Been a customer for over 3 years and suddenly they have gone downhill. Order took 2 hrs to arrive on a week night and the sauce which we have had many times before was awful. Found another Chinese now and they deliver within 20 mins

Lovely food but took over 2hrs to arrive

Order has not arrived after 3 hours from making order. Restaurant says it will be there soon multiple times and now not answering the phone.

Food arrived on time but completely spoiled as a lot of the contents were at the bottom of the bag, pointed this out to the driver and asked him what happens next? He told me nothing as he is just the delivery driver!!!

When ordering the meal it said 5-20 minutes for delivery which we thought was excellent but once placed it changed to one hour and eventually came after 1 hour 15 minutes. Most of the food was cold. If it wasn’t cold the food would’ve been a lot nicer. Probably wouldn’t order again to be honest

The food was late, but more imprtantly some of what we received was wrong, and the overall quality wasn't great. I ordered Duck Red Curry, I'm not sure what I got, but it was Chicken. It may have been Red Curry, but not as I've ever had it before,

Food was good apart from the chips being reheated, but it took an hour of the driver making mistakes and not calling me/looking for another door. Had no apology or anything, probably won't use them again after this.

Nice food, but only 4 satay chicken on skewers instead of the advertised 6, missing chips last weekend as well.

Have ordered from this takeaway twice, delivery was an hour late on both occasions. Food was just OK on first order and very poor on second. Won't be using again.

I called after the expected delivery time - no answer! I reported online & got a response that it would be about 20 mins. 40 minutes later it arrived. when I asked for some money back - only got a measley £3. Rubbish service tonight!!!!

The delivery time was increased by 15 minutes 3 times leaving me waiting for 2 hours. Had the same issue last time I ordered. Won't be using again.

Listed as 5-20mins for delivery. Ordered at 17:19 and received it at 19:09. I can understand that it is a Saturday and it may be busy but why advertise 5-20mins for delivery if this is no where near achievable

Usually a top 5 star review as I love(d) this place. Tonight was a nightmare. I made my order at 3.30pm for a 6.45pm delivery. it arrived at 7.20 and freezing cold. The beef was awful and not even fit for feeding it to the garden wildlife. The bamboo shoots were like iron. I'd love to know why this food was so inedible. It was meant to be a treat for the ol man's 75th birthday. Horrendous. Thank the sweet heavens I've brought alcohol. Total shame.

Had to wait 1.5hrs for food. Some was nice and some was bad (chicken curry). Overall wouldn’t recommend

quality had dropped about a year ago, thought we'd give it ago again after seeing recent reviews and this place is back to its former glory, in my opinion - the best chinese in Bristol.

Super fast delivery which was good. food was very good too. I was a bit disappointed in the szechuan sauce though, tasted nothing like it.

I was looking for a local Chinese takeaway for dinner (just for me) and the value for money was perfect and the dishes were great! Lots of flexibility with their deals and I'll absolutely be solely getting my Chinese takeaways from here in the future

Amazing food!! Finally found my go to Chinese takeaway place to order from. Ended up sharing my chicken balls with my friends and they loved them :)

Unfortunately, the half duck (with pancakes etc) was a really small amount and the duck chow mein was really fatty and unpleasant.

Chips hard but everything else ok

I have been in the takeaway and the food was good. Had a delivery today and complete opposite. The shredded beef and the curry sauce and chips were the only 2 items that was ok at the cost of £38. Shame as we was really looking forward to a well earned treat.

Además, aunque no debería esperarlo, la mayoría de las comidas chinas para llevar dará galletas de gambas, lo que también fue decepcionante. Gastó más de £ 38 para la referencia de comida para llevar y no volverá.

Very tasty , would be better if they did a large portion as well as a normal portion where rice is concerned and same with curry sauce . Was delivered on time and delivery driver was very polite

very long time for delivery over a 1 h, calling to restaurant many times

Changed delivery time and was then still 25 minutes late on top of this. Suffice to say food was barely lukewarm when it arrived. Rang the restaurant when food didn’t arrive at specified time to be told there’s nothing they can do. Asked them to ring delivery drive to give an ETA of the food but was told couldn’t get through. No peace offering for lateness like throwing in some prawn crackers or anything to appease. Food was ok however very small portion of main. Was in a small rice container.

Food was fresh and piping, exactly what I ordered. First time ordering was bit skeptical due to google reviews but honestly would recommend! Just bear in mind it is made to order so will take around 40-50 mins to arrive . I ordered around 8.30 it arrived 9.20 ( estimated delivery 9.25-9.45 so within time frame ). The just eat doesn’t update whilst being prepared and delivering so bear in mind as these are what the negative reviews are most aimed at on google but would recommend. Fresh and cheap!

special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls were outstanding as always. Tried the pineapple fritters for the first time and they were amazing! definitely ordering them again.

The food was bland and the meat was dry. Most of it was thrown away. The only slightly decent thing was the noodles. Very disappointing take away.

Fairly average. The chicken balls had a lot of batter and very plain tasting chicken. Chow mein was actually lovely! Egg fried rice was as described. Thai green curry was very nice according to my partner! Duck with cashew was a bit bland but the duck was cooked perfectly. Disappointed by the shredded beef. It came with the sauce separate and tasted almost burnt? Even with the sauce poured over it took forever to chew and the portion was a little on the small side. Overall it was an okay meal. M
