Why the pizza is always cold ??? I live 5min from your shop!

im not a fussy eater but it was barely warm, the fish was like mush inside and the chips were going soggy and tasted weird. binned most of it and walked to co-op

Terrible food. Fried rice dishes and chips were all cold in arrival. The rice was dry and bland, chips were chewy. The soup and ribs were ok. I used to really rate this place but it's gone down the pan.

Food might have been earlier than expected, but was perfect timing. Hot, full of flavour. Love it. Never ordered from here before, deffo will again

I ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup which was delicious. Hot and very thick. BBQ ribs. The sauce was lovely but the meat was like leather and would not come easily away from the bone such a shame. Beef in black bean sauce with fried rice. The rice was really nice, moist and tasted great. The sauce was also lovely but unfortunately like the ribs the beef was very tough and chewy. They should really take a look at both the quality of the meat and how it is cooked, improved the meal would be a 10

Awful food, the crispy duck might as well have been called cremated duck. The pancakes were all stuck together and unable to separate them without tearing. The salt and pepper chips were ‘wet’ I didn’t expect it to be a sauce, the only thing that was ok was the fried rice and a portion of curry sauce. We won’t be ordering again from here

We ordered a Cantonese and got a sweet sour meal. We rang up to change this and they came with the same meal (sweet and sour). The lady screamed at my elderly mother and slammed the phone down. I would never go here again! Disgraceful customer service! Although the delivery person was brilliant.

This takeaway was a huge disappointment. Just delivered - The shredded beef was swimming in a sauce and not pleasant. The Thai ribs were not Hot at all and again swimming in a not so nice sauce. The mushroom chow mein was horribly wet so much so the fine noodles were tasteless. Volume over quality for over £33.00 / very poor. Still got it here if you would like to come and get it!

Delivery was very quick, the food was great.

I didn’t mind the food being late but the problem was it was cold too. The salt and pepper chicken wings were covered in MSG and they did not taste like any other wings I’ve had from almost every other Chinese in e port or Chester. They were disgusting. The salt and pepper chips were covered in a sticky sauce now also identified as MSG.

Absolutely terrible I had ribs which were burnt beyond recognition and covered in way too BBQ sauce to try cover how burnt it was. I then had chicken curry which didn’t look 100% ok. I now know it wasn’t as 3 hours later I’m hugging a toilet. AVOID THIS PLACE ST ALL COSTS!

Delivery was so quick and food was piping hot. Wontons had close to no filling in them so wouldn't recommend. Everything else we ordered though was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be ordering again

food was meant to be in black bean sauce but tasted and looked like gravy, noodles tasted burnt, spring rolls tasted as though they needed seasoning the soup was nice and fried rice was OK will not be ordering from here again a total waste of money 😒

Order from here regularly and food is great but tried a special chow mein and was disappointed- it was very watery and the noodles very thin. Lots of meat in it but just too watery. Everything else lovely as usual.

The salt and pepper spare ribs were amazing. I also got the mixed meat mushroom and black bean which was delicious. Food was delivered in 20 mins. Can’t argue with that.

Ordered a chicken Foo Yung came just Foo Yung no chicken in it, phoned to tell staff who put the phone down on me! Then tried to ring back but it just rang out because they knew my number! How awful, wouldn’t even listen to me. Sorry never again and don’t order from here that’s all i can say!!!

The chicken chow mein sauce taste like soap, the chicken and sweet corn soup was like gloop which put me off the only nice thing was the ribs

usually the food wasn't great. 'crispy' shredded beef in chilli sauce was anything but crispy and the sauce appeared to be sweet and sour. The food from here is usually delicious.
