The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Regency Brighton and Hove South East

We came here often. Lovely Chinese lady who is always really friendly. We tried the noodles this time. Both dishes we ordered were really tasty. This is one of places that local Chinese will come to eat👍

Such a brilliant place, try the breadcrumbed chicken!

Los fideos tirados a mano con pechuga de ternera eran lo suficientemente agradables, pero los fideos son casi como mini láminas de lasaña y hacían que la parte superior del plato fuera pesada y robusta. El plato no tenía suficiente sabor y tuve que añadir más vinagre y salsa de soja para animarlo. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. We dined on Valentine’s Day, which may have been the reason for our experience, but I found the set menus to be quite underwhelming. At £50 each, I expected a more satisfying meal, but it left us feeling less than full. The service was noticeably slow—though I understand it was a busy day—yet we had to request our bill three times(within a 30-40min timeframe), despite there being only one other couple in the restaurant. The servers were genuinely lovely and offered sincere apologies, which I appreciated. As a gesture, we received two small pieces of watermelon and lychee to share, but it didn’t quite compensate for the time we spent waiting. Additionally, a significant portion of our third course arrived cold, which was disappointing. The first two courses were quite enjoyable, though I felt the portions were a bit on the smaller side. While I understand that Valentine’s Day can be hectic, I don’t think I would choose to return given the price point.

Is China China still open? I went down there with a business friend two Saturday’s ago- peak evening time - and the restaurant was closed. I called the China China number just now and the message was Number Unobtainable. One of my favourite, fun restaurants in town. Hope it’s only a temporary closure.

On first impressions, the outside of the restaurant is not inviting at all. In fact, it’s off putting, however when you are in inside the decor is lovely. Plenty of room for us and a pram. Food was yummy, slightly pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to but portions were big. Would recommend.

Excellent food ate every morsel, delicious! Very friendly and attentive to us. Wish we lived closer !

Ordered on Deliveroo and arrived in about 45 minutes to our hotel- pretty good for an evening order! Food came in great sized portions- more than enough for the two of us (slightly over ordered by accident!) and delicious too- thank you!!

quick, easy, nice... and spicy, if you ask the right way. No matter how many times i need the difference in the noodles explaining to me they do it with no judgement. Spicy brisket noodle (no i still can't remember which ones) soup is fantastic, if you're getting a cold this will chase it off.

Amazing quality for the price. Clean. Friendly staff. Would go again.
