The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Cheshire West and Chester North West

Meal took about 2 hours to arrive and when it did the packaging was soaking wet and the food cold

On a canal holiday, we stopped at the Salt Barge, who sadly, were waiting for their restaurant upgrade to be completed and could not offer dinner. They helpfully recommended After Five and we ordered a takeaway meal to be delivered to the pub for collection. The order was processed on line and we were given an estimated time of delivery of 45 minutes. Delivery came promptly and our food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the crispy duck and have no hesitation in recommending the excellent service we received.

We order from this Chinese every week and having tried several Chinese takeaways in Ellesmere Port / Great Sutton, this is definitely our favourite. Super fast delivery and delicious food 👍🏻

Just ordered a banquet for 2 , well it was one of the best Chinese meals we have had, delicious bbq ribs the whole meal was so tasty & plentiful, can’t wait for next time .

First and last time we will go here Worse Chinese I have ever had , salty but no actual flavour Sweet and sour sauce just fell out the tub like a ball of gloup Prawn crackers were even horrible which is actually near impossible to do

Sauces were a bad mix of salty and sugary Chicken in fried rice tasteless reformed pieces. Good portion size but meal not tasty at all so went into the bin. Won’t try again
