The best restaurants serving Chinese food in North West

Dreadful absolutely awful, after a few years break of having takeaways from here we decided to give it a try, two portions of spare ribs, a special curry and a beef curry, rice and chips which came to the overprice of £49, the ribs were lots of fat with very little meat on them, the chips were Ok, the rice was more or less one solid block, I can only speak about my so called special curry which must have been cooked in a canister full of salt it consisted of 2 prawns a bit of fatty pork some other meat which I dread to think what it was, all in a sauce that could be served in one lump or two with for some unknown reason lots of broccoli thrown in hardly cooked to fill out this whole mess of rubbish save your money and go to a restaurant and save money.

This is the best chinese takeaway in Manchester I love it! The chicken sweetcorn soup is so good and the portions are always massive for the price (I always get salt and pepper chicken and chips). They always throw in a bag of prawn crackers, lovely treat

The Full House Chinese takeaway is in the centre of town near Sainsbury’s and has an extensive menu. We simply had meat spring rolls which were tasty and a special chow main which was substantial and pretty good. Prices are reasonable and the service very good.

This must be the worst Chinese restaurant/ carry out in the entire world, they must have thrown them out of china for cooking so badly, we ordered the complete meal for 2 and extra vegetable spring rolls, ok , the ribs were good as was the prawn crackers , the spring rolls were mostly onions , the sweet and sour chicken was just about ok, don’t get me wrong I got loads of chicken, the chicken curry was probably the worst curry in the entire world, bland watered down tasteless some kinda sauce , but never curry, , the rice was bland to , only went here because after looking up the best one to go to ( the Rainbow) it was closed , so we seen this one open and said we would try it , should have read the reviews first or went to the chippey , the young lad taking the order nice and quiet, the older man ( delivery driver) was a really nice man , well seeing he wasn’t rushed of his feet , but we didn’t know as we were on holiday, but don’t go

Open for business with local foods. Quite secure.

Always visit Rainbow when in Southport. Good food, good potions and fair price. Probably do have off days but we've never experienced it. Remember it's a take away not a restaurant.

Ordered prawn crackers and 2 chicken curry and 2 plain rice. Ready on time and got told prawn crackers came free. Got home and curry was a big portion and lovely sauce with freshly cooked chicken. It had a few mushrooms in which was not expected but fine for me.

What a fantastic find. Great service, awesome food and the best chips ever. Highlyrecommended for a meal for all the family

Very small venue, but excellent food and service in every way. This is a staple restaurant for us and we have come to know the very caring staff in a personal way. Try them! :-)

Picked up a buffet meal for 6 last night after our visit to the cinema the food was amazing and it was also probably the cleanest take away place I’ve ever been in.I’ve already looked at the menu to see what I’m having next time.

Had fish and chips last night 12/03/24 it was delicious, fish cooked to perfection and lovely crispy batter👍👍👍11/10 from me!!! Xxx

Mientras nos alojábamos en una escapada familiar decidimos tener una noche libre de cocina y conseguimos una comida para llevar desde aquí como se recomendó en el paquete de información de la casa. Wow! En comparación con nuestros takaways chinos locales en Cambridge era mucho mejor. Grandes porciones, de hecho pensé que se habían equivocado de pato y nos dieron 1/2 en lugar de 1/4. Muy sabroso y caliente, incluso después de los 10 minutos en coche de vuelta.

The food is good but too much msg. Just got new menu price are very expensive £5.30 for a portion of fried onions come on. I know foods and gas are expensive but it’s an onion and a wok. The staff never smile

Awful chippy ! Couldn't believe my eyes when I got home and unwrapped the chips they were burnt black almost ! Reheated and reheated I just couldn't send them out of that was my business, chicken fried rice consists of chicken and rice nothing else so not much taste, curry sauce not to bad prawn crackers lovely but staff terrible and very snotty, can't even be bothered to ask if you want salt & vinegar probably so they don't have to lift them up and put on your food avoid if you don't want to waste your money

Great place to eat, the food was delicious Very friendly and welcoming people, I will recommend and give em 5 stars
