This has the best food I’ve ever eaten, every time we order it’s perfection, you will not be disappointed, we were recommended by my daughter and this has become a firm favourite, competitively priced too

Our fourth time ordering from this takeaway, what can I say it has been simply stunning…… every delivery has been excellent the prices competitive quick to deliver, I’m only sorry we ordered tonight on a whim and had no cash for the driver who was lovely and friendly, which is something we will rectify next time, a truly stunning takeaway I can highly recommend, you get top marks from us so thank you can’t wait for the next time xxxx

Awful customer service ordered with them and dishes was missing and was 2 hours late, rang up 20 minutes before scheduled delivery time and they said would be on time. They further said that well you’ve got some food and wouldn’t offer a full refund as wasn’t much point in even having the food to start with. And wouldn’t drop the missing food off as they was too busy with a well it’s tough attitude.

We have eaten here many times and for the first time I've been very disappointed. Most of the food was cold and the vegetable spring rolls had a weird taste to them like they hadn't been cooked properly. When we rang to let them know and I was polite about it, the manager was rude and on the blame game, tried blaming us, apparently the delivery driver was waiting ages outside, that was a lie as we was looking out the window waiting for the food. Poor customer service and won't be eating here again.

Terrible service - order was an hour late and then it was missing the 2 main dishes we ordered and they sent us one with nuts! As someone who is allergic this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

We love the food from Tang. However, the wait for our delivery was extended by an hour due to the volume of orders. If you can't meet the demand, then stop taking orders. We are now very hungry and waited over 3 hours. Very frustrating.... please sort it out!

Waiting time terrible Ordered at 18.30, still not delivered at 21.00. Blamed influx of orders 🤷‍♂️. Don’t take any more until you have satisfied customers who have already placed orders. It’s a shame, has food is really good. Advice is not to be greedy & look after your customers

Do not entertain ordering from this place I ordered online and was intrigued by a 50p service charge when I had opted to collect my food. When I was eventually spoken to after 10 mins in the shop, I was advised there was a 15 minute delay which would have meant a 7.15 collection. I eventually walked out with my order at 7.35. The girls at the front of the shop should be commended for fending off angry customers. There appears to be no assistance from the kitchen, with more orders being taken while they were obviously drowning already. Putting that aside, i headed home comforted by the fact I had had good reviews on the quality food. I couldn't be more disappointed. The pancake roll had no filling, the beef and mushroom was tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken was passable. The special rice contained prawns which was not identified on the menu, thank goodness I didn't have an allergy. Oh yes, and all this cosy twice as much as nipping down to the local Chinese takeaway. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Very disappointed ordered for at 7pm finally arrived 9.15 pm. The food was tepid , bbq spare ribs in sauce were awful fatty and very little meat on them . Duck was also very fatty , special fried was very good and the mixed sweet and sour were also good .The crispy aromatic duck was excellent but didn’t provide enough pancakes so complete waste ! Overall a very disappointing experience and won’t use them again

I rate a good Chinese on how good the sweet and sour sauce is, and this place has incredible sweet and sour sauce! The food is delicious and was piping hot when we collected it! The only downfall for this place is it’s missing a few items i enjoy such as crispy seaweed (so my preference, nothing on this place). Will definitely be ordering from here again!

The BEST Salt & Pepper Chips in Lincoln! I have heard they are difficult to contact over the phone but we always just pop in and order S+P Chips and it doesn't take very long. Their waiting area is very nice too. No complaints, but seriously, you gotta try the chips!

Tried for the first time this evening and ordered online for delivery. The food was all delicious. We pre ordered before opening and had a text to say delivery would be at 5.30 but it actually came ten minutes early. Will go again.

Fried chicken was overcooked and chewy, I cut some pieces open and the meat was very poor quality, very grey with gristle bits. I only ate one piece. Amazing mayo dip. The sweet and sour chicken was so sweet I could only eat a small amount. Crispy beef and Singapore chow mein were excellent. Generous portions, free prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Probably won't order again. Arrived on time.

Ordered a set menu for 3 persons via the tang app. got a 20% discount off as it was our first order...ordered at 6pm...immediately got a text to say delivery would be approx. 2 hours (which was longer than I would have liked but it was mothers day )....the food actually took 3 hours to arrive ,which I consider totally unacceptable...fair enough, its a busy day, but stop taking orders that you can't fulfil in an acceptable time frame....the young friendly guy that delivered the food couldn't apologise enough and insisted we would enjoy, as its the best chinese in Lincoln...bold statement BUT we all agreed it was a very nice takeaway, all quality ingredients, tasted beautiful and the portions were very good...we actually had lots leftover, .....was happy with the service? NO (hence 4 stars)...if it was delivered in a much shorter time, it would have been a solid 5/5...I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again in the future, hopefully on a quieter night

Well we ordered tonight at 7.30…. It’s now gone 10 o’clock and it’s still not arrived. Just called them and they said it will leave in the next 5 minutes. Absolutely disgusting. Never use again!

Ordered from here a few times before. Always very tasty. but Saturday 4th it was really salty, to the point it wasn’t edible. We called to inform them and we was treated awful. The girl on the phone said, “well if I offered you a replacement you would just say the same”. She continued by saying, I haven’t got time. I’ll call you tomorrow. She didn’t listen one bit to what I was saying. Her opinion was I just wanted to complain!! My wife and I was left with food we couldn’t eat and not to my surprise NO call back. Awful customer services. My advice would be, If you have a problem with your food, don’t complain else your’ll be treated badly and feel like you’ve done something wrong!! We have never ever had to call a Chinese before to complain. Only if something is missing. We did, because it was not edible!!

I pre ordered on just eat for 8pm and seeing as it was NYE it wouldn’t matter if it was a bit late as it has been Before. But I couldn’t get through to them as the phone was engaged all night and the delivery driver turned up at 11pm. 3 hours late and no apology or refund plus I had no idea if it was still coming as there was no answer from either here or just eat. The person who answers the phone was very rude and implied it was my own fault plus just eat were as bad for customer service so I will no longer be using either. Utterly disappointing experience and ruined my New Year’s Eve.

Have ordered twice from Tang now & it seems to be a pretty decent Chinese takeaway. Ordered slightly different food each time. It arrived on time or early than scheduled on the delivery apps & was still hot! So far, so good!
