The best restaurants serving Chinese food in East Midlands

Not many chinese eat-in restaurants near the peak district, so this was a great find. Food was good and the waitress allowed us to try the sauce from one of the mains, before committing to having it. It could have been a little warmer in the restaurant, but it didn't hinder a lovely meal.

This place is top notch, delivered to Welford which is a fair way, food was fresh, tasty and hot and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Please stop pouring salt over the food. It's not edible!

Order food 1836 told us hour for delivery hour 30 minutes later after try to ring 99 time was told that they not start cook yet shit service

Had Chinese from here about four times so far and I would say it’s one of the best I’ve had over the last few years

Asked for a small chips, small curry and two fish cakes. Was asked for £11.60 and walked straight out. Are they having a laugh? I won’t return. They clearly are no longer a chippy.

Easy to call them and order. It always arrives fresh and hot, quality of food is good and does offer good value for money.

Ordered meal tonight. Tastes really nice especially Salt and Pepper chips and dry special fried rice. Highly recommended

15 of us just spent a wonderful Thursday evening in the restaurant. The service was speedy & impeccable and the food tasted authentic & delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes including fresh lobsters, scallops, sea bass, prawns, chicken & vegetarian dishes. Portion sizes were very generous and the staff were very happy to personalise to our tastes - extra chilli & garlic & they made very tasty vegetarian dishes for the fussy vegetarian in our group! We finished the meal with crispy banana fritters and Irish coffees! An amazing feast enjoyed by all. Thank you team Oriental Garden for a lovely evening.
