Absolutely awful, food was cold and they got my wrong order. So when I rang back they said it would be sorted. Came back and the manager basically blamed me for the fact the order was wrong when the staff said she couldn’t hear me properly

First and last time we will go here Worse Chinese I have ever had , salty but no actual flavour Sweet and sour sauce just fell out the tub like a ball of gloup Prawn crackers were even horrible which is actually near impossible to do

Had the worst Chinese ever from here!! It used to be nice not been fot a while omg what have you done to the noodles water chestnuts?? There vile.. sweet n sour chicken was dry n chewy awful.. We won't be back sorry! #not sorry such a shame!

My dish special chilla and garlic was lovely!! My husband had duck and pancakes! Didn't eat it as was very overcooked and burnt!!! He couldn't eat it as was inedible very disappointed. We may have to go another place for our takeaway.

Been now a few times and the food is always spot on. The Girls behind the counter are very friendly and happy.

A good Chinese takeaway with a good range of dishes.

When the owner of the take out tells you not to return because they screwed up the order which required a refund says everything.. Rude, impolite and incompetent. VOID.

Thought I’ve give it a go despite the mixed reviews as it is walking distance from my home which I moved in to quite recently. Spent a fair whack feeding 6 people and I now wish I’d taken the risk on a much smaller order. Sweet and sour chicken balls were tasty and the salt and pepper chips were nice and crispy but other than that I was not impressed at all. Prawn toast tasted funny, wasn’t just me who thought so, so did an 11 year old! (threw them away), salt and pepper ribs looked anaemic and were not nice at all (threw most away). Spring rolls were bland (again, threw most of them away) and the crispy duck was average according to my other half. I feel like I wasted a huge chunk of cash on that meal and so won’t be going back again, sorry!

Food on arrival was cold, beef Satay was watery and duck in plum sauce was tasteless.

Got to be the worst Chinese in Northwich maybe even Cheshire. Food is tasteless. And cold when it arrived. I recommend to go somewhere else. This place is terrible..

Has to possibly be the worst tasting takeaway Ive ever had in my life. The food had absolutely 0 flavour, had around 6 different dishes and everything tasted horrendous and didnt look particularly appetising either. Would absolutely steer clear and get food from anywhere else if you can - probably better meals in the bin outside the chippy.

Delicious proper chinese takeaway food. The Singapore noodles and rice where perfect. The char sui and prawns were fresh and tasty. Easy online ordering and quick delivery. Our go to chinese. Try it for yourself rather than trusting other reviewers opinions.

Ordered at 8.28pm food arrived by 9.15pm. We got sweet and sour chicken balls which were crunchy and super tasty. The Singapore noodles were really good too and the salt and paper chips were crunchy and flavourful. Delivery drive was friendly. Very happy with this order.

Awful, just tasted of salt definitely won’t be ordering from this place again, girl in the phone was really polite and it was delivered 10 mins after the time I ordered for which I’m fine with but the food was just awful. Best Chinese in this area is jade Buddha by a billion miles, never gonna order from anywhere but them from now on

the food is good and the people are nice but the waiting times are painful. especially on a saturday, dont order on a saturday because waiting times up to an hour and i dont have the patience for that sometimes. everything else is ok though

i've had some good food from here, especially the satay chicken skewers, but i wish they could be more consistent with being open. maybe employ some more staff?

Ordered at 5pm. 6:30 food finally arrives but order is wrong, got an omelette instead of chicken fried rice. Not sure how you can get that mixed up. Asked for refund but wouldn't give one, said they will send order again in an hour as they are busy, by which time the rest of my family are eating and I'm the only one without food. This isn't the first time this has happened. Will not be ordering from here again.

Really shocking food, I expected better from our local Chinese. Sorry but I cannot recommend you & will not use you again.

Food was cold and late rang up 10 minutes after delivery time ran out 65mins and said its on its way 30 mins later still no food and rang again and same thing its on the way 20 minutes later it turned up so cold.

Absolute RUBBISH! AVOID this chinese the food and service is shocking. Spent £30 and they got the order wrong and missing item then made out the order that was wrong was our fault, when it wasn't. They did however send out the missing item, only by this point the rest of the food was cold and may I add awful too. Has to be the worse Chinese I've ever been to. I'll stick to my usual in future only went here because they deliver, next time its worth taking the drive out to get proper decent Chinese food with great customer service, which unfortunately this place does NOT have.

Food took a ridiculous amount of time over 2 hours rang them was told 20 minutes took another hour. Will never order here again.

