The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Eastrop Basingstoke and Deane South East

Nice decor, lovely serving robot. However, poor quality, luke warm food and poor service. No napkins on our table, a waiter who was disinterested and poor food at standard prices. Sadly not recommended if you like food.

Normally service & food is excellent but king prawn dishes arrived cold although other items were hot. Have used this takeaway with no issues however we’re so disappointed with the service when complaining, they offered 20% discount on future delivery & blamed the driver.

The place is lovely! Amazing food and service! We came today for a little birthday celebration, service was quick and very attentive. We made booking 40min before and table was decorated with birthday decorations which we really appreciated. Food came hot, fresh and very tasty, staff were making sure we were happy with everything. After paying the bill, restaurant played “happy birthday” and brought a dessert with a candle for birthday guest, which was a really great touch. Many places could learn a lot about how to take care of their guests.

Delivery was super slow it said it was on its way and still took about 20mins,, The food we had was awful,, the chicken was overcooked the prawns in batter was almost rubber and the sauce tasted soapy,, the duck rolls was nice I will admit that but overall the food was absolutely shocking,, we won't be ordering again,, stay away and visit the number 8 Chinese just up the road,, Sorry to leave a negative review,, but my experience was shocking,, it's safe to say I'd rather cook next time

Terrible service went for birthday celebration all you can eat no milk for my tea waited 1/2 hr for milk tea got cold went to get some food and there wasn't no plates, when plates eventually arrived there was no food so had to wait again for some to be cooked, very limited choice . Desert consisted of some mixed fruit in syrup but only the juice left but plenty of ice cream. This meal costs 19 95 per person, the place was so disorganized I was very disappointed will never go again.

This is my local Chinese, we have never had any problems from them. We usually collect and when we do it takes 10-15 minutes and the food is so tasty and hot! Delivery takes a little bit long about 45 minutes but any Chinese would be similar. No faults with this takeaway at all!

The best Chinese delivery I have eaten. Delivery was on time the food was piping hot. Nothing to complain about. Wish the delivery driver stayed fo a tip however my dog may have scared him off.

Terrible takeaway. Thai green chicken mushroom rice. The rice smelt disgusting, and the curry was just poor tasting not vey spicy just bland. Ate a few mouthful’s and put it in the bin. Will never order again from them.
