Collected a takeaway order, all the food was fresh, hot and on time, staff were all friendly.

I really like Nando's and have been to a few in various cities. I wanted to write a review about Lincoln Nando's because I felt they went above the usual standard of service and care I've experienced elsewhere. It was our fist visit to Lincoln, and with our two dogs, we sat outside as it was a sunny day. The staff gave us water for the dogs, checked we were okay and delivered delicious food. They were friendly and professional, especially the two who asked about our dogs and shared stories about their own pets. It made an enjoyable day out even better. Thank you Lincoln Nando's.

28-10-2024 Came in and was greeting as soon as i opened the door, the service from start to end was amazing. Had a slight issue with the chips on my plate but the young gentlemen was so apologetic and we had some free desert! Amazing team guys!

Ordered three pieces of cake for the kids I was looking after. Took the money then said someone else wants them at the table who presumably hadn’t even paid yet as no one came to the counter. Then served them to other people in front of me. Barely an apology and the server couldn’t have cared less.

Good restaurant. Excellent meal. The half chicken is always good at Nandos.

Went during the day as a birthday treat for the boy (29yr old). Clean and well maintained, little dated but it is what it is. Staff were very efficient and friendly, hats off to them. The food we ordered was well cooked, chicken succulent and cooked well, as was the rice. Access for the mobility impaired is very good. Tables on the ground floor but a chair lift is available for the upper level.

Myself and my husband visited today and I have a tomato allergy strange I know but you would be surprised how many sauces and things have tomato in so I explained this to our server Charlotte and she was fantastic she double checked my order even went back to check the sauce on my burger to check it didn’t have traces of tomato , so helpful and so polite definitely go back

Absolute joke to the hospitality sector. Food was awful, it was too gross too eat, toilets were also unhygenic, would never come back again, food was also on the floor in the food prep area, absolutely disgusting

The food was nice and it arrived super quick, the 1 star is because when I went up to pay for my food at the till with cash there wasn’t issue with the that the young lad had placed so we just went to Cobby his manager and this horrendous rude girl came out and snapped at him and says “give me your card” While she’s on the computer looking to see why the error has occurred she just kept saying to him “I don’t know, I don’t know” so when he went to go touch something on the screen to show her what he thought it could be she smacked his hand away whilst never acknowledging me at any point or smiling or speaking to me directly just belittled this young lad then when she was done, she simply walked away and said nothing absolutely disgusting, literally the worst management of an employee I have ever seen anywhere.

I visited the lincoln branch on Tuesday the 1st of October at 5pm and just wanted to highly praise the young manager that was working that shift (I didn’t get his name) but he was a real credit to your restaurant. So happy to help and went above and beyond the whole time myself and my two boys were there eating. Please could you find out who he was and give him the recognition he deserves. Exceptional service from him.

We could see food being piled up at service window, plate on top of plate with no staff going to it and then about 4 tables served at once.

Sadly a very disappointing visit to Nando’s we seem to always have issues whenever visiting the Lincoln branch. This time the food was luke warm but after waiting a while for it to arrive and no one came to check if the meal was ok we gave up. My husband’s garlic bread was only toasted one side and my chicken looked like it hadn’t really seen the grill. They forgot to bring the halloumi and garlic bread and had to be reminded of this, the still lemonade was warm and not refreshing at all and the halloumi was sadly burnt.

The staff were excellent. The customers children running amok. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The coleslaw had all the quality removed. The restaurant is an attractive building.

My food was good but they forgot to peri up my gals chips

Good chain serving Portuguese food. Mostly chicken. Good but not great. Sauces of various intensities of spiciness are good. Convenient to order, pay and then bring it to the table. Prices in the English average. Arabic sandwich with two boneless chicken legs 2 sides £12 plus £5 beer. I returned after a few years, and I must say that I was not satisfied. We were served cold dishes and they cleaned the grill with spray while they cooked our meat. Bad experience.

Wonderful service from a wonderful staff team. This was my Mum's first time at Nandos and the staff were great, especially with her nut allergy. All of the staff including the serving and cooking staff took every precaution when we told them that my mother has a nut allergy. The food was great and we are never disappointed by the food at Nandos Lincoln. The service is always super fast too! Great place!

What a lovely evening we had as a family for my son's 14th bday. Served by Jackson who was a 10/10 brilliant, helpful, friendly, kind and enthusiastic just how it should be food was lovely too we will defo be back 👍

Having to order online is a pain if you don't want to do it or struggle with tech. Very bad idea whoever thought of it.

Always nice to return to Nando's for some grilled chicken. The meat is juicy and tasteful, even without the additional sauces you can take from the shelves. The size of the sides (I suaulky go for peri peri chips and the rainbow slaw) are also very satisfying. The nice at the table is minimal (order takes place over the website/app) but the waiters are nice and always check with you if everything is going well.

