Pasó en Cobham Services (West Bound) para disfrutar una vez más de nuestra golosina especial Chopstix, que era excelente, especialidades de langostinos y pollo con fideos, judías verdes y pimientos seguido de un Large Pepsi Max y rollos de primavera. David el gerente fue genial y Srithika nos sirvió con sonrisas y profesionalismo 5 ***** a los dos 😋 bien hecho.

Uno de los mejores Chopstix en los que he estado, (y he estado en bastantes!). Personal muy amable y eficiente. Muy limpio y la comida era deliciosa!

Personal grosero y poco profesional y Gerente. El personal Rami era muy grosero. Estaba ocupada chateando y le pidieron que la atendieran, dijo que estaba ocupada con los pedidos en línea. Me dijo que no tenía suficiente arroz y corrió a buscar arroz, pero volvió con las manos vacías y comenzó a charlar de nuevo. Había suficiente arroz para una caja que luego sirvió a dos clientes después de mí. Ninguno de los empleados tuvo la decencia de informar a los clientes que el servicio es lento. These people suck. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They use delivery people who claim to deliver food and don't and eat our food. what a joke. I never received my food but it was updated that it was delivered. To the delivery guys stomach.

Staff slow, waited for 15 mins in queue, only 1 serving and 1 on till, 1 serving walked off for 5 mins so no one got serves, 1 on till did nothing, food ok but took so long to get it was warm but not hot. Staff polite but wait time is just way too long, need more staff, just wouldn't bother on a Saturday lunchtime unless your desperate, would give a 0 but not an option

One overwhelmed kid taking orders preparing the food and taking payment whilst trying to deal with a queue of increasingly frustrated customers who like me were likely on their lunch break. I waited and waited then like others gave up. I ended up with a cheese and onion pasty instead that I was served in less than a minute. Unless you have a 2 hour lunch that starts at about 0930 I wouldn’t bother.

Great place for a snack with good portions and amazing taste. I was served by a guy called aretta who was very nice and helpful

What a absolutely lovely little restaurant in the galleries to visit. Lovely staff who were polite and knowledgeable about the food they were serving. Clean environment to eat. Nice relaxed atmosphere to enjoy quality time over a quality meal. I won’t be eating for a while as it was so filling 😁

went for a good to go bag and hardly any food left. their policy is to cancel the order if no food is left at the end of the day. the man with the beard couldnt care less, shouted and said he could do what he want. turned his back and shouted `go away`. this man needs to be sacked by head office.

Diego was really helpful throughout and served us efficiently. He also advised on the meal deal offer and made our experience much more fun.

Quick service, good food and the staff were really nice. Had the sweet and sour chicken and bbq chicken with noodles. Really good.

Had a quick bite to eat while passing through the galleries and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a fast food place, not fine dining but you get what you pay for and the service was great. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly. I'll definitely go back if I'm in town and want a quick lunch.

Don't know if they were a victim of their popularity, but many of the toppings were empty, and when I said it doesn't look as if the egg fried rice has egg in it, he said sorry we ran out of egg, but were still selling it as egg fried rice. Although the chicken I did have was tender and fresh tasting. On the up side it's good value. Maybe it's better if you get there earlier.

My daughter and I came for a meal this evening (07th Jan 23) at just before 6. Checked opening hours before joining the queue, confirmed shut at 8pm. Whilst in the queue (20 minutes btw), the restaurant closed the large rear seating area. Thought at first it was because they wanted to clean before opening again. However, this was not the case! Lots of people in the queue waiting to purchase food and being left with nowhere to sit and eat! Utterly baffling! Thankfully people took it upon themselves to ignore the temp barriers and sat to eat their meals anyway. Much to the staffs annoyance. When I asked a member of staff why they had closed it off, they said they didn’t know and were just told to. On the plus side, we were served by a young man called Diego who couldn’t have been more helpful and absolutely turned around my experience. He definitely could teach the others a thing or two about customer service.

Not very inspired or healthy at all. Right, so most Chinese food in the U.K. is one helluva greasy bet, but this place took things to the next level. The menu was also quite limited and the pricing/menus confusing.

