Sauces were a bad mix of salty and sugary Chicken in fried rice tasteless reformed pieces. Good portion size but meal not tasty at all so went into the bin. Won’t try again

First time ordering - Won't be doing so again. The curry sauce in the chicken curry was luminous orange and although tasted vaguely ok it was very bland Onion, Chicken and sauce - Thats it. The chicken was chewy and very unappealing. The boiled rice was way overdone to the point it was mashed together in a lump. The second meal was Beef and Green Pepper in Black Bean Sauce... I think they need to think about the sauce bit.. There wasn't any - The carton was half empty, no sauce to speak of and with really soft, probably out of sell by date, green peppers and something that resembled beef pieces - There was a hint of Blackbean taste but the distinct lack of any sauce meant that the meal was extremely dry, underwhelming and very poor quality. Coupled with the mush that was the rice, the meal was a complete rip off. The food was delivered within a reasonable time of ordering. For the money (Not Cheap) , this was one of the lowest quality chinese meals that I have ever ordered or had the pleasure of throwing in the bin.

Always great Chinese food served by friendly staff. Chips as good as if not better than a chippy! Has changed owners in the last few years but still high standard of food!

Delivery was good but the food was awful, used this takeaway for the last 35 years the food was good but experiences recently foods been absolutely awful. Chips taste like they’ve been reheated and the fried rice was like rubber. Only ate a quarter of my food before I had to leave it and another family member Only ate a quarter too.

First time been in service and reception very scruffy not good. Takeaway I took out was over priced and absolutely awful not quite what I ordered but you could not tell just slop and a little meat . Prawn toast wasn't crispy just soaked in oil . I'm not going back Would not recommend at all

88 Weston GroveVery disappointed. Have been going here for 10 years, but will never again. We placed an order at 4.48pm. Delivery time stated to be 5.30pm.. Called them at around 6 and they said it was out for delivery... same again at about 6.30, then 6.46, 7.15 and so on... Each time they said it was out for delivery.. Then they reached out to the driver, who said he didn't have the order, but will prepare food and get it to me as a priority.. 45mins later I call and ask where it is. They then said 'oh do you still want it?' Then suggested that they called me and I didn't answer (which was rubbish)... I then asked to cancel my order, but she wouldn't and said she was sending the food. Eventually got it 4 hrs after ordering. Not only are they incompetent, but very deceitful. Will never use them again. ...I think greed plays a big part... They obviously take on more orders than they can manage. Instead of letting people know they can't fulfill an order in a certain time, they choose to keep you waiting and wondering what has happened and Hope you put this down logistical issues.. The reality is that they probably want your money and won't give it up... even if it does ruin your whole evening, as it did ours.

430 Chester RdI phoned up after placing the order to ask to put the gravy separate I order regular they always usually do but today didn’t I phoned back and there was nothing she can do about it gravy all over my sons food and he’s allergic which I have previously stated time and time again so it went in the bin absolute joke
