Booked for a large group celebration. Good selection of food. Buffet style but you order what you want from the menu. Lots of choices and all arrived hot, with plenty to choose from. Staff were friendly and attentive. We took our own birthday cake and they were happy to provide knife, plates, forks etc. First time coming, but would definitely return.

Completely missed a dish off the order and not for the first time. We order most Sundays but won’t order again. It’s so disappointing to not receive all your dishes. When I called them they said the driver had gone home at 2040hrs and couldn’t deliver. I couldn’t collect as I had had a drink. The food you get is ok though but sadly we will find somewhere else to order next week.

Ordered at 17:40, estimated delivery 18:15-18:45. Called at 19:03 and was told it was on its way and would be with us soon. 19:10 lodged with Just Eat that it hadn’t been delivered and message received with updated time of 19:30. 19:47-19:51 called and no answer. Food arrived at 21:05 for only 4 things on order. Over 3 hours wait time. Refund declined. Disgraceful service

Absolutely terrible food!!! 0 stars 🌟 2 orders were wrong. Orderd Singapore rice noodles and was given rice. Mongolian duck was given pork in plumb sauce. Called the restaurant to complain and they said they will send the right dishes they came back and sent the same again. Phoned again to ask for a refund of the 2 dishes in which they was only going to give me £10.00 the Mongolian duck was £11.80 on its own!! They then said they will refund £15.00!!! Which is a joke. Will NEVER EVER order from this place again.

Prawns looked pale and bland tasting. Chicken is the cheapest on the market, no quality. Won’t be returning as a customer!

Before I start, I'll just get 2 details out of the way. Firstly, I always leave honest reviews, which is why I have at present over 6.8 million views on my reviews, and I'm in the top 10% of reviewers globally. Secondly, I REALLY hate to leave poor reviews for a local business. However, I've really no choice but to say what I need to. I have used this chinese takeaway for 19 years, and sadly, I've seen the food be excellent and hot to not so great and tepid. Last night, however (8.3.25), it was the worst ever. It was ordered and collected at 8.30pm, so it is not late or overly busy. We ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, plain chow mein, and chicken chow mein. It was just plain awful at best, cold and tasteless. The noodles tasted like plain spaghetti and the 6, yes. 6 pieces of chicken in the chow mein were also bland. The chicken balls were overcooked on the outside, looking as if they'd been re dipped, and the chicken was slushy and not chicken meat consistency. Sorry, but this was worse than poundshop fakeaway. Only almost £20 was considered a waste of money. On the subject of money, they will only accept cash. The reasons for this are contrasting as last December they said it was broken and awaiting the bank to replace it but yesterday's excuse was everyone who went there only paid cash and therefore the machine was never used. Whereabouts these masses of people walking around with only cash and no bank card or smartphones is beyond me, never seen them. There's really only 1 reason takeaways, etc. Take cash only is very clear, and I think we all know it. Would I be going here again, never. Would I recommend, not a hope. I'd only recommend you go elsewhere out of the village.
