The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Carholme Lincoln East Midlands

Best Chinese takeaway in Lincoln. We first ordered at the beginning of lockdown when everything else was closed. So pleased we did! The quality is amazing! Ordered from here about five times now and its always delicious! It's slightly more expensive than other takeaways, but for us totally worth it! Salt and pepper squid is amazing, as is the sweet and sour chicken... as are the ribs.. and the curry... I could go on! The quality of the meat is great. Will only order from here from now on.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this was GORGEOUS! We were going to go to a usual chain restaurant but thought we’d try somewhere authentic and independent, and I’m so glad we did- I had Chinese while my husband had Japanese, and our toddler had both (firstly, very accommodating for letting us do that). The Chinese was just unreal- I’ve tried many across the county and it was the best I’ve had. The duck in plum sauce was amazing and the egg fried rice was a highlight actually, such a staple has left me thinking about it several days later🥲 all the staff were so kind and friendly to a pair of very anxious diners and a grumpy/sleepy toddler (even bringing him a special little complimentary dish without us having to ask) and I’m very glad I’ll be studying in Lincoln and able to regularly support them. It’s such a big space too! I had no idea, a real hidden gem and I’ll be encouraging everyone I know to give it a try.

Sadly bad communication between management and staff . As we felt it was ridiculous, two children , three adults being turned away told to book . When they don’t take bookings ? Told we should have called to book . This is a rude response from nandos as you discourage bookings . To add they let in four people after us. Which of course made the situation worse . But the management sadly didn’t rectify the situation. Poor decisions made .

Very unfortunate experience tonight, Having ordered on line at 3pm for delivery at 6.30-6.45pm and after 3 calls to Lucky, food arrived at 7.55pm. To add insult the wrong order arrived someone else will be disappointed too!!! Clearly not worth ordering early. What a disaster!!

Ambiente íntimo, entrega rápida de bebidas, la comida era todo agradable y cálido. Hacen descuento de tarjeta de luz azul, así que eso fue agradable. Solo un buen servicio hoy un poco rápido con la toma de placas, pero nos sentimos atendidos por el equipo

Lovely ambience.. attentive staff and the food was absolutely beautiful. Portions were perfect. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re in Lincoln.

Tried this place, in a group of four. We were the only guests. The waitress was struggling with the language and when I wished her Kung hei fat choi, she was clueless. (Happy new year. ) I asked if she spoke Manderin or Cantonese and she looked at me like I was insulting her. The food was slow to arrive, considering there were only 4 of us and it didn't arrive all at the same time, so was luke warm, by the time we ate it. It tasted very good and we liked what we had, but I would hate to think what it would be like on a busy saturday , or any other evening.

Things may have changed but at the time of my visit, the place was terrible. Cold food. Dirt everywhere. Untrained staff. Never again. This visit was before 2023.

This has the best food I’ve ever eaten, every time we order it’s perfection, you will not be disappointed, we were recommended by my daughter and this has become a firm favourite, competitively priced too