Decided to pay a vist to this place as we haven't been there since before covid food was ok not a great choice if your vegetarian or vegan place was clean but when we went to pay for our food we were told they only take card payments and not cash when we asked why they said it was a management decision so what would have happened if you only had cash on you we ended up paying by card but why you have to pay by card but it seems ridiculous that they don't take cash ...think they need to rethink this as if could cause problems they did have a sign but saying card only but my point is why can't they take cash payments

If this is the outlet in Cribbs it certainly deserves 5 Stars. Although had to queue, understandable as it was delicious. My husband even thanked the Chef. Food choice great..add on for a meal deal worth it. Nice clean areas to eat. Will be returning...

Nos detuvimos en este restaurante súper rápido mientras compramos en el Mall at Cribbs Causeway. Lekker om eens uit zo'n potje noedels te eten. Je weet wat je krijgt als je in zo'n plaats eet. Er mochten meer groenten tussen de noedels zitten.

First time at Chopstix and wont be the last,We loved it. A meal in a box which comes in 3 sizes starting at just £5, good value for money and very tasty.

This was my first visit to a Chopstix and I was far from impressed. I visited on Sunday with some friends and the restaurant was supposed to still be open for another hour, but the staff seemed eager to close early and had already started sealing off most of the restaurant to clean it. The small part still open was disgusting with litter all over the floor and not a single table clear.

This was my first, but hopefully not my last, visit. The food was very hot, tasty and great value for money.

Myself my hubby were at the mail cribbs causeway and noticed this place and desided to give this place a try ...and good job too as it was epic !! the food is fresh and you see them cooking it they only do two vegetarian dishes which are both lovely but i think they could do with one more for two meals plus drinks was £19.50 !! which wasn't to bad but the vegetarian curry is lush !!! think might be going back

Terminamos de comer en Chopstix en The Galleries ya que nuestro grupo tenía un niño hambriento al que le gustan los fideos. Lamento no resistirme a la decisión, ya que la única característica redentora de mi comida fue que, a diferencia de otro miembro del grupo, no sufrí (digamos) problemas digestivos durante unas buenas 24 horas después de la comida.

Not like other Chopstix I've been to, there wasn't as much choice as others, items appeared burnt and not to the standard I'm used to. Nevertheless, it was edible and quick and inexpensive.

Realmente me gusta el Chopstix en Cabot Circus, la comida es sabrosa, fresca y se ve apetitosa. Este, en Broadmead, no es ninguna de esas cosas. La comida hoy era vieja, sin sabor, cocinada demasiado, sorprendentemente se las arregló para ser excesivamente crujiente, pasada y masticada al mismo tiempo. ¡No te vayas!

Era comestible, pero probablemente no volvería. El arroz frito con huevo era realmente sosa y los ingredientes (salsa de Szechuan) tenían un gusto extraño. Sin embargo, mi opinión es subjetiva: el restaurante es muy popular y está bastante concurrido. El tamaño de la porción es pequeño por el precio: puede obtener porciones grandes por la mitad del precio de auténticos restaurantes chinos y comida para llevar.

Este es mi plato favorito tailandés / chino ya que la comida es deliciosa. ! He estado varias veces, y estoy impresionado y satisfecho cada vez que voy. For a quick lunch in a box, Chopstix is a good place to start looking. The food was piping hot very tasty and eating out of a box is not so bad so long as they recycle them

On paper it's simple noodles, rice and toppings. In reality it's poor service, and awful food. There's no welcome, explanation or thank you. It's what do you want and we're closing in 15 min. The food was all toppings and no rice, none of it enjoyable and very dry from waiting on display. Given the many choices in this area, just skip this one.

I absolutely adore the food here, I eat here most weeks for lunch, it's a reasonable price for what you get. But I hate the way they serve people.

myself and my partner shared a £10 box of noodles with a choice of three meats. the caramel and Barbeque chicken were really tasty, i would, however, suggest avoiding the sweet and sour as it is very bland.

Been there with a friend of mine on 1st of Oct, midday wile we was waiting for a fix up in a different shop. We had approach the counter and we been greed it by a small lady foreign accent which I discover it later she was Romanian. Very big smile and very approachable, she explained us how it works with food and combinations. I’ve been before in one of the shops in different town but my friend didn’t know about the company and food. The food area was very clean and with lots of amazing colours to catch ur eyes. We enjoyed the food and the experience. Definitely fully recommend.

