.

Early delivery was great as I was hungry. Lovely food

5 star from me personally , my order was spot on - perfect , thanks - but my mum had the chicken fried rice and wondered where the chicken was ?? The word stingey was used - my apologies, but being honest -cheers

Very tasty , would be better if they did a large portion as well as a normal portion where rice is concerned and same with curry sauce . Was delivered on time and delivery driver was very polite

Had a chicken chow mein but couldn’t find any chicken and it had zero taste I had to add soy sauce fried rice was ok and vegetables noodles had no taste either

very long time for delivery over a 1 h, calling to restaurant many times

Changed delivery time and was then still 25 minutes late on top of this. Suffice to say food was barely lukewarm when it arrived. Rang the restaurant when food didn’t arrive at specified time to be told there’s nothing they can do. Asked them to ring delivery drive to give an ETA of the food but was told couldn’t get through. No peace offering for lateness like throwing in some prawn crackers or anything to appease. Food was ok however very small portion of main. Was in a small rice container.

Ordered 2 hours ago and still waiting, staff couldn’t care less

Very friendly and helpful delivery driver. Went out of his way to replace missing bottle of drink. Food was very nice and tasty also👍👍

Hands down the best Chinese we’ve had in a while! The meat was decent, pineapple chunks not from a tin! The food was hot on arrival. Definitely order again from here!

Arrived within 20 minutes which I was really pleased with as I was starving, really hot and tasty. Delivery driver pleasant.

Food was fresh and piping, exactly what I ordered. First time ordering was bit skeptical due to google reviews but honestly would recommend! Just bear in mind it is made to order so will take around 40-50 mins to arrive . I ordered around 8.30 it arrived 9.20 ( estimated delivery 9.25-9.45 so within time frame ). The just eat doesn’t update whilst being prepared and delivering so bear in mind as these are what the negative reviews are most aimed at on google but would recommend. Fresh and cheap!

special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls were outstanding as always. Tried the pineapple fritters for the first time and they were amazing! definitely ordering them again.

The food was bland and the meat was dry. Most of it was thrown away. The only slightly decent thing was the noodles. Very disappointing take away.

Fairly average. The chicken balls had a lot of batter and very plain tasting chicken. Chow mein was actually lovely! Egg fried rice was as described. Thai green curry was very nice according to my partner! Duck with cashew was a bit bland but the duck was cooked perfectly. Disappointed by the shredded beef. It came with the sauce separate and tasted almost burnt? Even with the sauce poured over it took forever to chew and the portion was a little on the small side. Overall it was an okay meal. M

Ordered from here twice and loved it both times! Strongly recommend the salt and pepper squid to anyone as it has a good kick to it and really crispy (my orders contained the Salt and pepper squid, duck chow mein and chicken balls, everything was perfect, very generous with the sweet and sour sauce too!) Everything turned up hot and on time!

Good food really liked. I just wish they had a few more veggie options. The order came in good time everything was hot and overall though was good.

Food was excellent and arrived early! First time ordering from here, wanted it delivered so went through Just Eat. , No free prawn crackers on a £70 order though, was a little disappointing . 🧐 We might need to go back to our normal one and colllext next time.

The good this evening was unusually not very nice. The chow mein was incredibly greecy and the crispy shredded beef was far too spicy. The satay sauce was also too spicy based on normal. We have ordered from here many times before, but after this we probably won't again, it was all in the bin.

Everytime you ring you get told drivers on way he be 5 minutes.. Not and one off either this has happened twice. Food arrived cold. Save your money plenty other nice Chinese on lodge causeway.

The food was good, especially the mixed starter. But it was cold after being 25mins late - I called the restaurant after the app said it had been delivered & they said it was 5 mins away, but it took another 20mins. I wouldn’t have minded a wait if the timings & status were honest!

Thai green curry does not taste of Thai curry at all, sorry! The chow mein was also burnt and rice a bit wet. Usually our go to takeaway but very disappointing this time.

Half of our order was missing when it did eventually arrived, it stated delivered on the app, I called the restaurant and they said it was on its way. Overall quite disappointed.

Food was delivered late. Excuse being "everyone wants their food at 6pm" The quality of the food was appalling! The quantity of the main ingredient in the individual dishes was minimal. The dishes were bulked up with vegetables. It was very expensive for poor quality food. I will definitely not be ordering from this takeaway again.