Shocking don’t order, waited an hour and half still no food, rang spoke to 3 people all rude, asked for a refund, told that they will call back to process the refund later…. We said no, we need to order food from somewhere else. Never experienced customer service quite like it!!! The food had been out with the driver 35mins and they think that is acceptable…..

Had a meal 51.70, after the food taking over 1.15 minutes to leave the shop the food hadn’t arrive after 35 minutes in the car. Asked for a refund and all the staff members were rude and shouting down the phone. Had to then drive to the place to get a refund to which they said i have had the food(which we havent and got camera footage to prove it). I wouldnt even give them 1 star. When on the phone they tried to say they would call back for the refund as they didn’t know how to process a card refund. Yet when we were they suddenly were able to. God awful service from everyone of the staff members will never recommend this place to anyone and hope it goes out of business soon. Will save the community a lot of time and effort.

The worst Chinese takeaway I have had for a very long time, the sweet and sour crispy prawn balls were soggy and had clumps of uncooked batter in the middle, the duck curry was very average, chips and rice poor, the prawn crackers were nice and crispy.

Absolutely atrocious, yet again. £23 worth of food binned. Items missing, sauces are like salty water. don’t waste your money. By far the worst Chinese takeaway in Northwich and possibly Cheshire.

Recently had a takeaway and have to say it was not very good having previously had meals from there that were really nice, dont know if it was a one off or if they have a new chef.

So was looking for some where to order and though we would give this place a go. Absolutely lovely can not complain about the food or delivery time is was amazing . Will definitely order again. X

Food is decent. Waiting an extra 30 mins each time you order /pre order is not.

Not great. We only visited this takeaway as out usual choices were closed on Tuesdays. S&P dish was lack luster and the S&S Chicken had soggy batter and tough chicken. Most of it was left untouched and binned. There are far better Chinese takeaway options in the local area. We won't be returning.

I Would Not Get a Takeaway Here Again, Awful Food Small Portions Flavourless, !!!!. I Tasted It, I Could not eat it, had a little Taste, I had Acid Reflux Straight Away.

Really disappointing would of been nice if it didn't take 1 1/2 hours to arrive and then to arrive cold , salt and pepper chips had sweated in the box and were grim . Did call to see where the order was and was told it left 10mins ago he will be with you any minute that food had not left the take away 10min ago , unless it left the take away already cold

Ordered a takeaway online. Order time stamped and confirmed. Tome stamping makes orders easy to manage timewise. However went to pick it up 50 minites later and it wasn't ready. We then waited another 45 minutes in shop for the su standered order odviously rushed. I asked if they could add salt and pepper chips for the wait whi h they said yes then didnt. On leaving i o erheard the delivery person stating theyll be back theres nowhere else open NOW WE WONT!!!

Tried for the first time it was blumin fantastic I can only think some of the bad reviews come from drunken yobs from the kingfisher how many folk like me try all the chinese in northwich area I have and I have to say the food was really really nice . Well done

Worst salt and pepper king prawns i’ve ever had in my life, happened more than once now so never will return gave the BOD - no seasoning just batter. Same for the salt and pepper chips - just tasted like soggy old normal chips

Absolutely horrible and tasteless. Salt and pepper chicken was floured, fried chicken pieces that were tasteless, chilli beef was disappointing and the sweet and sour sauce was like coloured, slight,y thickened water. Won't be ordering from here again.

Go quite often, not our closest chinese takeaway, but food always tastes freshly cooked, not greasy, always our go to. Only downfall... wish portion sizes were bit bigger!

Considering its in the middle a well to do estate, I expected better. Glutinous rubbish! Do not go. Also the girl on the counter tried to short change me.

BBQ ribs, crispy duck and Szechuan fillet steak were lovely and good value. Singapore rice was disappointing. Free prawn crackers were fresh and crispy. Overall, good food and better value than takeaway from a local restaurant that we've used over many years.

Not consistent, needs to look at all aspects of their business, starting at the young inexperienced young ladies that answer the phone for orders through to the quality of food married up with the expense??? Too expensive for what you get!

Rice was cold, very bland, chewy meat in the sweet and sour. Lots of prawn crackers for free. Fast preparation

a great little family run place parking can be difficult but that's not their fault. food is freshly cooked and always tasty as with any ware I have had the odd incorrect order once in 20 times we've been but still a very decent takeaway

Where to start... We ordered stir fried vegetables I got noodles. The sweet and sour sauce was like jelly. The special fried rice was cold and very dry. All in all a horrible meal and it all got binned.