Both I and my partner visited the shop on a Saturday lunchtime, 2 guys behind the counter served me 1 who put the food in the box the other on the till. 1st guy asked what size I wanted I asked for medium size and he said you can have 2 toppings with that size, he served the food in both boxes and left it on a tray while I paid for it. I paid for the 2 medium sizes boxes and as I was leaving he said in throw away comment do you want a receipt as it was 2 boxes of food that I had just seen him serve I said no and sat at the table opposite outside. Only as I started to eat my partner noticed on the counter the different sizes of boxes and said these are small, what you paid for. I said medium as we had 2 toppings each. I went back to the guy who served me 1 minute ago at all times in view and asked what size box have I got and he said I don't know. I held it up to the boxes and said this is a small I paid for a medium as I had 2 toppings, he said yes you did. I said why have I got a small box and he shrugged his shoulders and turned to the other guy and said what did he pay and he shrugged his shoulders as well and said with out a receipt I cant do anything for you. I said you just confirmed that I had 2 toppings and that I asked for a medium box and he just said it doesn't matter without a receipt I can't do anything. At that point the 2 young girls also sitting outside opposite picked up there boxes and started to look and compare, I have no idea if they had the same issue, as I had to walk away as I was fuming that they where so rude/arrogant knowing what had happened and not even offering anything as far as I’m concerned they knowingly ripped us off and used the receipt against us. So if you eat there notice what size box you have and keep a receipt.

Very yummy food ! The staff has always been professional and polite and the food is amazing! You choose rice or noodles and 1/2/3 chicken toppings (and now they have a veggie option) from a number of choices! Definitely recommend! And must try the caramel chicken

Primera vez en un bar de fideos. No es el más barato comer, pero era agradable tener algo diferente. Las porciones son de un buen tamaño, se puede comer con palillos o cubiertos. Recomiendo el caramelo de pollo!

I went to "Chopsticks" noodles bar yesterday for my lunch and the experience was very bad. After my order the girl ( long and dark hair and skinny) asked me: anything else? And I say not, but after 5 second I decide to pay as well the lunch of my friend and the girl was very rude and she said:" that's why I told you if you want anything else". I was without words.Then she started to speak in her language.Another thing, on lunch time is unacceptable that they clean the floor because the smell is very annoying.Ok, I want to finish this complaint with a recommendation: change the Chopsticks, are very ridiculous or maybe change the name of the "restaurant".

Fast Asian food, never had a bad one. Always warm and not had anything stale. Obviously not the best Asian food in Bristol, but for the speed and the price it's perfect if you work in town, we go regularly on our lunch breaks!

If you're in a hurry and looking for something else rather the usual junky food this is the right place. The nicely cooked and seasoned rice goes perfectly with the sweet chicken. The portions are ok, as well the prices. Worth to try

Really good value for money, portions are good. The service was fast but I thought they were a bit rude. I didn't enjoy what I had white was egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken as I found the texture of the chicken not very nice. But I tried my friends caramel chicken and I loved it.

I've visited here 4 times now and never been disappointed. There is a good range of choice and something to suit everyone. Even though it's a little more expensive than the other Chinese takeaway in the galleries by far Chopstix stands miles above any other food establishments in the galleries. Must try - definitely worth a visit.

While not the cheapest fast food joint in the galleries Chopstix offers something a little different to the usual subway-burger king-cafe combo on offer. The set up is simple; £5 gets you a box of rice or noodles (or both) with one chicken topping, £5.50 two toppings and £6 for three. I'll admit to being a sucker for the two toppings option, I like to have a little rice, a little noodles, and then the black bean chicken for the sauce, and the salt and pepper chicken for a bit of crunch. I would also recommend, if the weather is nice, taking it away and sitting in the nearby castle park to enjoy it. All in all, its not particularly fancy food but it is certainly satisfying.

I really (successfully) avoid fast foods, my sons hate me for that ;) however it happened I have found myself at lunch time in this shopping centre - on my way, driving from south towards Cotswolds. Noodles or rice with delicious choice of chicken (or vegetarian, I think?) sauces have just stand out from among sandwiches sold in the neighbouring places in the food court. Yes it is fast food, served in paper boxes, but it is not a variant of a sandwich, there is plenty of places to sit and eat there (or take away), it is delicious, and very reasonably priced.