Food was great and came fast, everything how I remember it being as haven't been for a few years, service was especially great from everyone but especially Johno, couldn't ask for much more, would recommend to anyone! :)

The food was amazing and fast to come out. We were served by Johno, who was so lovely and helpful. honestly the best service i’ve received at any restaurant in while! 10/10 would gobble there again :)

I've been dreading trying nados again for years.. when they first opened in London they were amazing.. sadly though that was a long time ago. My experience today was rather shocking.. how a great name can go to hell. I ordered the chicken buger.. was awful.. the papo secos, once fresh and large enough, soft and yummy are now tiny and made of rubber .. far too small for the huge piece of tasteless chicken ...the chips nasty and went cold fast and rubbery..my friend ordered the veg burger which was basically a slop of stuff that spread and fell out on picking it up from the plate...side sald with the grains was slapped together without care .. at least it's consistent. Nothing about the food resembles quality or care .. the restaurant itself was dirty and smelly as where the toilets. I felt instantly food poisoned and half hour later I'm on the toilet writing this very poor review. Avoid if you like to eat food.

I was very impressed with the welcome reception me, my family and friends were given by the staff. The staff went out there way to make us all relaxed and the food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Even my little 3 year old daughter was having a great time with the selection of food for kids. I would recommend going to anyone. Special thank you to the manager for the service she offered. Much appreciated.

* Informed when making telephone booking that it was cash only . * Wasted 30 mins looking for atm for cash * QR code / ordering not working efficiently * Eventually went to inform staff at bar and discovered that we COULD pay with card! * Finally - an hour after our arrival, the food arrived. DISGUSTING ! Frozen cheap , low quality fries , covered ( in clumps) of piri piri flavouring Dry chicken breast with slimy skin. 2 items were unavailable. Mac/cheese - a joke ! It looked like baby food and tasted as bland. * The manager saw how long we’d had to wait to get our order, due to inefficient ordering method (QR code not working) and misinformation by staff re payment and said that our unlimited drinks were not charged for. The venue is shabby and dirty - there is nothing to commend this place and yet people continue to eat there ? Dear god - we are so used to overpriced poor quality food that we accept this ? Never again !!!

Nando’s is the new McD. In so much that it’s tasty, reliably consistent and buzzing!

I think everyone knows what to expect from Nando’s at this point but this one is particularly good. Food was cooked really well, portion size was bigger than others I’ve been to. Staff were extremely polite throughout and had no problem with my friends allergy.

Went for a meal at this restaurant earlier and it was just lovely. The food was some of the best quality I’ve ever seen at a Nando’s. The true star of the show however was our server, called Hannah. What can I say about this worker, she clearly had a long and fruitful career waiting for her at Nando’s. She runs a tight ship and knows her way around a fino pitta. All in all, great experience

Not great test anymore Nando’s was my best meal test was beeter 10 years ago go but now days chicken no test boil & grill no good fill sick after meal

My 1st time in a Nandos. Having been next door in the Harvester where they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us when we walked in, it was truly the opposite when we stepped in here. Greeted straightaway and by 3 different members of staff within 60 seconds ..and with smiles too. Just how it should be done...I can't fault them. The food 🤔 I expected more to be fair. Abit disappointed.....Will I be back ?....possibly....please congratulate your staff though

Nando’s is always good. Everywhere. Not so much the staff. This one has Jonathan on the door meeting and greeting and finding tables. It was very busy but we got a table. The sauces we wanted were not anywhere on the restaurant floor so Jonathan went and got us some from the kitchen. Great service. Thank you Jonathan!

The food portion was very poor. I paid over 17.00 for about 15 chips and a small piece of chicken in a bun Definitely won't be visiting again. 😒

10/10 will go again. A bit unfair they don't have main deals with drinks. They really should.

Service was top notch, can't be faulted. The food came out promptly but unfortunately wasn't up to the usual standard. I am fairly certain that although I ordered Hot, and my food did come labelled as such, that it was in fact the new Smoked Churrasco instead, which I must say I'm not a fan of. The new Peri-Peri Saka sauce was delicious, though.

We were off to see a comedy gig at The Engine Shed and decided on a whim to try out Nandos. Ironically we got more of a laugh at the restaurant than the gig. The server didn't seem to want to do anything other than direct us towards using the app. If I heard 'Can't you download the app' one more time I swear to God I would have screamed the word 'App!' at the top of my voice like a lunatic. It was clearly impossible to listen to words, relay them to the 'chef' and bring said food over. It was hard, hard work. As was cleaning the tables apparently. The portion sizes were very small, or they were charging too much. Or both. It was just bad. Still, we had a laugh.

Our first time going to Lincoln Nandos. I ordered a beanie pitta and unfortunately it had come a little cold in the middle. I was so amazed about how professionally and well the situation was managed by such polite and courteous staff particularly the manager. He made sure three times we were ok and even provided us with a free side whilst we waited for the new beanie to be made. He then was kind enough to check in again for the fourth time to make sure we were ok! Another three members of staff also checked in on us. I’ve never received such superb and 5 star customer service and would definitely go back for how well I was treated whilst having dinner! The meal was overall very good, hygiene was good and environment was relaxed and fun! If I could give more for customers service I would. Well done to all the staff at Nandos Lincoln for your exceptional standard of service!

