The chips were over cooked and cold when they arrived. Pork balls were only warm. Never usually have a problem

Food arrived 25 minutes later than quoted (Saturday night so can be forgiven), however Chicken fried rice seemed to have been replaced with Chicken fried noodles which unfortunately we could not eat due to dietary restrictions.

Order took over an hour to arrive. Food was warm at best chicken was tough spring rolls pale and chewy. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere . Ordered from here before but will not again .

Received wrong items, when called up and explained they disconnected the call. When I finally got through she just said it’s because we’re busy. Was happy to give missing items if I when to the restaurant or get them next time I order. Definitely won’t be happening

Delicious hot generous size dishes.

Might be a one of as usually they’re pretty speedy but took over 2 hours to deliver the order. Food was pretty tasty.

Can't review the food as it is yet to arrive (!!). I appreciate it is new years eve but you gave an estimate two hours ago and so sign of food as yet. Called up to a domestic in the background and a lame excuse of 'well its busy tonight'.....maybe don't take orders you can't fulfill?

Ordered at 18.19 and finally arrived 20.20! I rang to find out where it was to be told driver was on way, we waited 20 minutes and called again to be told he’s got three other orders to be delivered! I get they have other orders too but wasn’t told that when I called. They didn’t seem bothered when I called and no apologies. Food was okay but just warm so won’t be ordering from them again.

lovely amazing food cooked freshly and read the cocomments on your order so when you say no seafood you really do get no seafood have ordered from great wall for years and have trusted them loads moved a couple of times out of their area but seem to always come back and their quality is always spot on and always feels like the same preson cooks love it and see you all again

Fantastic food and service, mine and my sons go-to…….the salt n pepper special is my sons favourite, mine is the oyster special………you wont be disappointed.

Always excellent food. Delivered early almost every time, so if you’re ordering be mindful that it will come 10-15 minutes before the delivery window.

missing items what i order and cold food

I used to come here all the time but it went downhill a few years ago. I tried it again recently and it was really nice! I ordered the same a few weeks later and it was vile. The Singapore noodles were bone dry and you could see and taste the powder they put in. I thought it was a one off and stupidly ordered the same thing again and it was worse than before. It’s game over for me. It’s one thing not l’iking’ it but when it’s inedible, quite another. 0/10 from me 👋🏼

Collected my order had to wait over 5 mins to collect it,I thought that was ok though. When I got our special chow mein home to serve up noticed hardly any meat of any kind hardly any pork,chicken or prawns!! Hardly a special chow mein without much mixed meat at all!!just annoyed because a takeaway is a special treat for our family…

loved tonight's dinner, the chow mein Hong kong style was especially delicious! delivered early and piping hot. easy 5 stars

bland, really bland, even a boatload of soy sauce couldn't save it. Really disappointing

the only thing my son was not pleased about was the ribs he found the meat very tough on them he was chewing for ages then he said he could not swallow very well . he had to take it out of mouth .

Shocking!!!! Took 2 hours to get here! Curry was like gravy! Stone cold food. Didn’t get delivered to right location, had to walk what seemed like half a mile in the rain to delivery driver to collect it! Even had to unzip the justeat bag to get my own Chinese out of it!! Don’t waste your money

Food was only luke warm, salt and pepper chips tasted like plain chips with onions added. They had that “cardboard” taste when youve tried to reheat them yourself. Overall not a very good meal for over £60

Ordered food, was nice food but I had items missing which is frustrating when there’s 5 adults, and less food to dish out.

We had no update, order was late and we had a missing item ( side of egg fried rice) but we were way too tired and hungry so just ate everything… food tasted okay though!