While their service was impeccable, the air around our table felt a tad too 'seasoned'. Perhaps a gentle reminder that personal freshness contributes as much to the dining experience as the culinary delights. A dash of deodorant might just be the secret ingredient for future expeditions to this flavor-filled oasis. Will we return? Absolutely – armed with appetites and perhaps a discreet offering of antiperspirant for our intrepid server, ensuring nothing overshadows the zest of Nando's cuisine.

Place is a bit run down, food was ok though general atmosphere wasn't very good and a bit chaotic.

Wow. I was blown away by the speed of food delivery, a particular worker shined with efficiency and professionalism, uplifting the group. Great experience. Thank you Olivia for making my Grandad’s last nando’s the best he could ever dream of.

Ordered to collect. Was ready a couple of minutes after due time, but we were offered a drink while we waited. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Food good,

I Ordered two double chicken burger meals with two sides. I had eaten one of the burgers and heated the other up later. Since I had to heat it up I disassembled the burger and found a worm sticking out, this did leave me uneasy as I had consumed the previous one earlier that day. I tried contacting through their websites form, and then separately in an email, but had no response. This is a shame as I was a pretty regular customer, sometimes more that once a week. (Had no problems any other time I’ve visited).

Went to Nandos 21/1/24. The lass who seated us was nice, The noise of kids screaming, the state of the floor with food all around the tables and leading to the toilet was disgusting. Regular sweep is definitely needed. Opened the menu to be greeted with sauce all inside all 4 of them. I went to the make toilets and they were rank! Pee literally coming out of the cubicle on the floor, all over the toilet seat. Stunk. We left straight away. Never had a Nandos before and it was my daughter's 13th birthday, afraid we never will now as been put off.

The place itself is tatty, not very clean and lacks any kind of atmosphere. We had the boneless chicken platter to share with fries and coleslaw. The chicken was ok but the chips were cold. After I complaining we were brought two portions of freshly cooked chips. I have to say the if I were the manager of that place half the staff would be sent home for a good wash and clean clothes. The person I complained to I assume was a person in charge. Looked very unkempt. His black dirty jeans were hanging half way around his backside with his pants clearly visible. He had on a very dark red shirt which was very stained. Other staff also looked dirty. This does not give a good impression. Also I am not impressed with someone calling me darlin’, very unprofessional. Would not recommend and neither would I go there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everything is ordered and paid for online whilst you're there. That sounds a bit overwhelming, but it honestly isn't. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The food was gorgeous, and you get plenty of it. Would visit again.

Dreadful. Worst nandos I have been to I was looking forward to a nice HOT meal after a 6 hour drive but my food was so cold, my mums meal was aswell so had to complain and ask for it to be re cooked Staff wandering around aimlessly, yawning looking like they couldn’t be bothered & wanting to be elsewhere. The worst part of this dining experience was I witnessed one of the chefs sat down with food, picked his nose rolled it & flicked it. Absolutely disgusting

We visited Nandoes Lincoln for lunch. We had the boneless sharing platter. It was absolutely delicious. I would also like to do a shout out and mention Rob who served us and looked after us. He went up and beyond to make our experience a pleasurable one. I would also like to thank him for chasing me down the road when I left my scarf behind. Not many people would have bothered.

Food was good and service excellent . The place was filthy Great big hanging light features directly over the tables coverd in cobwebs as were the walls and spot lights even cobwebs in the toilets at waist height.

Who does don’t love a Nando’s!?? Food was hot and tasty. Service was prompt especially as it was so busy. Only minor let down was the cleanliness- tables needed a better clean but when asked the server was happy to oblige

Wow ,where to start. Lincoln Nando’s. Food was fine ,no complaints there,but; the actual restaurant is filthy. Dirty cutlery,filthy floors, and the bench seating is really really grubby. I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. Sadly that’s the last visit I’ll ever make there.

Manager is superb. Didn’t have the membership number ready when we bought the food. At the end of the meal and just as they were closing up, he jotted down my number and at 1 in the morning he added my meal which meant an orange reward. What a star! Will definitely be going back.

The food was fresh and well prepared. The staff were attentive and efficient. The outside seating was all free with a slight risk of rain but we chanced it and stayed dry. It was great to overlook Lincoln's Bradford Pool and watch the world go by.

Me and my partner had a really lovely date night at nandos this evening and we’re taken care of by the most loveliest waitress Becca! She was very attentive, checked back on all of our food and looked after us so so well. I would like to comment on the fact though, that although the restaurant wasn’t busy, Becca seemed to be on her feet the whole time doing the floor by herself, and for what looked like to be managers, in checkered shirts, were gathered often at the till chatting for the majority of the course of the time we were in the restaurant. Which to be honest, was disappointing considering no one seemed to be helping Becca. Overall tho was a lovely experience and would highly recommend the service we received!
